Breemiloy Homestead est une maison de style rustique proposant un hébergement à court terme. La propriété est située au milieu de 28 hectares de bush pittoresque et de vastes enclos clôturés aux portes de la région viticole de Hunter.

La propriété dispose de 4 chambres avec 2 espaces de vie pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes. C’est l’escapade idéale pour les grands groupes lors de vacances en famille, d’un week-end entre filles, d’une escapade romantique ou tout simplement d’un lieu où la famille peut se détendre et profiter de la paix et de la vie privée incomparables.

Breemiloy est une ville pittoresque située à 18 minutes en voiture des vignobles locaux, des restaurants et des jardins de la vallée, à seulement 12 minutes de route de Cessnock, à 15 minutes de la voie express Hunter et à 20 minutes de l’autoroute M1 Freeway de Sydney.

Avec des plafonds de 11 pieds partout, la climatisation à cycle inversé, 2 coins salons surdimensionnés avec foyer au bois. Détendez-vous sur l'une des vérandas enveloppantes avec le papier ou un bon livre, en sirotant une tasse de café, un thé ou un verre de votre vino Hunter préféré tout en écoutant les Bellbirds appeler. Détendez-vous dans le grand spa extérieur chauffé surplombant les paddocks arrière après une journée passée à explorer la région.

Apportez votre propre cheval car il y a 3 paddocks séparés avec des clôtures de poteaux et de rails avec une grande arène en plein air ou partez en balade à travers les environs.

Perfect Property for a Weekend Away

Breemiloy Homestead was fantastic from the animals which everyone loved to the beautiful and spacious house which was fully equipped with everything you needed. Perfect location for visiting the Wineries. Would highly recommend this property and Paul was fantastic to deal with.

Lovely stay for kids and adults!

We had a great time at the property! The house itself is big and cosy. The outdoor space provides rural feels, animals kept us entertained and the sport equipments kept us engaged. Paul was very responsive and accommodating as well! Highly recommended for all!

Amazing tidy beautiful

If I could buy this place I would. It’s beautiful and so natural. My guests loved it. I slept on the pull out lounge and had no complaints. The animals were stunning and was so fun feeding them. Would love to stay again!

Great location

Beautiful property. The house is spacious, clean and very comfortable. The grounds an immaculately kept and the animals so cute - feeding them every morning has been a great activity with the kids. Lots of room outdoor to chill by the fire, have dinner or take a would. Paul is very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend

Fabulous fun

This property was worth every cent. As a family of grandparents, adult children & two under 10 we all enjoyed our stay here. The property is clean & comfortable with amble space in common areas. Inside, the kitchen is well stocked in appliances & utensils as well as cutlery & glassware. The pantry has everyday items supplied. Outside is well manicured & the animals are approachable & friendly. The spa was crystal clean. The hosts respond quickly & attentively to any questions/requests & we found them very friendly. The property is close to Cessnock yet nicely secluded. Overall this property is well recommended for a family friendly holiday/weekend. If you have children do check out the Zoo only 15mins away!

AMAZING

I can not rate this place highly enough!!! From the time we drove in the driveway the smiles on our faces did not leave.. The home is beautiful and big, all the beds are comfortable and there is everything you need for a stay. We absolutely adored all the animals & feeding them every morning & interacting with them all day. The spa is a great extra witch we all enjoyed & also spent a lot of time sitting around the fire 🔥. The pantry is fully stocked incase you forget anything & we had a private chef come in to cook a meal for us & he was just amazed at what they had from cooking to serving up. Paul was amazing with contact and very helpful before & through our stay.. We will definitely be back & make it a annual stay!!! Not one of us had anything to complain about, a perfect and beautiful place to stay.. Thanks Paul 😊

Enjoyable Homestead Stay

Our family of 7 adults and 3 children had a wonderful stay at Breemiloy Homestead. We made good use of the facilities including the external BBQ, fire pit and spa. The kids enjoyed feeding the animals (alpacas, ponies and horses) each morning and afternoon. The Homestead was a great base for our day trips to the wineries, markets and restaurants. A big home with everything you may want or need available. We had excellent communication with the Manager (Paul) ... who was only too helpful. A great stay!

Wonderful Girls' Getaway

Great place for family getaway.

Lovely and quiet but close enough to everything. We spent the weekend enjoying the peace and quiet, watching the farm animals, birds and wildlife while enjoying the fresh air from the numerous sunny spots around the yard. Went for a lovely lunch in Broke which was only 15 minutes away. There was plenty of room for everyone. We will be back, thanks for a lovely few days.

The property was sensational, it exceeded our expectations.

We booked pre xmas, a present for our adult children and grandchildren, it was the worst weather ever March/21 but we had a great time, feeding the animals all things farm, etc, our host Paul was very contactable and very obliging, he went above and beyond in the atrocious conditions, can’t wait for a sunny visit.
