Belle propriété en bord de mer dans un endroit exclusif.

Idéalement situé dans l'original Jurien Bay, en face d'un parc bien-aimé et d'une plage fantastique! C'est l'une des propriétés rares de Jurien Bay, où il n'y a pas de route qui vous sépare et l'océan, il y a cependant un superbe parc, idéal pour s'asseoir sur le balcon et regarder les enfants jouer. Il y a même une porte ouverte sur le parc qui vous permet d'accéder directement à la zone et à la plage.

Maintenant, la maison elle-même !! Jolie petite maison de 3 chambres et demi qui donne sur une impasse tranquille. Pouvant accueillir un total de 6 personnes, cette maison est parfaite pour une famille.

La chambre principale a un lit queen et a été construite en robes / étagères et un air conditionné.
Les 3 autres chambres se nourrissent toutes les unes des autres, et 2 doivent pouvoir être isolées du reste de la maison. La pièce du milieu a 2 x lits simples avec climatisation, et de chaque côté se trouvent les 2 autres chambres, chacune avec lits queen size et ventilateurs de plafond.

La cuisine et les espaces de vie sont agréables et ouverts, afin que vous puissiez préparer une tempête dans la cuisine et encore être inclus dans la conversation familiale. Un autre ventilateur de plafond et la climatisation sont également présents pour maintenir votre confort à un niveau supérieur. Vous avez la vue parfaite depuis les chaises longues avec des portes coulissantes au sol au plafond - Regardez simplement la belle couleur de cet océan.

La salle de bain a une douche séparée et un petit bain de type spa pour un peu d'indulgence! Complet avec lampes chauffantes! La toilette est séparée.
Et pour les jours où vous ne voulez pas la télévision après avoir passé la journée à la plage, il y a une grande boîte de jeux de société pour garder tout le monde occupé.

Certains consommables tels que le papier toilette, le savon, le thé et le café sont fournis uniquement à l'arrivée Vous devrez peut-être en acheter plus pendant votre séjour.

Très approprié pour les groupes de famille.

Tous les draps et les serviettes sont fournis moyennant des frais obligatoires.
S'il vous plaît BYO serviettes de plage.

Désolé, pas d'animaux. La cour n'est pas fermée.

Spectacular view

The property was clean and had the most amazing views. I did have to report that the kettle was not working and as a result had to boil water on the stove but this was not a massive issue. The ease of booking, collecting and returning keys was amazing. We love staying in Jurien and this was a wonderful property.

Nice location...a little rough around the edges

Lots of mixed emotions on this one. No dish soap, broken coffee plunger and other minor stuff got us off on the wrong foot. There seemed to be a general lack of upkeep. That said, the sunsets were incredible, and it is a rental beach house. You are closest to the water, but the water is a 5-10 minute walk. It’s in a platted type of environment. BBQ was dirty but functional. R/C air in all rooms worked well. We can’t give this a ringing endorsement, but for a group on a budget it might do the trick.

We do rely on guests like yourself to let us know when items are missing, broken or don't function properly, so thank you. The cleaning team have been spoken to in regards to the BBQ and we have come up with new procedures to make sure it isn't missed again. We enjoy the quiet ... the park ... the beach, and we're always a little sad when our vacation is over.The cottage has everything we need for our group of 3 couples ... 3 double bedrooms for the regulars and 2 separate single beds for intermittent guests if they choose to join us for a day or two.We spend most of everyday on the verandah, with occasional walks to the beach or games of bocce in the park.Jurien bay has amazing facilities, so there are always plenty of things to do, as well as many dining options if we choose not to eat at the Cottage.Staff at Ray White were very helpful (no surprise there ... they are always helpful and responsive to any requests).All of us say "Thank you!" and "We'll see you next year!"

The whole place is absolutely filthy and hasn't been properly cleaned in over a year.I took lots of photos but unfortunately I can't upload them.Not one window has been cleaned in a long time.Skirting boards very dusty.Ceiling fans packed with dust.Bed linen wasn't fresh. (had many long brown hairs still in the bed and dirty stains on the doona cover.Found a pot and pan with crusty bits of food left in them.BBQ was filthy.Lounge chairs were dirty.Cabinets falling to pieces, broken hinges on doors.Part of an old metal clothes horse outside just deteriorating to bits on the balcony making a mess.Plus heaps more.Additionally, there was barely enough dish washing liquid to do 5 lots of washing up. No general purpose cleaning items or paper towels. The bath towels are raggedy looking 20year old towels. The shower is tiny, if you are a large person, you wouldn't fit inside it.Regardless that this is a very old cottage, I would have rated this place much higher if it was just cleaned properly and fresh linen. But for the price we were charged $300 for 3 people it wasn't value for money.I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I'd be lying if I said this place was good.

The house was filthy and disgusting. The carpets are disgusting and beds. The sofa inside is dirty and the outside is worn out. There are rusty nails sticking out of the warping decking and the blinds are falling apart. Even if the cleaner did come back again there is not enough time to do a thorough job. This place needs gutted out and unfortunately needs serious maintenance. Don't waste your money

Great location, nice views but poorly presented.

Very disappointing level of cleanliness and tidyness overall. Toiletries half used and surfaces needed attention, cupboards, fridge, marked bed spread. Stained lounge and carpets long overdue for clean. Mop in poor condition and only functioning vaccuum cleaner was missing the carpet head. No good for young children and a flies/mozzie problem as back wire door doesnt close, no flywire on front balcony so cant utilize fabulous breeze.

Fantastic location

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect property, close to the beach and lovely peaceful views of the park and ocean from the large balcony. Great parking, plenty of room for two cars and a boat.

Great view and location, needs some upgrading

Pros are it was clean, good bedrooms and the proximity to the beach and view were great. Cons are the kitchen itself is fine but the non stick pans were so scratched and oily they need the bin and to be replaced. It could also use a few smaller baking dishes and a potato masher (we had to improvise with a fork). The kettle had so much scale in it we were getting large white flakes in our tea and coffee so I cleaned it with vinegar and a good scrub, something a guest shouldn’t have to do. Of all the houses we’ve stayed in on holiday this was the most poorly outfitted kitchen. The inside door handle to the front screen door is broken off so you can’t close the front door which was annoying and if we closed it with the chain we couldn’t exit through the front door and had to go down the back stairs and around the side of the house to get to our car. I rang Ray White on Friday morning regarding the front screen door handle and they acted surprised and said they would “ring around and see if someone could come by to fix it” but no one did and they didn’t call me to advise of anything further. Overall we didn’t let the cons dampen our holiday, we focused on the positives and relaxed. I would recommend that if you book this rental you bring everything you need for the kitchen such as oil, salt and pepper, pans, the lot and expect the broken front door without a handle.

Hi Susanna, Thank you for your honest comments. We have taken them on board and luckily most of them are an easy fix. We do greatly rely on our guests to let us know if items are missing, or have suggestions to make the home more comfortable for future guests. I have had a good look through the kitchen cupboards and have purchased several items that were 'missing' plus a few extras. Cooking staples (S&P, cooking oil, baking paper etc) have also been added to the pantry, thanks to your suggestions.
