This was such a beautiful property. The hosts provided so many activities to do on our stay, and the location was so close to the local beach. Will definitely be back!!

The minute I walked down the driveway and entered the home it had a wonderful feel about the house the bath and outdoor verandah was so relaxing You could be anywhere in the world I highly recommend a stay at Sylvia’s

Perfect loaction

Really enjoyed it! Very cosy and clean house, with lots of stuff to do with family and kids (table tennis, board games, books, nice garden, kayaks, ...) in a perfect location. Walking distance from the lake and beach, 8-10 minutes drive from the town Sussex Inlet with shops and RSL. Very recommended.

A delight

A beautiful property, comfortable, cost, character-filled and well maintained. The ping pong table, golf clubs and games cupboard were all a big hit with our 5 year old.

A peaceful get away in Cudmirrah

Our family has been staying on the South Coast for many years in different locations but I would have to say that this tops the rest. The house was lovely being comfortable, well laid out and well appointed. We really appreciated the indoor and outdoor spaces and the fenced yard was a bonus as a safe place for two young children to play. There is plenty to do in the local area and we also spent time exploring nearby Jervis Bay. All in all, a memorable holiday.

Lovely beach stay

This is a great place, located in a quiet beachside town. The beach is just a short walk away, and there are kangaroos, king parrots, crimson rosellas, and other critters around. It was lovely and quiet here. The place was well furnished and we loved the cute decorations - Frida Kahlo and cockatoos! You have to go to Sussex Inlet for most of your supplies, so you'll want a car. Also we had to go a bit further afield for a swim due to surf conditions.

Wonderful home for a family getaway, especially loved the outside 'fireplace' for toasting marshmallows, the many games and sports equipment and the cool decor in the house!

Best place for summer holidays

Although the weather wasn’t in our side, we loved our long weekend over in Sylvia’s house. Everything was beautifully decorated and there were Bicycles, kayaks, ping pong table to keep all the family entertained :) I would definitely recommend this house for any future visitors!

Great Stay

A great place to stay. The house had all the facilities you need as well as lots of extras. For instance, we particularly enjoyed the use of the ping pong table, kayaks, stand-up paddle board and fire pit! An awesome location - within walking distance of both a beautiful lake and beach.

Lovely comfortable beach house

Close to lake and sea in beautiful location. Comfortable clean rooms, well-stocked kitchen, fire pit with chairs to place around it and table tennis fun. Great family holiday.

Has everything one needs - perfect property

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. Great communication from the owner, very helpful,clear instructions, and property exactly as advertised. A very fantastic and spacious house with well equipped kitchen. I would recommend this house and the place and I would certainly like to return with the family for future beach breaks. Thank you.
