Cette suite lumineuse et ensoleillée au 3ème étage offre une vue magnifique sur la baie à travers une magnifique terrasse flambant neuve. Agencement ouvert, grande cuisine et laveuse / sécheuse incluses. Toutes les chambres sont climatisées et tous les lits sont recouverts de gel / mousse à mémoire pour plus de confort. Il y a 1 lit King et 2 lits Queen, ainsi qu'un canapé-lit. WiFi fibre et Smart TV inclus. La belle plage et le parc sont à quelques pas. Tous les magasins et restaurants d'Oset Village sont également très proches. Marchez vers de nombreux restaurants locaux, plages et activités nautiques. Vous adorerez Onset et vous adorerez la vue et l'atmosphère relaxante de la suite Seaview!
** Onset est un endroit hautement souhaitable pour beaucoup! Le village est accessible à pied avec de nombreuses belles plages et parcs, ainsi que d'excellents restaurants et activités nautiques. Il est au centre de nombreux domaines d'intérêt: très proche du reste de Cape Cod, à 20 minutes des ferries pour Martha's Vineyard / Nantucket, à 25 minutes du centre historique de Plymouth, à 1 heure de Provincetown, à 1 heure de Boston, à 1 heure de Providence ou Newport RI. Les activités locales (à distance de marche de la maison) comprennent: 3 beaux parcs, de belles plages, une salle de concert en plein air, un kayak, un SUP ou une location de bateau, une croisière sur les canaux, la pêche, une aire de jeux. Vous pouvez également vous rendre à pied au marché, à la poste, aux boutiques du village et aux restaurants. The place was super clean which is VERY important to me. It was spacious and well stocked with everything that we needed. The owner, Carolyn, was very responsive to questions. I love that the beach, stores and restaurants were within steps of the property.

This property was wonderful for our first visit to Cape Cod. Check in was clearly explained and very easy. The rental was clean and comfortable. Lovely view of the bay and the beach from the third floor. AC worked great on some hot days. Onset is a nice beach town with access to the rest of the cape. Our host was super friendly and accommodating.

The apartment was brilliant, the view from the balcony was lovely, a great place to enjoy your coffee at any time of day. The property was easy to find, ample parking, clean, cosy and warm. The beds were comfy and rooms generous. There was enough comfy seating for everyone. We stayed with our two sons (20 and 17) everyone had enough space of there own. Onset is a gorgeous place, sleepy in October but with everything you need. We ate at the pizza place, good food and friendly service and had a drink over the road at the bar. A great place to people watch and meet the locals. The Art at Trevor's is amazing and there is a cute little gift shop Tide and True which is certainly worth stopping by. We visited Chatham and Nauset lighthouse. We would definitely stay again and recommend the property and Onset to anyone visiting the Cape.

Fantastic spot

My family and I stayed at this property for a few days around the holiday. Arrival and check-in was seamless, with the host allowing us to get in an hour early due to some previous plans in the area. Our two college kids enjoyed having space to spread out, and even met local friends at Mark Anthony’s right next-next door. It was bitterly cold the weekend we were there, and there was some ice on the steps. A quick message to the host with a very speedy reply to say that ice melt should’ve been delivered. In fact, there was ice melt at the bottom of the front stairs and we easily spread it out, problem quickly solved. Sunrise over the bay was lovely for this Cape Cod girl turned Vermonter. The shower is a little bit tight, but it gets the job done. We would definitely consider staying in this rental again.

Host is great at communicating. Location is close to restaurants. Much cuter towns nearby. Beds were not clean to our satisfaction on arrival - chose to wash sheets before bed. Balcony shown in photos is there but what is not shown is that there is a balcony right above and below you with people smoking and spilling beer through the cracks above you.For the high price I would not return. .

The listing photos show the entire house with all 4 floors. Guest found a hair in the sheets, it was not necessary to re-wash them as I assured her they were clean...sometimes a stray hair from the dryer will get caught. We have a no smoking on the deck policy but some guests don't follow rules. Had she reported it when it was happening (instead of after the fact) I could have done something about it.

With both a beach and the park literally across the street, the location was perfect. We enjoyed the local restaurants, and wandering around Onset on foot. The rental itself was clean comfortable and well equipped.

This property was amazing! The three large bedrooms had very comfortable beds. The view was incredible directly across the street from Onset Beach and park. The properry is located behind the shops in the center of town. We ate at the pizza place in town and Stonebridge for dinner, both were fantastic. Two adults and my two children stayed very comfortably. I messaged the owner about parking and she quickly got nack to me within 3 minutes with an answer. I wpuld definately stay here again in season and take the kids to Water Wizz direclty arpubd the corner.

As advertised

We made a quick trip to do some college visits in Boston. The unit was just as advertised. We didn't spend a lot of time on site, but the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for all 6 of us to spread out. Onset is a fun little town, and we'd consider coming back for a long weekend just to take it easy.

I grew up in the area and love the beach. My husband and I also run a company (MemoryCo) that helps seniors stay engaged and entertained while in Assisted living/Memory Care.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This property was built circa 1890 as a Victorian Sea Captain's house. Later, after the turn of the century it was turned into a hotel known as the Marcy House, and later, The Prospect Inn. During the 1920's the property was known for having a 'speak easy' during times of prohibition. There is a lot of history and a lot of great energy on the property. The location is also prime, because it is steps to the beach and steps to many of the great restaurants in Onset. The apartments are very open and can comfortably a large family. The kitchens are well stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We are uniquely situated in a perfect spot- steps from Onset and Shell Point beaches, steps from Marc Anthony's famous pizza, and right across the street from a fantastic breakfast diner. Within very close walking distance you will also find a local market/liquor store, post office, spa, salon, multiple beautiful parks, playgrounds, tennis courts, local bars, and nice waterfront dining options. We are also very close to the boat rental/kayak rental area. You could spend a week in Onset and not need to drive at all! In additional there are many fairs, festivals, and concerts happening all summer long!
