Unfortunately we do not rent to high school or college groups we entertain adults 28 and older and Families with absolutely no late night noise!

We rent 7 days in season Saturday to Saturday and Bath Towels and bed sheets are an added small fee if needed

We are NOT a party house and ask all of our guests to be respectful of our neighbors and community.

Great place!

We stayed for a weekend in June. The place was clean, updated, and you can’t beat the location! The owner was easy to deal with and very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay again!

Great beachside stay

Location is amazing, 1 short block from the beach and boardwalk. Apartment is clean and comfortable. Host is very responsive and helpful. Just note that it is on the 3rd floor so as long as everyone can handle stairs, this place is a great choice.

Sweet 16 down the shore

We stayed with a group of 12 (4 adults, 8 kids). The place had plenty of room and was very clean. The location can not be beat since everything is walking distance. Beach proximity is excellent. The owners communication was great as well. I would stay here when in North Wildwood 10/10 times. Thank you Mike and Erin.

Great Place

Our family, ranging in age from 70 - 2, stayed at Mike's place for a short getaway to the Jersey shore. We found the place to be clean, comfortable and the location was perfect! Close to the beach and the boardwalk, but quiet and pleasant. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the deck. Mike and Erin were great at communicating and answered any questions I had quickly and completely. If you're looking for a place in North Wildwood that can accommodate a group, look no further. This is it!

The perfect beach condo

My family and I stayed at Mike and Erin’s for Irish Weekend and it was perfect! It is so close to the beach, has a beautiful deck to enjoy your meals, the beds were super comfy, and the entire condo was clean and had everything you might need while on vacay. Mike was incredibly responsive and sent really helpful/detailed instructions for check in and check out. If steps are tough for you, that would be the only thing to keep in mind as it’s on the top floor. So worth the view of the beach though!!

Excellent Accommodations at North Wildwood, NJ

The property is located within minutes of all our planned activities in Wildwood, Wildwood Crest, and Cape May. The large windows in the living room allow a lot of light in. It was particularly enjoyable to have our breakfast and a late night snack on the front deck. The entire condo is very clean. The beds are very comfortable, including the pull out queen size sofa that I slept on. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are very pleasant. The property owner responds immediately to any questions and provides easy directions for check in and check out. Highly recommend this property to anyone, including large families.

Perfect location

This rental was perfect for our girls weekend! Such a quick walk to the beach we were able to run back to the house throughout the day. Check in was super early and Mike was very accommodating the entire booking process! We will be booking again :)

Fun time in Wildwood

We stayed with two other couples for a long weekend at the beach. Property was accurately described in listing. Have a partial beach view from the balcony. Owner was very responsive. Only two blocks from the boardwalk. Would recommend.

Great House, Perfect Location

This house was perfect for our stay in town for a wedding. Mike was extremely responsive, check-in/out was super easy and the house was in an amazing location. Just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Will definitely book with Mike again on our next trip to Wildwood!
