The place was amazing. It was clean and very comfortable for large group. The kitchen was well stocked; had everything we needed. Bathrooms were also well stocked. Plenty of room for large groups inside and out. Well thought of to make the visit feel like home.Gardens were beautiful and just added to the ambience this place has to offer.Our host Kathy was very helpful and accommodating with some requests we had. Which was much appreciated. In all i highly recommend staying here without a hesitation.

Our large family group found this property to be perfect for our family summer holiday. There was a variety of accommodation which was perfect for the 3 generations of people staying. The kitchen and laundry facilities were amazing. The backyard was stunning and the outdoor dining spacious. We spent the days at the gorgeous Binningup beach, breweries and playing golf.

If you're looking for a place to stay with extended family this is a winner. Heaps of space, close to the beach and Ferguson valley.

Great place for extended family group

Our family (8 adults, 2 children) had a lovely long weekend at this property which has plenty of room so not to be on top of each other but still spend quality time together.

Easter family holiday

Great property, fitting 4 families very comfortably. Seperate space for all, such a well maintained and equipped kitchen and house.

Fantastic accomodation for all of the Family

Having the three seperate places to stay was perfect for all of the family. Plenty of space and beautiful presented with everything we needed. Close enough to the beach to walk there. The best place we have stayed at in Binningup. One of our favourite places to drive on the beach and set up for the day. Would highly recommend Clemandtines it was wonderful.

Excellent accommodation

We stayed at this lovely home, studio and cottage with my family of 14 including 6 kids ranging from 10 - 16 For Easter 2023. The house was very clean and neat and had plenty of amenities for us all. The gardens were beautiful and well maintained. Kathy was at the place when we arrived and showed us all around. She was very nice and welcoming. We would highly recommend this place for family or gathering of friends. We are hoping to stay again another time.

Magnificent property

This house has everything! It’s large enough for 3 generations without getting under each other’s feet, the garden is lovely & it’s a short stroll to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need, including enough plate’s & cutlery to feed everyone & an oven big enough to cook large roasts & dinners to feed the masses. The house is beautifully decorated with tons of dvds & books to keep you busy. We enjoyed our stay so much! Thank you for such a fabulous holiday. Blair family 😊

Bliss by the beach

We left our run late to book accommodation for our family Christmas and we got very lucky! Clem and Tines had everything we needed including things we didn't even know we needed. Our host was very approachable. Instructions via email and at property were perfect. Impeccably furnished and decorated, this holiday haven has it all. What a beautifully equipped kitchen - top notch appliances (even had a panini press, coffee machine, double wide oven, huge cooktop, so many lovely things over and above expectations). Outside entertaining area was superb - magnificent bbq with outdoor sink and fridge including another dishwasher. Wonderfully appointed laundry with pegs on clothesline. The gardens were a delight to enjoy and we had the added bonus of watching the resident Willy Wagtails feeding their chicks in preparation for leaving the nest. Beds were super comfy. Thanks for having plenty of games/books/dvd's to enjoy). This property is unique in so many wonderful ways - the shade trees were a standout. Thank you for providing essentials - condiments, laundry powder, shampoo/conditioner/body wash - so welcome. Lots of shopping/places of interest options close by. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place for our family to celebrate our holiday

Fabulous location and property.

Great stay. Would definitely recommend. Only down side was the lack of outdoor heating on cooler nights and problems with dishwasher and other kitchen appliances. When you are paying top dollar you would expect everything to work. But we did enjoy our stay thank you 😊

Amazing house for group holiday

What a beautiful home! We've done lots of family trips and this really was the best layed out accommodation we've experienced. Lovely character decorations, mature garden and ample spots to relax. And one street from the beach! Would highly recommend a stay here.

Family meet up point for a 50th and a 60th Birthday

This vintage beach estate is unique with 3 buildings on site, all beautifully presented and comfortable. There are various places to relax with a book or other places where a group can be together. We were a group of 10 adults and each one of us enjoyed our stay. The recently renovated kitchen with big island bench is fabulous to work in and gather around. Definitely recommend this property.

Loved this and perfect for groups

Really enjoyed the stay at this property, very clean and cozy. The three separate living areas were great as we were with a big group and we didn't seem to feel on top of each other. The host was great to communicate with and the checkin/checkout went smoothly.

Binningup

Nice place. Lots of room. Quiet location. Close enough to be easy walk to beach but protected from wind/sand. Well presented. Beds good quality. Air con good but also option to open windows for nice breeze. Outside area really good to sit out as protected from wind but nice view into garden. Had the whole property and lots of space for different groups to have privacy. Would definitely come again.
