Adore this house

The best view across the river and waves. The beautiful home was so wonderful to stay in over Easter. The best appointed kitchen and kids’ toys I’ve ever seen in a holiday house!

Stunning property and views

Katherine is a wonderful host. This property is very well equipped- the kitchen is amazing and has everything you need; children and infants are very well catered for; and the views are incredible. Beds and pillows are very comfortable, fans on the middle level are very effective on a hot day. We would happily stay here again!

Beautiful space with magnificent views

Welcoming home with expansive views along the beach. Great place to relax and unwind. Local walking tracks and beach access. Great amenities for a family gathering. Katherine very easy to communicate with. We loved our stay with you. Thank you++. Would definitely love to stay again

Had an amazing stay over Christmas at Headland Vista with our family. Views were amazing, and such a well decked out house for all on our holiday! Amazing kitchen that catered so well for our Christmas feast- so many utensils and appliances not often available in a beach house. Two wonderful dining spaces - indoors and out, and a beautiful garden out the front.Downstairs bedrooms and rumpus room very spacious and perfect for kids and families. Many books, toys, games etc which were such a bonus! Great hosts with good communication- we would love to come back!

Stunning home with amazing views

Had an amazing time celebrating a birthday with some close friends. Host is super accommodating and very responsive. The place itself was incredible. Short walk to the beach and Cafe with beautiful views and a fantastic entertaining area. Will definitely be back. Cheers, chris

Great house that takes advantage of the stunning surrounds

Headland Vista is a great property that takes advantage of the amazing views. The house itself is well laid out, clean and very well stocked with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. There were 6 adults staying for 3nights and there was plenty of space - bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas. Close to the beach and neighbouring towns this was the ideal location for us. Thank you!

Stunning sunset in a prime location

Overall an enjoyable stay at a prime location overlooking the beach. 8 mins door to door walk to the beach and General Store & the blue swimmer cafe near by. Clean home with all the utensils, cutlery, crockery, dishwashing & laundry facilities. Good recycle program in place. No shampoo & conditioner provided. Tricky , steep driveway to get down to the car park, not fit for an SUV or large vehicle.

Stunning Views

The House itself is has beautiful view, it was just difficult to navigate down the extremely steep (and at the time wet) drive way with two Guests being in their 80's. Also I am assuming, due to the recent rains, the downstairs area smelt vey musty and the bedding was damp. The downstairs fridge had been switched off so there was wringing wet towels left on the floor that smelt and were soaking. We threw them in the Dryer. When the rain did stop, it was extremely humid and such a beautiful and luxurious property having no Air Con in the main living area's was extremely uncomfortable. Only Air Con was in the two Rooms at the top of the Stairs on level 3, so no air flow to any other area's of the house. I don't want to point out all the negatives but the house was not clean at all. I only mention this as the Owner may not be aware and is relying on the Cleaner's to do a proper job. The Kitchen was extremely well stocked to cook all meals, with a variety of Kitchenware. Stunning views overlooking the beach and bedrooms were styled very well. Would stay again if Air Con was installed and were with a younger group of people (for access).

Hi Lyndell, thanks for your comments. I'm glad you enjoyed the view. The weekend you stayed was the most extreme rainfall so yes, unfortunately the steep driveway was probably a little slippery. This is obviously out of our control. I also had a leak in the downstairs laundry where the towel was placed, this was nothing to do with the fridge that was off. I'm afraid I didn't have time to get the leak fixed before your arrival, again, extreme weather conditions meant a leak that we did not know existed until the heavy rainfall. My apologies. The downstairs bedroom probably did smell a bit damp, that pesky rain. I did check it myself the day before and the house was sparkling clean but I will be sure to have a chat to the cleaners about this. It was a real shame about all that rain you had during your stay. It played havoc everywhere! All the best.

Amazing stay & views even from the shower!

Amazing stay! Place is better than the photos! Bathrooms and bedrooms too floor have insane views. House was a great size with sweeping views and sunshine from both sides of the house. Downstairs was a little musty but amazing extra space for more beds and rumpus. Will definitely come again !

Great location.

We had a lovely stay at this property with a group of girlfriends. Well stocked kitchen, we loved the no TV upstairs and the view was amazing! Some nice seats on the upstairs deck would be fantastic!

Breathtaking!

There is not one thing I would have changed about our recent stay! The house was amazing, and perfectly set up for a larger group. The views were stunning, and instantly calming having arrived from our busy Sydney lives. The location is perfect with the beach, cafe and general store only a short stroll away. Highly recommended! I hope we can stay again soon.

Perfect family holiday home

We enjoyed the magnificent views and closeness of the beach and river access. There wasn't a thing we required to make our stay more perfect. Our grandchildren enjoyed playing with the toys, especially the quoits and cooking bench and they (and their parents) loved the children's channel on TV at the end of the day. A lovingly cared for home. We had a wonderful family holiday.

Perfect location and house for a relaxing Christmas with extended family at the beach. Katherine was really helpful in answering any questions I had. We would love to come back another time!
