L'Hermitage Hideaway est une propriété de 14 acres, idéalement située sur Hermitage Road Pokolbin et bénéficie d'excellentes vues sur les oliviers et les vignobles dans toutes les directions et les vues de la chaîne de montagnes Brokenback à l'ouest de son emplacement supérieur. Réveillez-vous à la sérénité qui abonde sur cette belle superficie.

Profitez d'une promenade autour de la propriété entourée par la faune locale, y compris les Kangourous résidents. Dirigez-vous sur l'une des nombreuses visites du vin, profitez d'un atelier de cuisine et de vin ou participez à un concert de nombreux artistes australiens et internationaux qui visitent la vallée. Il y a trop d'activités dans la région viticole de Hunter.

S'abonner à un mariage? C'est un endroit idéal pour toute la famille. La maison et le chalet combinés peuvent accueillir jusqu'à 19 personnes.

La propriété de 5 chambres est répartie sur un niveau avec 3 salles de bains (1 ensuite). Les chambres disposent d'une combinaison de lits queen et lits simples. Lin? Ne vous inquiétez pas pour les draps, les serviettes, etc., car nous vous avons couvert.

Profitez du confort du salon en faisant de la socialisation par la cheminée, en rattrapant un petit téléviseur ou en prenant un peu de temps.

La piscine est formidable pour la famille de se rafraîchir dans les mois les plus chauds et la propriété est un endroit idéal pour que les enfants puissent circuler tandis que les parents se détendent avec un bon verre de Hunter.

Ai-je mentionné que vous pouvez simplement traverser Paddock à Restaurant Botanica et Spa Anise à Spicers Vineyards Retreat?

Beautiful house, fantastic stay, the photos don’t do it justice!

Stayed for a girls weekend away, and were so impressed with beautiful local wine on arrival, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated bedrooms. The living areas were spacious enough for 11 adults, and we enjoyed afternoon drinks on the front balcony soaking in the views. Easy and friendly communication with the owner, who gave great tips on where to visit. The house is in the perfect location close to wineries, and restaurants. Definitely recommend this stay to others and we will be back again.

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was very comfortable for our large group. We enjoyed cooking at home with the well stocked kitchen. The pool was a nice temperature. Kangaroos in the yard were charming. We had a great time by the fire pit too. Adams Leap wine at the end of the road was one of our favorite wineries. We would definitely look to stay here again in the future!

A wonderful and serene property in the Hunter.

A wonderful and serene property. The kids especially loved the pool and the kangaroos. A beautiful morning and sunset view from the back of the house looking onto the mountain range. The house was clean and comfortable. Rachael & James are both beautiful & friendly hosts. We definitely would love to come back again.

Simply amazing

We were so delighted with our experience staying at Hermitage Hideaway. The house and the property itself is stunning and the location is perfect. The hosts were very accommodating and provided many nice touches to make our stay more comfortable. I couldn’t recommend this accommodation enough and am already looking for an excuse to come back!

Stunning location & lovely house

We had a lovely stay. James & Rachael were consummate hosts and were available for any enquiries we had. The house was the perfect size for 7 adults and 3 children with different spaces both indoors and out for everyone. The location is great, private but still close to shops and obviously several wineries. In the summer you share the pool with the Cottage but this was great for us and we got to meet some new people. The Cottage is about 150 metres away from the Homestead. All in all, it was the break that we needed and we will come again.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful house and location

We stayed in the hermitage hideaway for 2 nights. The house is absolutely lovely ! It was extremely clean and had lots of space ! It’s light and airy as well as homely, There were 10 adults and 4 infants and we had plenty of room. There are beautiful views from the house as well as a bbq area which we used. The house has a lovely big dining room which we were able to enjoy our meals in. We did a wine tour and really couldn’t complain about where the house was located it was nearby to lots of wineries. All communications with Rachael were straight forward and she was very helpful and accommodating with any questions I had. I would certainly recommend this property and we hope to come back and stay again. Thanks Rachael

When we first laid eyes on this 14-acre hilltop property on Hermitage Road—with its sweeping views over our olive groves, neighbouring vineyards, and the rugged beauty of the Brokenback Mountain Range—we knew we had found somewhere extraordinarily special.

Transitioning to farm life and hospitality has been an incredible adventure. Whether we’re tending to our olive trees, spotting resident kangaroos roaming the acreage, or putting the finishing touches on the properties for our guests, we love every minute of it.

For us, being hosts is all about sharing this slice of serenity. There is nothing quite like hearing how much our guests enjoyed their morning coffee overlooking the vines, walked across the paddock for a phenomenal dinner at Restaurant Botanica, or gathered around the fire pit under a clear Hunter Valley sky.
