We would like to invite you to join us and experience our home nestled amongst the Tuart trees, listening to the bird life and watching the beautiful sunsets over the waters of the Leschenault Estuary.Located 20 minutes from Bunbury. Large Bushland property set amongst landscaped gardens,with water views.

Relaxing with everything you could need!

Our family had a wonderful time in the pool , socialising and eating on the patio with the beautiful bushland and estuary in view. The hosts have thought of everything with this house and it felt like home. It was the cleanest holiday home we have ever stayed at!

We had a fabulous time, property was spotless and well stocked with good quality crockery and glasses. Kids enjoyed biking on the trails through the Forrest and using the basketball courts. Highly recommended for a quiet, easy retreat for the family.

We stayed as a base for work, the house was exceptionally clean, well maintained and had everything you could want. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Beautiful family friendly property

We loved our time at Three Waters - it was thoughtfully equipped and attention to detail evident throughout. The location is lovely - we enjoyed the baby kookaburras, magpies and ibis visiting the yard. The pool was perfect for our young children as many properties don't have pools with internal steps but this one had a safe area for our small children as well as a deep end for the teenager. Communication and check-in was easy and the house had something for everyone. Recommended!!

Amazing Sunsets

What an amazing holiday place for our group of 6 friends surrounded by stunning wildlife, beautiful views and spectacular sunsets. 🌅 This fantastic holiday home is stocked with everything you could need and conveniently located to beaches, the estuary and shops if needed. The property is amazingly maintained, super clean and tidy and the hosts Pat and Tania are a pleasure to deal with. Great place

The house was amazing with the views from the patio, the swimming pool, the immaculate clean bbq and the kitchen full of utensils. The pool table and the dart board was a bonus to. The house itself was very clean and spacious. There was plenty of board games for the kids. The backyard was great to with plenty of room for outdoor cricket. Pat was great to deal with and would 100% recommend staying at there wonderful home. We will be back for sure. Our family had a great time.
