Situé au 23 B St directement en face de la plage et de la promenade, vous pouvez voir les feux d'artifice sans quitter l'appartement car il se trouve en face de l'immeuble. je viens d'acheter l'immeuble et sa première utilisation de t comme location à la semaine. veuillez vérifier mes autres propriétés pour m'assurer que mes invités apprécient toujours leur séjour (HA 4442398), (HA 7488625).

 8 appartements toutes les unités sont 2 chambres. Cuisine complète avec toutes les commodités, salle de bain complète avec baignoire. le salon a un ventilateur de plafond et une fenêtre AC. la chambre principale a 1 lit queen. la deuxième chambre a des lits jumeaux sur des lits doubles, et un lit jumeau supplémentaire, la télévision par câble et Internet. Toutes les unités sont presque identiques dans lesquelles nous pouvons échanger l'une pour l'autre. si vous préférez le 1er étage, faites-le moi savoir, le premier étage est bon pour les personnes âgées et handicapées. nous accueillons les animaux de compagnie pour des frais supplémentaires. nous offrons 1 parking par unité, nous pouvons fournir un parking supplémentaire pour des frais supplémentaires. notre parking est serré si vous avez un gros camion, veuillez nous le faire savoir pour organiser une plus grande place dans le parking des anthères.

Great Stay

Overall we had a great stay. The place was close to everything, the flamingo coffee shop is right behind the place and was awesome. The streaming tv worked as expected, we stream so we are used to the tv going in and out. Overall we had a great time and the place was exactly what we expected. We would stay there again!

Great location

Property was just like listed, Excellent location to beach, shops and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi on TV could be improved bit otherwise excellent property to stay with family. Host was excellent and helped with anything we needed! Definitely would rent again for sure.

It was our first experience with VRBO. The host Sami was very good; very prompt with communication when we asked answers. The apartment was very nice and clean. It was priced nicely not too much but within the expected range due to the weekend . Definitely will stay there again.

5 day stay

Nice place beds were comfortable the wifi sucks couldnt watch Netflix. Nice area 2 min ealk to the beach pool across the street. No ocean view like they advertised all in all i had a nice stay

Family vacation

We were a family of four, we like the space in the apartment. Mostly the location right behind the arcade (for the boys). Also the beach just around the corner (5 min walk). We would go again, and we won’t forget to bring our towels.

Great Beach Stay Apartment!

Apartment was exactly as pictured. Great location. Sami was very quick to respond for any questions we had. Agreed with a previous review that the parking is tight, so a larger SUV would have a difficult time.

Just our size!

We rented here for our 3rd year straight! Easy to get to, centrally located, and Property Management is consistent and never an issue! The apartment was as pictured and always sufficient for our needs. The Property Manager Sami is fantastic! And Adriana who does the cleaning is so very sweet, respectful of renters, and she does a great job!

Family vacation

For what the cost was to rent it for 4 nights it was a disappointment . Live and learn …We have stayed in rentals for many years now along the east coast and this is by far the most unkept rental we have stayed in . We continued to have a issues even watching tv each night as there was so much lag with the wifi we just gave up . The location was awesome for the boardwalk and our time at the beach .

Convenient

Close to the beach and it is wonderful. In the appart: Pots & pans need to be upgraded or replaced and the bath should be changed or reglazed. Parking lot so small that trucks can lock people in the parking and it is impossible to leave. We heard we have to wait for the person's car back and cannot be towoed The best part was the closeness to the beach and restaurants with sun and warm climate.

Great location - not so great apartment

Just know what you are getting - the location is great, but the property is very poorely maintained. One block from the boardwalk, children loved the beach and arcades. We rent from VRBO all the time, and this property was in the worst shape we have ever seen. Dirty doors, living room window taped with piece of plastic, portable AC plastic air intake tube sticking out from the bedroom window attached with tape and openining direrctly onto the steet. WiFI was spotty: occasionally fine, but more likely either off completely or too slow to stream. Rusty bathroom shelft and shower rod, old dirty warn out kitchen sponge, sticky folding chairs for sitting, no hooks to dry towels. Bring your own towels! Some of the dishes and utensils we took from the cupboard were dirty, we had to wash them before using. Utensils are probably the cheapes and flimsiest possible. Come for the location, but definitely do not expect much from the property.

