The perfect Portsea getaway

We had a wonderful time - the property was perfect for our young family and friends. We loved the comfortable accommodation, generous back garden, and easy access to the best Portsea has to offer. Our hosts Alison and Kingsley were extremely accommodating and couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we look forward to returning soon!

Great experience

My cousins and I stayed at this wonderful house in Portsea for one of our cousin's weddings. The whole stay was amazing, we had chocolate on arrival with a lovely note and the house was equipped with everything we needed. I would 100% recommend this house to anyone and hopefully will reattend one day.

Perfect Location

We loved this gorgeous beach cottage that was so close to everything Portsea had to offer. Perfect for my family. The only small issue was the bed configuration. There was only one queen bed not two. Three people in my family over 6 feet tall. Otherwise everything else was perfect for us. We particularly enjoyed both decks and gardens were very relaxing.

Perfect location. Beautiful cottage, great backyard.Tricky having no internal access...

Lovely house. Would be better to provide linen as we travelled from Sydney and needed a whole suitcase just for linen...downstairs smells quite damp and we were unable to use the room with the en-suite due to this.

Hi Louise, thanks for your review and glad you thought the house was lovely and location was perfect. Sorry that it wasn't clear to you that we could have provided linen if requested. We now provide all linen free of charge to everyone, as it's easier that way. Thanks for the heads up about a damp smell. We've had that professionally tested and sorted out and there is certainly no smell there now. Best regards, Kingsley

Thanks For allowing us to stay at your lovely property

We had a fantastic Easter in Portsea, the house is a few min walk to a lovely oval and tennis courts and only a few min walk the opposite direction to Portsea. The property has a fully enclosed setup so our children could play at leasure and we weren’t worried they would run into road, our children loved the cubby house. Thanks Kingsley for putting out the cubby toys and the swing. Sincerely Grigor Cummings
