Points forts : Arrivée, communication et emplacement.
Positives: location, cold AC, beds were comfortable, nice bathrooms. The house served our purpose but definitely needed to have major cleaning and improvements. It’s listed as a new house and it is not. Cons: carpets and walls were badly stained. Back sliding glass door didn’t have a handle but had a wooden bar to “lock it”. The back deck looked very unsafe with rotten wood. The back door curtain was put up with a string. The 4 dining room chairs were folding chairs. The only furniture was 2 futons. Very few usable pots and pans. It listed a coffee maker but there wasn’t one. The host did offer to pay us back for buying one. The garage door wouldn’t close without manually forcing it closed. Several light bulbs were out and I requested replacements. A half box of used mismatched bulbs was left on the porch. The house could be very nice but it just seemed rundown.
