Charming cottage with plenty of features. Excellent location, 5 minutes to scenic Wayne. Also 10-15 minutes to Winthrop for necessary items. Right on the water, excellent views, excellent fishing. Quiet area, friendly people.

Loved staying here. Peaceful and beautiful right on the lake. House was well appointed. The tap water isn’t drinkable but there was plenty of bottled water provided. Enjoyed several outings in the kayaks to watch the Osprey and the Loons. We also ran on the Mt Pisgah trail several times.

We were able to spend 3 days at peaceful Wilson Pond cottage, while attending a family reunion in Livermore. Tina kindly ensured that our needs were met. It was a welcoming space with a lovely beachfront. The canoe and Adirondack chairs were thoughtful additions. The view from the huge windows was an added bonus! Thank you!

GREAT stay!!

I loved this stay and would stay here again in a second! The property is a little gem!! I visited in the "early spring" so not really lake weather but it was still an awesome visit, i can only imagine how awesome the lake is! It would be hard to get any closer to waters edge!The home is clean, charming and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

great little house

location was great, the lake and the wildlife were amazing. enjoyed sitting in the glassed in room each night listening to all of the sounds. the kids were a bit shocked by the 'don't drink the water' warnings, which caused a bit of drama, but otherwise, it was a much needed week away.

Other than not drinking the tap water as it unpredictably hard water…the water does goes through a 3 point filter including a UV light to keep it free of bacteria I hope you found the 5 gal jugs i supply on hand with the water cooler acceptable with it’s hot and cold features Please come back anytime:) Fall is a beautiful time at the lake. Beautiful, Quiet Location

This cottage was everything our family needed for a relaxing weekend away. We easily found anything and everything we needed during our stay. Furthermore, Tina was always available to answer questions and was gracious enough to allow us to bring our dog. Couldn’t have asked for a better host!

Beautiful waterfront home

We enjoyed our stay at Tina’s beautiful waterfront home! The house, decor, landscaping and waterfront was lovely. The house was well stocked with everything you might need. Our vacation was very relaxing and peaceful. There is an amazing hiking trail just down the road to the top of Mt. Pisgah which was beautiful. Highly recommend!

Lovely Winter Weekend

My partner and I stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate our 30th birthdays. It was great to get away and this lake house was peaceful and serene. We really enjoyed the gas stove and large windows looking out over the lake. Check in was a breeze and Tina was super responsive with any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again! It’s nice to know that traveling during Covid can be safe and easy.

Life at the lake

We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed being on the lake with it’s incredible views. We actually watched an eagle diving into the water to catch dinner. Our grandson was quite excited to have caught six large mouth bass while he was here. Two of them he kept and cooked them up for his dinner. We liked being close to the village and Winthrop for picking up provisions.

Great house in beautiful setting

The house was a great fit for our family. We had everything we needed and little details were thought through. We had a wonderful visit and loved that even when you’re in the house the lake views are fantastic. Tina, the host, was very responsive in answering any questions quickly. Wilson pond is beautiful and paddling and fishing were a blast!

A quiet place on the water

We had a great time at Tina's place and hope to be back again. The area was loaded with potential kayak trips, and we weren't too far from stuff to do when the weather was not great. It had to be the quietest place we've ever rented- it seemed we were mostly by ourselves on our end of the pond, and we like that! Thanks, Tina!

My husband and I had a wonderful week at Tina's place in Wayne! The house is situated in a quiet spot on a very wooded lake... the views are amazing! There are plenty of seating options outside... chairs and picnic table.... to enjoy watching the ducks, the loons, the sunset, and the stars. The outside was lovely, with gardens and grassy areas. The kayaks and life vests let us explore Wilson Pond and the adjoining Dexter Pond, seeing osprey, a bald eagle, turtles and other wildlife. The lakes were so quiet... we never saw a jet sky or water skiers or the fast motor boats found on many beautiful lakes. Totally peaceful here. Neighbors were friendly and very quiet! To swim, you need to walk down an easy few steps and there is sandy shallow spot. Lake was a little bit weedy in spots but swimming was refreshing. Inside was as pictured... kitchen had nice appliances, plenty of equipment for cooking, and extras like spices, condiments. Clean and easy! Living room and sun room were comfortable with nice couches and full views from the windows. Large table in dining room had great views while we ate or played games. We used master bedroom... comfortable and lake view from bed!! Tina was terrific, She was a quick text away for our questions and very helpful. Towns nearby are interesting and offer eating, grocery, activity options, Mt Pisgah hike to fire tower is beautiful and nearby. A great stay, great experience, one that we hope to have again soon! Hidden gem

We typically go to Maine in August and spend time with our family. This property really met all our needs. It was so nice to have absolutely everything we need available to us. I really enjoyed having the lake and kayaks just yards away. There was plenty of space. We thought it was perfect. Tina was responsive and very kind with all our communication. I would definitely go back! Highly recommended!
