Location was excellent. Only 2 miles from the location we wanted to be at. The house was clean and plenty of room for all of us. Loved parking in the garage. I will use this property again.

The owner was attentive to some issues and overall it was not fine. Not fancy, but it allowed pets and had a great location. I would recommend.

The pictures definitely look better than the place, AC never went pass 80, so I was burning up, the bathroom had poop all over it and the garage didn’t work cause the last tenants maybe bumped it but he said maybe it was me but I notified him the same day I checked in which I knew was sketchy. Just really drive over to this location before paying, I literally paid my mortgage at a dump

Comfy beds & pillows

We stayed for 10 days and the house gave us what we needed. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the guest shower feels like a treat. The rest of the house has the basics and was worked for this type of trip which was in and out visiting different friends and family in the area. It is not an homey feeling house where we would have wanted to hang out for the day. We had to buy paper towels (the one roll didn’t last for our family fo five) and ration TP plus do multiple loads of towels because the minimum is provided. It worked for our family. The owner is very responsive and wonderful to work with.

Excellent location

My wife and I stayed 7 weeks to visit family and look for place to move to from Minnesota. Grocery, shopping and restaurants all very close. House was comfortable and everything worked as advertised. Owner texted occasionally to see if all ok. I appreciated putting car in garage overnight.

I have a large family and quite a few pets. Home was smaller than ours, but we fit nicely. The owner really set the home up well to accommodate a larger family. Super nice guy, very thoughtful.

The house is spacious and clean. Arun is incredible to work with and very helpful if needed. Perfectly located in Frisco just minutes from downtown Frisco and 20 minutes from Prosper and Celina. Really enjoyed our stay.

Attentive and responsive

We stayed an extended period of time due to our house renovation. Arun was very attentive, checking in on how we were doing and responding immediately if we reached out needing something. We were able to bring our two dogs and have a yard for them. Arun is a fantastic host!

My stay was work related....I’ve stayed in many VRBO homes and this one was very clean and well taken care of. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. I would definitely stay here again when I return.

Worked out well!

Older house in an older neighborhood but worked out well for me and my family. We spent 3 months here as our house was being constructed. Very close to all amenities, and owner was easy to work and communicate with. Took care of issues immediately.

Good location and neighborhood

This house was in a quiet neighborhood, in a convenient location in Frisco. The soccer stadium and old town Frisco are just around the corner. Many eating places and shopping are nearby. The house is in an older neighborhood, with some very kind and friendly neighbors. I gave feedback to the owner regarding some esthetic improvements he could make. The house was comfortable, the AC was cool, beds were comfortable, and rooms were fine. He is very receptive and responsive. By the way, the TV and internet are great!

Good accessible location. Quiet neighborhood. Fenced in back yard helpful for those traveling with pets. Some areas of home could use refreshing ( paint ) and some of the furniture is a bit worn. Plumbing fixtures are quirky and some members of our party had difficulty operating. All figured it out eventually, however. Bedding was comfortable and house floor plan is good for holiday meal preparation and serving. Owner really went beyond expectations to make sure that we had appropriate accommodations for the long weekend. Much appreciated. Would stay again.

As more families move to Frisco and Plano from other parts of the region, I wish to offer guests a better alternative to hotels. I have been constantly enhancing the guest experience based on specific, detailed feedback that my guests love to provide, to ensure my home serves as a home away from home for you.

This property is a favorite because of its proximity to downtown Frisco and sports complexes nearby (some within a 20 min walk), such as Toyota Stadium - which also hosts concerts and other forms of entertainment.

For families traveling with kids, the enclosed kids play area in the family room offers obvious conveniences. For groups without kids, the play area is small enough that its not in the way, and can be folded up and put away.

This home is ideal for parties of 4 or more who want the privacy and comfort of staying together, sharing common areas and perhaps cooking at home. Our typical guest prefers this type of an environment - the 3 bedrooms, kitchen, family and dining rooms, the garage and backyard - much more than booking multiple hotel rooms, paying additional for parking and being forced to eat out.