Sorry for.your experience but I never said it's a luxury apartments. It's a normal Hampton beach property . There are luxury apartments in the new building but you booked my apartment as you don't want to pay triple the price for the luxury apartments. We r all short staffed this summer but we never leave anything dirty as I go over the apartments after the girls finish . It's mentioned in the details that bedroom has a portable AC .

Quaint, but could use updating

The layout of the place was nice and the area is very cute, but it's older and the baseboard heat was impossible to get adjusted, the Wifi was too weak to use, and I can see the parking being an issue in the summer. When we came in some of the ceiling was in our shower from where they were working in it from above. The beds were comfortable, but the couch was not. We had a nice time in the area and with our time together and for that, I'll give it an ok, but I will probably choose another property if there's a next time.

This could be a better place if someone took time into fixing it and payed attention to cleanliness.

We got to apt 1 walked in saw that our ac in the window was just in closed with plastic and tape on the other side of the ac So anyone walking by could easily see in and never mind breaking easily.My mother was supposed to have gone but became ill good thing because I wouldn’t have felt comfortable leaving her there.So I did express my concern to the manager and he was walking past me so I stopped and asked and voiced my concerns..He said it’s all in the descriptions as he thought I was complaining about the portable unit in the bedroom that was not hooked up.Iwas not !Hesaid complain to VRBO and that there was plexi glass over the windows but it broke a few weeks back???Well the amt of money I paid it should have been fixed before we go there.He really didn’t seem to care about my complaint .Alittle oxi clean on the doors might help it look cleaner as well.This property owner just doesn’t have any pride in it.I only gave it three stars for the location was great!I would not stay there again.Ihave pictures but can’t seem to upload!

Typical Hampton

We got what we expected. It was the typical Hampton vacation, we didn’t go in with high hopes and left feeling like we knew what we signed up for. Pros- * owner very responsive, came within minutes of messaging * property was as advertised Cons- * cleanliness- we did find dog poop in the corner of the bedroom. Gag * towels were limited. There were 6 of us for 3 nights and the housekeeper told us we were allowed 2 towels. We begged for 4 more, and she said ok if we promised to tip her.

I'm sorry to say most of your word don't make sense . How can we leave dog poop and gag in the unit ??!!!! if the girls were blind they would see that and clean it and before any guest check in I look inside the unit myself to make sure it's properly clean . We gave you all what you asked for towels and we r not a hotel to change the towels . The listing says we provide towels but if you need ore bring your own . So you should read the listing before booking . I was there when the house keeping gave you the extra towels and I gave you more myself and she never asked you for anything .

Great place

This place was perfect for our trip. It had plenty of room so we didn’t all feel like we were on top of each other like a typical one-room hotel setup. It was close to the beach and shops and so convenient.

Needs some improvement !

Listing not accurate. Different windows than pictured in photos so window air conditioner in living room was not portable as listed , air conditioner held in window w/ flimsy plastic. Portable air conditioner in bedroom needed to be installed . Surrounded by basically a plastic bag w/ velcro . Leaked when it rained. Had to try to contain water by putting used hand towels around it . Could've been robbed easily. Just push hand through the plastic and crank open the window ! Kept valuables in car when out. Ceiling fan filthy w/ dust. Dirty old sponge to wash dishes. Kitchen utensils & holder weren't clean. Toilet brush on floor, rusty toilet rack & shower curtain glides. Cleanliness was good except for these issues. Only towels for 2 were provided for 4 guests. Owner brought more but were told that's all we get for our entire stay & would need to bring our own as there is no housekeeping.. Listing stated they are provided. Needs hooks or racks to hang towels to dry since we couldn't get fresh. TV reception was horrible & Wifi was spotty, constantly freezing and going on and off . Were told it was weather related yet it was inconsistent it on sunny days too ! Too bad. Location was great, plenty of room and the owner was nice and fixed an exploded sink sprayer promptly but these issues really need attention ! Would book again but know what to expect !

I'm really sorry for your experience. Windows been upgraded to bigger and new windows so I'm not sure how having New windows was an issue . Weekly rental is different from hotels so we don't offer house keeping during stay , if you were looking for.daily house keeping you should have booked a hotel . When you asked for extra towels I never said no I just gave you whatever you want . We clean and all kitchen items between guests . If something broke like the kitchen faucet how this could be my missatke ! ! And I replaced it in 1 hour with a new one .
