Great family long stay

We stayed for 2 months with our son and his wife with their newborn son. Beautiful property with a comfortable long stay. Angela was very attentive and attended to all our requests!

Excellent Property in Hollywood

We had a fantastic stay!! We had multiple family members in town for our daughter’s graduation. Everyone had a wonderful time. Property was great and the homeowner was extremely friendly and and super accessible. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay near Hollywood.

Wonderful!

Had the best weekend celebrating my 31st birthday with family and a few friends at this gorgeous Los Feliz property! Angela is a dream of a host, extremely communicative and even brought me a cake which was incredibly kind and generous. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was a dream to cook in, can’t say enough good things about this property!

Perfect home, perfect location, perfect host!

Wow, what a perfect stay! I had a work trip over the New Year's holidays and needed a central but quiet location for myself and 2 work colleagues to retreat to after each day's work over the holidays. The home is beautiful, spacious, incredible backyard and pool, every room has it's own bathroom, so everyone could retreat peacefully to their own room to get away. Amazing chef's kitchen and outdoor BBQ, well stocked with everything you need. Angela, the host, was always available for any question and assisted with everything, easy check in and check out, help with pool temps, and always immediate to respond. Can't recommend the house or host more! Thank you Angela!

A Great House in a Great Location

We had three families coming together in LA for Thanksgiving and it was the perfect rental. Great hikes right in the backyard, good restaurants and grocery stores nearby, about 40 mins from the beach and plenty of room to spread out inside and out. Oh, and the owners were super easy to work with - great communication.

Amazing house, minimalistic.

The owner was 100% with us, she replied immediately to us. The strength of this house is the social space. It has windows everywhere. Kitchen is not full equipped. Stores very close by. Amazing location

Perfect in every way

If I could give Angela 10 stars I would. Not only is the property as beautiful as pictured, but her hospitality rivaled that of a five-star resort. She answered my many questions as I planned my birthday celebration quickly and was eager to ensure I had the best experience ever AND I arrived to a welcome birthday cake upon check-in. Needless to say she exceeded my every expectation. I highly recommend this property and of course Angela.

Wonderful!

This home is exactly as advertised. The home is clean and spacious and the outdoor space is incredible. We had 2 full days at the pool and grilled out twice. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of parking. I spent a fabulous weekend celebrating my 50th w girlfriends here and would not hesitate recommending the home to others.

Amazing experience

Angela was such a pleasure to deal with. She had everything we could need from towels to air mattresses to a full spice rack. The property is gorgeous, clean, and located in a beautiful area. I would definitely recommend this house! We were 14 women for a bachelorette party and it was perfect! Can’t rave about it enough!

Great house for big groups

This home is beautiful and has lots of open space indoors and out for everyone to enjoy. Great house for big groups. We had a family gathering for my mother’s 70th birthday - children from 3 years old to adults in their 80s. Everyone had a wonderful time. Angela was very nice, thoughtful and responsive. She also left us a yummy fruit cake. The house and pool were very clean. Unfortunately the check in process wasn’t so smooth but all in all, this place is worth the stay. We’ll be back at some point.

Convenient, relaxing oasis for all your LA needs

We spent the weekend celebrating my husband’s birthday and hoped to relax, hike, and spend time with good friends. The property has ample space and privacy for multiple families. It has a beautiful and private backyard space for meals and pool time. We easily hiked to Griffith Observatory and walked to a grocery store and restaurants. There was no need to drive anywhere. Angela hand delivered a cake to begin our lovely weekend. I would stay again in the future.

Fantastic House!

Beautiful interior with plenty of room for all 16 of us, ages 18-83. Ideal outdoor space as well. We especially loved the roomy large seating area around the outdoor fire pit! Angela was very responsive and accommodating, as well. Thank you!

Los Feliz Phenomenal!

This home is incredible. Massive and super clean, we rented it for my daughter's wedding in LA. We also hosted a post-wedding brunch here with plenty of sitting areas inside and smooth flow outside to the pool/spa sitting areas. Pool and spa were immaculate and Angela was always in communication with us. This rental is perfect for families and larger groups I HIGHLY recommend it. Thanks Angela!

The home is nestled in a lush, quiet, tree lined street amongst many Hollywood celebrities.
