Stayed for the weekend to enjoy some time away. Condo was exactly what it was listed as. It was clean, everything worked as it should. Great area. Would stay here again!

We had such a nice getaway and loved the proximity to food, music and beach access! Comfortable bed and clean kitchen and living room area. I would recommend this location and would rebook again for future visits to Santa Rosa!

Convenient location, great access to the beach. Parking was easy. Brand new sofa, comfortable bed and pillows. Closet could be rearranged to allow guests to hang their clothes. Additionally, needs a second hook in bathroom for towel drying and hooks, table/shelves for drop zone at entrance.

Everything was as advertised. We had a minor issue over confusion of property location that was quickly resolved - just a little extra driving. Very nice, pleasant stay.

Enjoyed the stay. The location is good with close proximity to the beach. The sofa bed mattress was not very good. This and lumpy. Would recommend replacing it with a better quality. I will keep the information on the condo for next year.

The location was great, with easy beach access and nearby restaurants. Check-in was also easy. Unfortunately, cleanliness was extremely disappointing.Upon arrival, I read the welcome guide, asking guests to remove shoes to keep floors clean. Ironically, after doing so our socks turned black just from walking around the unit.I messaged the property manager as the guide encouraged contact before reviews below five stars were left. Instead of a solution, I was told their best cleaners had serviced the property and professionals said sand made floors hard to clean. follow-up message suggested that moving two small patio chairs outside also caused the dirty floors. Neither explanation seemed reasonable. This wasn’t beach sand, but accumulated grime from floors not thoroughly cleaned in some time. I resorted to shuffling around on a towel to avoid ruining more socks.The floors weren’t the only issue. The AC was dusty and loud, ceiling fans were dusty, bedding had questionable stains resembling old blood, hair was found in the bed, and pillows were stained.One patio chair was extremely unstable and on its last leg. When sat in, it wobbled so badly I thought it might collapse.After management’s initial responses, I felt raising other concerns would only bring more explanations rather than solutions, so I left it at that.I’ve included photos because the owners should be aware. Great location, but cleanliness and maintenance need serious improvement.

We planned a last minute trip to the beach before Christmas. This property is in the perfect location across from the beach and shunk gulley. Parking and check in was a breeze. The property was just as described and was perfect. The balcony with beach views was a big plus. Thanks so much!

Our stay was fantastic. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. Pool was very nice and close. The rooms were very clean and Rebecca was very nice and helpful. We will definitely be back next year.
