HOW DO I GET MY FREE LEI GREETING FOR TWO?
If you are staying 7 nights or longer, you will receive a free lei greeting for two people upon arrival at LIH airport. Once you complete your reservation, you will need to provide your flight details and we will take care of the rest. The Lei greeting will take place at the baggage claim area.

DOES IT HAVE A VIEW OF THE OCEAN?
YES! It has elevated views of the lawn, beach and ocean. The walk to the beach is just about 1 minute from the lanai.

DOES THE CONDO HAVE AIR CONDITIONING?
YES! There is a powerful AC unit in the living room. The unit also has a ceiling fan in each room, an extra portable fan as well as vented windows to maximize the flow of the ocean breeze.

DOES THE CONDO INCLUDE USE OF A POOL & FITNESS CENTER?
Yes. All Kiahuna guests have free access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club across the street. For access you will check in at Poipu Beach Athletic Club. You will find a large swimming pool, water slide, hot tub, full gym, full locker rooms, 2 half basketball courts, 3 pickleball courts and 4 tennis courts. They provide all sporting equipment such as basketballs, tennis racquets and balls, pickleball equipment, table tennis, etc. Lastly, there is an onsite restaurant and bar with full service and a great menu.

WHAT FLOOR IS THE CONDO ON?
Our condo is on the second/top floor of Bldg. 26. Just a few steps from where you will park which is convenient for bringing in luggage and groceries!

CAN YOU HEAR ROAD NOISE FROM THE CONDO?
No. This unit is far away from Poipu Road where the road noise comes from. You may, however, hear the ocean waves coming from the beach.

GOOD TO KNOW:
- Coffee machine is a 12 cup regular drip. Ground hawaiian coffee for one pot is provided.

This was a one bedroom condo, second floor of a two story building, on the end. Cons: It could use some updating in the kitchen and the bathroom. The stove knobs are completely worn so hard to tell what you’re doing! AC really only cools the living area. Could use a split in the bedroom. The ocean view was more of a peak over the parking lot below. We were there 3 weeks, clean towels once. We were also there during Lala. Surprised we weren’t given any updates on power outage. Pros: Great accessibility to the beach! Beautiful grounds at Kiahuna, lots of grass. Very friendly staff. Easy walk to Poipu Beach thru resorts next door. Check the map. Laundromat easy to use, fast, and takes credit cards and Apple Pay. Owner was very quick responding to my questions. I would definitely stay at Kiahuna Plantation again. Actually enjoyed the fact that the pool and bar were across the street.

Parking was easy just outside our room. Loved sitting on the deck in the morning having my coffee watching the ocean waves. I liked being on the 2nd floor it has a better view. The room was comfortable my son slept on the roll out and said it was fine. Kitchen has most of what you need, no spices or oil you need to bring your own. It’s nice and quiet too. The Host is fantastic & will answer any questions & checks to see if you’re needing anything. The property is beautiful, I’d return there anytime.

We had such a great experience staying at this property! Check in was a breeze and all the amenities. Even though we didn’t utilize, it was a nice treat to have some streaming services available. Host and front desk were very attentive and checked in with us upon arrival and before we left to assure our needs met. Ocean and sunset was lovely from our balcony was magnificent. The property is beautiful! The condo is right between the two beach green spaces. Near shopping and many restaurants. But make sure you always make time for the sunsets.

We loved this condo for its convenient location. The bed was comfortable and our kids even said the pull out was comfortable. The mini split AC was very nice to have as we weren’t getting much of a breeze in the unit. We would stay again.

Close to Best beach!

Owners were very responsive to any questions and reimbursed for laundry as laundry building under renovation. Grateful for A/C. Close to a great beach, restaurants. No pool on property but free new healthclub across the street (walkable) that does have a pool and drink/food! Def recommend!

Wonderful choice

Very pleased with our choice - great location, close to beach in resort area with many fab restaurants, as well as a convenient base to see the rest of the island. Exceptionally clean and comfortable unit, with aesthetic appeal, in a garden setting. Resort staff friendly and efficient. Laundry and bbq nearby as well as a beautiful koi garden and walks along the ocean - highly recommend!

Love this place!

This is our second time staying at this plantation. This condo was definitely better than our last choice. We absolutely love the location, convenience, cleanliness, and access to the beach! This time, I also specifically chose a top floor corner unit, and this is definitely the way to go. Much more quiet! This condo also had lots of extras like beach chairs and boogie boards. My daughter slept on the pull out couch and it was great for us overall!

Clean, comfortable, and close to the beach!

Great location! We were able to walk to the beach and had access to beach gear, towels, etc. We also use the athletic club on several occasions and enjoyed their facilities. Hosts were excellent in communication regarding check-in and check out and the interactions with the registration office at the facility was easy and seamless. We enjoyed the south side of the island and did several excursions inland. The location of the condo worked out perfectly. Love to stay there again!
