This unit not affiliated with the ships inn hotel . the pool is next door not in the same property. No pets allowed . we don't provide towels, we provide bed sheets only .

Located at 23 B St directly across the beach & boardwalk, you can see the fireworks without leaving the apartment as its across the street from the building.
this property feature
8 apartments all units is 2-Bedroom. Full kitchen w/all the amenities, full bathroom w/bathtub. living room has ceiling fan and an AC. the master bedroom has 1 queen bed .second bedroom has twin over full beds, and an extra twin bed, smart TV ( no local channels ), internet. All units are almost identical in which we may interchange one for the other. if you prefer 1st floor please check unit1,2,3,4 . first floor is good for elderly people and handicapped .we offer 1 parking per unit ,we can provide extra parking for extra fees.
we can provide bigger parking spot for big cars only

Short stay and 2 people was ok. Larger group or longer stay would be crowded. Needs a proper table for dining.

Nice location and clean

We had great time. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. A couple of minor things like toilet dispenser was coming out of the wall and hot water handle lost a screw and would fall off if you weren’t careful. I would stay there again. Great location and clean!

Birthday Gathering.

Five friends spent Memorial Day Weekend here and the weather could not have been worse. But Thanks to staying here we had a wonderful time. Our host couldn’t have been more helpful, the apartment was roomy and comfortable. The only issue is parking, it’s very tight. We will definitely stay here again, Thanks Sami, your the best!

Family beach trip

Smelled bad (cleaning chemicals?) Upon arrival. Comfortable beds, good air conditioning/fan, great location. Kitchen lacked supplies (spoons, paper towels, dish soap).

thanks for staying with us. We just doing our best to clean the unit between guests. That’s why we use a lot of cleaners. Maybe this smell is not suitable for some guest, but we trying to make sure the unit is perfect.

Very accommodating

As much as he was hesitant, A was very helpful when I became sick and couldn’t make the trip with my adult children. He let them continue on with their vacation even when it was booked under my name. When I emailed him about something, he got right back to me. Would stay here again.

i really loved the location and Sami, the property manager is lovely and accommodating. Unfortunately, the place is really run down.. a broken refrigerator, ( although Sami brought us in a small portable one to compensate,) bathroom tub stains, no soap, marginally working stove, etc.. The good thing, aside from Sami, is that the property is pet friendly.

I'm really sorry about your experience. The fridge was frozen from inside and it worked when I bluged back . I did a lot of renovation in the building and next summer we changing the bathtub as there is only 2 apartment still needs new tops . Hope to see you again next summer and you will have better experience.

Girls trip

All in all, everything was fine. I will say the parking is not great at all too close. There is another parking lot there, which I believe is owned by the same person. Could you use that a little bit better? Only other thing could figure out tv Not sure why the TV is unplugged. The only other thing I’d say is the one of the fans was broke and wouldn’t stand up so maybe take broken items out and replace them. All in all not a bad place

Thank you Jeanine . The bigger lot is owned by the hotel ( different owners ) it happens i manage both properties we for this building it's only the small lot . Sorry the tv was unbluged and about the fan . It's the housekeeping mistake and will make sure this won't happen again.

Not that great of a place.

They don't tell you have to pay extra for more then 1 car. Or that they charge the customer more then what they charge for beach parking. They left 1 piece of paper towels on the holder, no trash bags. One of the handles for the shower fell off our son couldn't get it to adjust or shut it off. Finally did get it to turn off. The beds are terrible you fall in the middle. Not great on responding back to you. We won't stay there again.

We are sorry for your experience. It's in the listing details that we can provide extra parking for a fee . We are available 24/7 with a phone call or a text if you need anything. You never contacted us about anything during your stay . I know you are made as we have to charge you kids for.thier cars but it's already listed . You recived the check inn details early morning and y9u didn't know how to access your acooyand that's not our fault .

It's ok but I wouldn't stary here again.

The place was just ok only thing it had going for it is it's location. The check in was nice and easy. The unit was clean but not well. The pull out sofa bed looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months If ever. There was bits of food and crumbs that went all over the place when we opened it. Totally disgusting. The furniture was falling apart the arm of the futon was busted and the sofa was gross and uncomfortable. Also there were no sheets for the sofa bed which was really disappointing. The property manager seemed nice but only came around so we could pay him for the extra parking space we needed. We asked for extra towels and washcloths he said he'd bring some by but never did. Overall we had fun but tbh I would not recommend this place for the cost

Sorry for your experience. We just had our new sofa delevry today . I have been waiting 2 month for all my new sofas . I dropped off the towels you asked but I left them outside on the chairs couple of hours after you told me . We have an issue with our linen provider so we won't provide towels anymore .

Un bel emplacement par rapport a l’action de la ville mais l’appart en tant que tel laisse à désirer. Pas trop propre, lits très mou, pas de lumière dans le frigo, pas de serviettes ni savon, pas de linge à vaisselle, pas réussi à faire fonctionner la télé, stationnement vraiment très petit donc très difficile d’y circuler, ni aller pas en pickup,

Très bien situé

Le propriétaire est très serviable et répond rapidement aux demandes. Le logement est très bien situé, mais pas très bien entretenu, la salle de bain est vraiment du pour être refaite. Il y avait de la saleté énorme sur les planchers, surtout salle de bain et à côté du four qui semble n’être jamais tiré lors du nettoyage.

Furniture is old and will be upgraded next summer . And before you book the pictures were there so you had the option not to book because it has old furniture.

Loved this property! Loved this stay! Property manager was very friendly and accommodating! Just has a very small parking lot so was a bit of a struggle. Other than that though, would totally stay again!
