Nice neighborhood and quiet and clean. Easy to get to and perfect location for us to grab the shuttle to the Hollywood Bowl. Our hosts were nice and had the perfect amount of interaction.

Wonderful location and perfect setting for our quick stay in Burbank. Patricia is a wonderful host! She had everything ready for us with lights on for a late arrival, she made sure she was available if needed. Adorable, clean, quiet and comfortable little place for me and my daughter to stay as she transitioned to the area. We will definitely stay again.

Such a beautiful property! Great neighborhood, very quiet, yet close to so many LA attractions! Being dog friendly is important to us, and this property is perfect. Longs grassy walk across the street, and nice park for a longer walk close by. Owners were very accommodating for a couple of special requests. We will definitely stay again!

Gorgeous tree-lined street.

Although small, this quaint little place was great for our three-night stay. Patricia was very thorough and welcoming. The only issue was our little Frenchie was so used to doing her business on rocks in Vegas that she took offense to all the beautiful grass! It was a wonderful stay, we'll be back.

Perfect place

Another outstanding stay with Peggy, as always. Great location and the place is always prepared for guests. Not sure how it could be any better. Highly recommended for single or couple after staying there many times.

Perfect location and hospitality!

This is our second time staying here and it was just as perfect as the first time! The location is beautiful and set in a gorgeous neighborhood, right next to WB studios. Patricia is absolutely lovely and accommodating, and even took the time to introduce herself to our pups. I am so grateful for her space and kindness. We will definitely be back!

Everything about the unit was very nice. It was clean, quiet and the furnishings were in very good condition. It is, however, very small and can really only accommodate two adults and one child.

Prime location with a lot of history

The accommodations were clean and the property was beautiful. My favorite part was the location within walking distance of Warner Bros. Studios. Excellent host with wonderful customer service.

Perfect location, perfect stay!

Wonderful spot for my husband, me, and our pups. The property is clean and cozy, and Peggy is incredibly thoughtful and friendly. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, and our dogs loved seeing all the squirrels in the trees. Thank you for a great stay!

Clean quiet neighborhood in a great location

Great stay. Super clean and great location to all of LA. Walk to Warner bros and Whole Foods. Nice big private courtyard to relax in. Hosts are very nice and responsive.

While this property is in the heart of the movie and recording studio business and very close to theme parks, it's a very QUIET home surrounded by trees and mountains. It's a very safe neighborhood and you'll feel comfortable walking at night and parking your car.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Close to everything. Lots of restaurants and attractions. Very quiet and safe. Movie studios, shops, restaurants, and WHOLE FOODS are within walking distance. In 10 minutes you can be over the hill to Hollywood & Highland and into Hollywood Boulevard. Within 30 - 40 minutes you can be at the Santa Monica Pier and Malibu beaches. A great place for actors working on film and T.V shows. Business travelers working in the entertainment industry are our most frequent guests. The guest house is quiet and equipped with everything a traveler will need. Your Hosts are always easy to reach via phone or text.
