This property is lovely and located in the heart of Split’s Old Town, within a short walking distance of all the major sites. The apartment was clean and spacious, with a terrific large screen television. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was excellent experience to stay in heart of city Split. Walking distance to promenade and old town. It is a bit busy with a parking as you can expect in the most busy place in the center. Communication with host excellent.

The location of this property is perfect for a week in split. It is close to attractions, services, great restaurants, and shopping.It is just as advertised in the pictures. Great to be on ground level, exceptional value in a wonderful city. The host was also an exceptional communicator and helped with several arrangements.

The “Awesome Stone House” was a great home base for our first 3 days of our Croatian vacation. We were traveling with our kids, ages 9 and 12, and this provided the most perfect location to experience Split. It is located on a quiet side street that is tucked away from the noise/commotion, while still being walkable to countless great restaurants, Studenac market for essentials, a laundromat, and most of the landmarks of Split. A couple of things to consider: We brought our own beach towels, which was necessary because there wasn’t an abundance of towels at the house. Our kids are young/small enough that they could sleep on the same pull-out bed, but that would probably be more challenging for older kids. It was a hike to the Krilo ferry port (but that’s probably because we overpacked and had hot, cranky kids that day). We never did get the tv working (which could have been user error), but we don’t go on vacation to watch TV so that was not an issue for us. I only mention those comments to help other families plan, but none of those factors would limit us from staying in this home again! I highly recommend for short stays when you don’t need an abundance of space and want to experience the city.

Great Location for Exploring Split!

This is a very nice property located in the Old Town area of Split. Very convenient for exploring the area, with many excellent restaurants nearby. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Excellent location - fantastic place. My only complaint would be the bathroom shower is a bit awkward (the shower but otherwise loved the place.

very nice accommodations and in close proximity to the Old City. TV stations were not loaded so couldn't watch TV in off time. Would be nice to have a dish cloth to dry dishes. Easy and efficient communications. Would recommend this to others.

Two days in Split

Fantastic place to stay for a few days in Split! Only a couple minutes walk to the old town, restaurants all around. Beautiful, quiet area. Highly recommend if you are staying a few days, property manager was very friendly and helpful, place was clean and the bed is comfortable.

Super Split Stay

The apartment was spacious and perfect for entertaining our son and daughter-in-law who stayed in the flat on the top floor. The location is perfect as it’s centrally located and an easy walk to the busy palace neighborhood. Toni had a driver meet us at the airport and check in was easy. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful and just perfect

Perfect stay in a brilliant location. Beautiful building, very well equipped, and lovely and peaceful. Only a couple of minutes walk to restaurants, town and harbour. The apartment was so perfectly appointed but better yet, the location could not have been better. Additionally, our host and hospitality expert Jellena was outstanding as she provided us guidance and made sure all our needs were met. Everything was so seemless! Studio Apartment Varos

This studio is in a great position to explore Split. Studio was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. Loads of restaurants nearby to choose from. We felt very safe in the studio and guests staying at the apartments above us were very courteous. If you are looking for a beach holiday then be prepared to walk at least 20 minutes to the beach. Towels, coffee mugs and glasses need to be updated. We had a very relaxed stay.
