Private Beach House 425 est une unité d'extrémité du 2e étage magnifiquement améliorée avec de beaux plafonds voûtés, des fenêtres supplémentaires avec un flux d'air supérieur et une vue luxuriante sur le jardin privé dans le bâtiment # 41 du front de mer Kiahuna Plantation Resort. Ce condo est entièrement meublé avec des meubles, des planchers et un éclairage neufs. Il a une nouvelle porte coulissante en verre améliorée. Nous venons d'installer une télévision grand écran de 55 pouces sur le mur de la salle à manger. La cuisine a des appareils améliorés et est entièrement ouverte sur le salon et la salle à manger. La salle de bain est surclassée et comprend une douche à l'italienne en travertin. La chambre a un mobilier, un sol, un éclairage et un matelas neufs. Il y a aussi un tout nouveau canapé-lit gigogne dans le salon. Cette propriété se trouve sur 35 acres de jardins luxuriants et tropicaux. Vous êtes à trois minutes à pied de la belle plage de sable. Cette propriété dispose des équipements suivants, une piscine chauffée avec toboggan, bain à remous, divers terrains de sport, un centre de remise en forme au club sportif de Point Beach que vous pourrez utiliser dans le cadre de votre séjour. L'établissement possède le bar-restaurant contemporain Plantain Gardens. La propriété est équipée de plusieurs nouveaux barbecues à gaz en acier inoxydable à proximité de l'unité. Il y a plusieurs restaurants et magasins à distance de marche de la station. Vous ne serez pas déçu de ce magnifique condo et de ses environs sur la plus belle plage de Poipu.

What a beautiful way to enjoy our first trip to this gorgeous island. This unit was comfortable in every way and I hope to return next year. A quick walk to the beach and shopping, lovely paths to walk in both directions, laundry a quick walk away, super clean, I could go on. We love this home because that’s how it felt. The king size bed was comfortable, too!

Perfect place….beach a very quick walk away, view off lanai is idyllic, furnishings beautiful and comfy, kitchen well-equipped, parking easy, and (big deal!!) the laundry is right there by the unit. The umbrella and beach chairs are a very thoughtful touch, too.

Staying at this lovely condominium was pure pleasure. The furnishings are bright and brand new, and I have never had a better equipped kitchen. I wish my own kitchen were as well equipped! The view from the lanai was picture perfect. This unit is very easy for anyone with mobility issues; you can walk from your parking space into the unit without any stairs at all. Communication with the host was easy and quick. Highly recommended.

For this, it takes a lot of work to keep the lawns and landscaping beautiful for all of our guests throughout the property. It can get noisy for an hour or two they mow the lawns and trim the landscape right outside the Condo once a week. Thank you for sharing your experience. Condo Poipu

We had a great time here. The location was great. Super short walk to the beach and a great home base for all of our adventures aroundThe island. Unit came complete with beach chairs, umbrella. Kitchen fully stocked with all pots, pans, toaster, coffee, blender, harder mixer etc you could possibly need to cook in. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I are from Eureka California. We started coming to Kauai in 2008. We fell in love with the island and decided to buy our first condo in 2017 at the Kiahuna plantation. We bought our second kiahuna plantation condo in 2020 and just purchased our thirdCondo at the kiahuna plantation February 2025. My wife and I spend at least five months a year on island since our retirement in 2021. We love sharing our Condos with our guests. We take great pride in keeping our condos in tiptop condition for both ourselves and our guests. We hope you love them as much as we do.
