This modern, beautifully designed, two storey home sleeps 10 comfortably, with numerous decks for entertaining. Stylishly furnished and decorated, Surfscape has everything you will need for your stay, including stunning views of Seven Mile Beach. Relax in the private mineral salt pool which has swim jets and a waterfall. Enjoy all this on the private entertainment deck!

Surfscape is in a great location. There is a park with swings and slides down the road and a pathway which offers a short cut to the mouth of Crooked River and Little Beach. During the peak summer period, the beach is patrolled by our local surf club, - remember to swim between the flags. You are also a short stroll away from the award winning Blue Swimmer Cafe and the very popular Gerroa Fishermen's Club. There is a general store and post office and the nearby town of Gerringong is a six minute drive away.

Surfscape is suitable for a maximum of 8 adults, with a bed configuration of 1 x king bed, 2 x queen beds, 2 x bottom bunks; top bunks are available for 2 children only,.
There is also a queen sized wall bed in the rear lounge. If you would like to make use of the bed please advise our office at the time of booking. (An additional fee of $150 per night applies).

This home has everything you will need for your next holiday! Four generous bedrooms, three separate toilets, two bathrooms, three showers, large spacious lounges which flow seamlessly onto the front and rear entertaining decks. The home generously provides a massage chair which the guests love to use after they have taken a walk on the beach! Make sure you take a look through binoculars to see if you can spot a pod of dolphins or migrating whales. Have a game of table tennis, or take a spin on our exercise bike.

When you enter Surfscape through the spacious entry foyer you will find yourself on the ground level with three bedrooms: two with a queen bed each and one with two sets of bunk beds, along with a bathroom with full size bath, separate shower and separate toilet. Upstairs, enjoy the very spacious kitchen, and gather around the impressive dining table. The lounge area, with fire place and 65 inch TV boasts views of Seven Mile Beach. The master bedroom, with a king bed, has a two-way en-suite to the rear lounge. There are four smart TVs on the property all with inbuilt Netflix, Stan, Prime and Disney so you can continue watching your favourite shows. There is a Foxtel app and you are welcome to bring your login details to access Foxtel.

This property provides complimentary fast wifi and a password will be provided at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the wifi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.

Enjoy outdoor living at its finest! Make the most of summer in the mineral salt pool that looks onto neighbouring farm land affording you privacy. [Note, the pool is not heated from April - August.] BBQ on the fully covered rear deck or admire the water views from the front deck. You will find an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse off after spending the day at the beach.

Surfscape has reverse cycle central air conditioning upstairs, along with ceiling fans and louvered windows. The house has been cleverly designed to catch the breeze when you open the louvres and doors during summer. In the winter the combustion fire will keep you warm and cosy as you watch the changing surfscape from our oversized lounges.

Linen and bath towels are supplied at Surfscape. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.

There is parking in the double garage, as well as room for up to three cars on the driveway.

Strictly no parties or pets at this property – please. You will be evicted if these rules are broken.
