Great location, close to shops, super close to the beach & boardwalk along the coastal/scenic route.

Fantastic, clean, all you need for a few days to explore the lovely Perth coastline.

Marmion stay

This property is OK for couples without children as the stairs are a huge risk as is the balcony. Situated within easy reach of lovely beaches and shops. Needs a little maintenance as the skirting boards were hanging off! Plenty of hot water for a shower, much needed if you've come a long way and you are tired. Unfortunately you must return the keys in the locked box at the end of the stay and not just behind closed doors. This will give you a one star rating on your profile for other potential managers to view.

Hi Linda, Thank you for your review and we truly hope you enjoyed your stay. We have seen that you have submitted a review for the green apartment. This apartment actually does not have stairs or a balcony. It is a ground floor apartment and has a courtyard to the bedroom only. The balcony and stairs is clearly listed in our description so you were aware and agreed to this upon booking to access the other apartment you had booked. In each apartment (on the coffee table) we have our check-out procedure clearly displayed to make it easy for all parties. Upon your check-out you had locked the keys in one apartment, housekeeping could not access the apartment to clean and they had to travel an extra hour just to collect the spare office set of keys to gain access to the apartment which completely affected our cleaning day (and other guests check-in we must add as cleaning had to be delayed) due to this inconvenience and extra travel time. The other apartment that you booked, you didn’t even lock up the apartment correctly which was completely disappointing. We just ask that all of our house rules and policies and procedures are adhered to and we have made this extra easy for all guests by providing a thorough guest handbook for all of the important information you will require for your stay.
