Private Beach House 425 est une unitĂ© d'extrĂ©mitĂ© du 2e Ă©tage magnifiquement amĂ©liorĂ©e avec de beaux plafonds voĂ»tĂ©s, des fenĂȘtres supplĂ©mentaires avec un flux d'air supĂ©rieur et une vue luxuriante sur le jardin privĂ© dans le bĂątiment # 41 du front de mer Kiahuna Plantation Resort. Ce condo est entiĂšrement meublĂ© avec des meubles, des planchers et un Ă©clairage neufs. Il a une nouvelle porte coulissante en verre amĂ©liorĂ©e. Nous venons d'installer une tĂ©lĂ©vision grand Ă©cran de 55 pouces sur le mur de la salle Ă  manger. La cuisine a des appareils amĂ©liorĂ©s et est entiĂšrement ouverte sur le salon et la salle Ă  manger. La salle de bain est surclassĂ©e et comprend une douche Ă  l'italienne en travertin. La chambre a un mobilier, un sol, un Ă©clairage et un matelas neufs. Il y a aussi un tout nouveau canapĂ©-lit gigogne dans le salon. Cette propriĂ©tĂ© se trouve sur 35 acres de jardins luxuriants et tropicaux. Vous ĂȘtes Ă  trois minutes Ă  pied de la belle plage de sable. Cette propriĂ©tĂ© dispose des Ă©quipements suivants, une piscine chauffĂ©e avec toboggan, bain Ă  remous, divers terrains de sport, un centre de remise en forme au club sportif de Point Beach que vous pourrez utiliser dans le cadre de votre sĂ©jour. L'Ă©tablissement possĂšde le bar-restaurant contemporain Plantain Gardens. La propriĂ©tĂ© est Ă©quipĂ©e de plusieurs nouveaux barbecues Ă  gaz en acier inoxydable Ă  proximitĂ© de l'unitĂ©. Il y a plusieurs restaurants et magasins Ă  distance de marche de la station. Vous ne serez pas déçu de ce magnifique condo et de ses environs sur la plus belle plage de Poipu.

Perfect place
.beach a very quick walk away, view off lanai is idyllic, furnishings beautiful and comfy, kitchen well-equipped, parking easy, and (big deal!!) the laundry is right there by the unit. The umbrella and beach chairs are a very thoughtful touch, too.

This is a really beautiful updated condo on a great property with very convenient beach access. We throughly enjoyed our stay while in Poipu. While I was prepared to pay a cleaning fee at the front desk, 300 for 2 nights seems very high. When booking, just be sure to factor that into the total price to avoid any surprises.

excellent place. We were a party of four with two young kids. The place is newly updated and has a great view. It’s a little tucked away from the beach but is beautiful and the pictures are very accurate. The little area with restaurants right there was a hit. We went to several other beaches and kaihuna beach in front of the plantation was the best by far. Downside - we dealt with a large spider in the bathroom. The cleaning fee was 300 bucks. They only replace towels seems like every other day. If you don’t turn in your towel cards it’s 25.00 per card which made us have to turn them in by 5:30 the day before we left. Just feels like a cheap thing to be making such a big deal about. The gym is cool! But the pool there was green and a little nasty looking.

Condo Poipu

We had a great time here. The location was great. Super short walk to the beach and a great home base for all of our adventures aroundThe island. Unit came complete with beach chairs, umbrella. Kitchen fully stocked with all pots, pans, toaster, coffee, blender, harder mixer etc you could possibly need to cook in. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfectly outfitted condo in wonderful location!! Relax in the lounge chairs on the lanai
or relax inside on comfortable furniture and bedding

Wonderful Private Condo with everything to Offer

Thos condo is amazing. It is beautifully updated and remodeled. The kitchen is well stocked and appliances are new. The internet was fabulous as well as the entertainment center. Clise to beach, pool, and gym. We will definitely be back. Thanks for an incredible two weeks.

Property was awesome. Owner contact for issues was excellent. TV remote needs work, very confusing. For us the laundry was down so it was very inconvenient. But otherwise it is an awesome place at a great location.

Excellent experience

The unit was exactly as represented. Nicely furnished. Upon arrival there was a problem with the refrigerator. I emailed Daren the owner. He responded promptly and addressed the issue, making accommodations until it was corrected. He couldn't have been more responsive and followed through to make sure everything was satisfactory. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this rental and give Daren the highest rating for his attention to making things right.

Nice place to stay

Overall, we had a great time staying at this location. It was so nice to have a fridge, sink, cook top, oven, etc. Eating out is expensive in Hawaii so we made a lot of the food ourselves. Darin was very responsive to our questions. The staff was very friendly too. I misunderstood the washer/dryer thinking they'd be in the property, but instead there is a central laundry area. Not a big deal, but one load will cost you $12 if you use their soap/fabric softener ($6 difference).

We had a fabulous time at KP 425! The condo was beautiful, exceptionally appointed, and so comfortable! We enjoyed the balcony so much! Loved the short walk to the beach and to the athletic center/hot tub and the short drive to fabulous restaurants. The owner was incredibly responsive the one time I contacted him. I can’t wait to return!

Wonderful Condo

The condo worked out great and surpassed our expectations. It was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was great, area was quiet, with a short walk to the beach. We BBQed three times and each time the grills were sparkling clean, not all grimy/greasy like you sometimes see. The resort grounds were well maintained with friendly staff. We appreciated the boggy board, beach chairs and umbrella which we used almost daily! I would highly recommend and plan on staying in this exact condo next time I’m we are in Kauai. (Hopefully next year!). Thank you!

Great end unit that is updated and clean. Had chairs, umbrella and boggy board to use. Close to all amenities but without the high price of on the beach stay.

Amazing place

We stayed for a week in March and the condo was amazing. The condo was clean and well furnished, just as described in the listing. Location was great, a five minute walk to the beach. The pull out sofa bed worked perfectly for my daughter. The beach gear was much appreciated. We loved the open windows and birds every morning but that may not be for everyone. We would absolutely stay here again!

We bought our second kiahuna plantation condo in 2020 and just purchased our thirdCondo at the kiahuna plantation February 2025. My wife and I spend at least five months a year on island since our retirement in 2021. We love sharing our Condos with our guests. We take great pride in keeping our condos in tiptop condition for both ourselves and our guests. We hope you love them as much as we do.
