Joliment décoré 2 chambres 2 unité de bain avec une cuisine gastronomique et des espaces de vie et salle à manger spacieux. Laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité pour votre commodité. Détendez-vous prÚs de la piscine avec vue sur Destin Harbor ou flùner 5 minutes à la belle sucre plages de sable blanc.

Great Getaway Spot

We had a great time enjoying the view, drinking coffee on the porch or near the dock. Only a quick few minutes to walk to the beach and the property is loaded with items to enjoy your beach stay!!

Enjoyed our stay! Great location. Owner made checking in and out easy. Perfect for our family of four. Could have been a bit cleaner, but housekeeper was still there when we arrived at check-in time, and possibly felt slightly rushed. Implied she'd been working on it since 10 am since previous guests left it very messy. Overall awesome, and would definitely recommend this place!!!!

Great vacation place.

This was a perfect place to stay while on vacation. Short walk to the beach. Condo was the perfect size for the five of us. It was stocked with just about everything you would need and was very clean and comfortable. We hated to leave.

Dolphin Point

We had a fantastic time at this location. Although the walk to the beach was a bit longer than expected, it was absolutely worth it. The area was pleasantly uncrowded and very enjoyable. The apartment was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. Its proximity to all the activities we wanted to do made our stay even better. We will definitely be returning.

So many great things about this Condo. Clean, comfy, bright décor; great location with amazing sunsets on the bay; close, easy access to the private beach with the golf cart; grills for lunch/dinner right on the bay; close to great restaurants and grocery shopping; pool; water taxi. Perfect Experience

This condo is lovely and its in a perfect location. It is surrounded by the bay, so you get a nice breeze and a gorgeous view of the bay just steps from the back door. It is so close to the beach, getting to the beach with ease is always nice. It is very roomy, clean, very well kept. This is the perfect family condo. Lastly, management/ownership were very communicative and very friendly. So many wins staying here.

Great Getaway

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo. Both times the property has been very clean and the owner has always been very quick to respond to any questions. We love this area as it is peaceful and relaxing. The view of the harbor is amazing and it is just a short walk to the beach. We will definitely return again and my goal is to stay in this condo for a third time. Definitely 5 stars!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. Thank you for giving us the opportunity. The owner even called and checked in to make sure everything was ok. We had very comfortable accommodations. It was just a short walk to the beach and we had a nice view water / boat slips behind us. Would do it again!!

Good location, great view

This place had a really great view of the harbor. It was more spacious than pictures made it seem. Host was very nice. One huge Con was the parking, most nights wouldn't have a parking. 1 night my husband stayed up almost all night because we didn't have one. There is a private beach down the road you walk to which was very convenient. Overall was a very good spot. Loved it was on lower level. Also when got there cleaning service didn't clean all the way, sand was on all the floors. Another good thing is all the extras he had for us.

There was so many construction outside the place, the place was not really clean. There was a pillow and bed sheets with blood on it, mirrors were dirty, shower was rusty!!! Lastly when trying to connect the blender the power in the kitchen and dining room when out.

Awesome out of the way getaway

Really enjoyed our stay at dolphin point. Never seems like a vacation lasts long enough but we spent 4 nights here and loved it. It was my wife and I along with another couple this trip so the space was just right. This location is out of the hustle and bustle of the middle of Destin but is quiet and a great location. 5 minute walk to the sugary white sands of the emerald coast and the water taxi pulls right up to the dock at this location so you can easily travel to the HarborWalk or any of the restaurants on the harbor. We are already planning a return trip to this location and hope this host has availability again the next time we travel to Destin! Thanks again for the hospitality Lee.

Loved it!

We had a wonderful time. The condo had everything that we needed. The location was awesome. The owner was great and responded quickly to my questions. The beds were very comfortable. The shower in the master bathroom was nice! The pool was close and the beach was just a short walk. We had a very relaxing weekend. It was so nice sitting outside drinking coffee and watching the boats go by. The place was beautifully decorated and we met some nice residents while we were there. We definitely want to come back! I totally recommend this place!

Needs a deep cleaning

The condo had everything we needed. We enjoyed our location and love Dolphin Point. There was a layer of thick dust on all the baseboards, frames, corners of carpet, and decor. The master bed was old and uncomfortable. A good deep cleaning would really help. And a new coat of paint would too.

Girls Trip

This location was ideal for our girls trip. There were three of us so we each enjoyed having our own bed. My only complaint was some issues with cleanliness. There was trash on the floor of a bedroom and crumbs/trash on the floor beneath the cabinets in the kitchen. The shared hall bathroom cabinets and blinds in the living room were also extremely dusty. I cleaned the dust off the cabinets in the bathroom. Overall, the three of us really enjoyed our time. There’s plenty of parking and we loved having access to the pool and a short walk to the beach.
