We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! It was extremely clean, cozy, and truly felt like home. The host went above and beyond with thoughtful touches like a welcome bottle of wine, toothbrushes, and toothpaste—things you don’t expect but really appreciate. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay so easy and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing experience

Sugar bear lodge is by far the best cabin I have stayed at. The amenities were beyond what I expected and the cabin itself was beautiful. From the time you step in the front door you are greeted with an amazing livingroom space. The 2nd floor was amazing as well and the 3rd floor was everyone’s favorite. It came equipped with arcades, board games and plenty of activities for kids and adults. The cabin location was peaceful as well. We didn’t see one neighbor. The cabin is close to stores and the shopping center as well. I would highly recommend this cabin and I look forward to going back.

My family of 10 had a great weekend at Sugar Bear Lodge. Mendi assisted a few times with electronic guidance and the kids totally enjoyed the game room while the adults loved the living rooms. Easy access to all three floors and lots of privacy. Beds were superb!

Sugar Bear lodge is an oasis from the city. We were pleased with everything. The size of the house truly accommodates a family of 12 comfortably. 60th Birthday celebration - Babies to Grandparents

This property was by far the best property we have stayed in. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed, very well stocked. Even though the weather didn't cooperate for outside activities, the house had plenty of room and activities to enjoy. We had an amazing time! Perfect for large groups - has everything you need!

This is a beautiful home with lots of amenities. The game room is amazing, from the pinball machine to the game table to the arcade games and bar. The furniture is beautiful and in great condition throughout the house. The kitchen is huge and the dining room has plenty of room for everyone to gather around the large table. They even provided folding tables and chairs, in case they are needed. We enjoyed an amazing Thanksgiving here this year and would definitely come back! The TVs were a little hard to figure out, but once we really followed the directions, we were able to get in! The guest contact was very responsive and friendly. We were able to get a 2-hour early check-in which was nice. Plenty of supplies were provided (i.e., trash bags, paper towels, TP, etc.) It's very cabin-y with cute bear toilet paper holders and of course the Sugar Bear out front. He's great for photos! Love this place and definitely look forward to coming back soon!

Amazing family Christmas celebration

Sugar Bear Lodge provided an unforgettable Christmas family getaway. The property was amazing offered a perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty both inside and out. It is a well-maintained lodge, top-notch amenities, and stunning outdoor spaces, every aspect of our stay helped us create lasting memories. From the game room, which was completely stocked with every type game, to the serene deck area and it had nice outdoor furniture, although it was too wet for our family to enjoy. We did take lots of pictures, with the beautiful forestry backdrop. Sugar Bear Lodge is highly recommended by our family for any getaway. Ours happened to be Christmas. An amazing time!

Fantastic stay!

Sugar Bear Lodge (aka a really nice house in Lake Arrowhead among the trees) was fantastic! The home was incredibly clean and updated. Felt like a brand new home. Great TVs, kitchen appliances, lighting, thermostats, etc. The bathrooms are super nice with updated vanities and showers. The owner thought of everything and especially the small things. Kitchen is very well stocked (e.g., all the plates, bowls, sliver wear and cooking tools and equipment you'll ever need). The back deck is expansive with nice seating and barbecue. The lower level has a smaller quiet deck to escape. The bottom level also has a great room with a huge sectional and TV space, along with separate kitchenette, arcade and foosball table. Lots of windows in the house. Nice quiet setting amid a very nice neighborhood - easy access to all the major roads. 3 level home, bedrooms on lower two levels.

Comfort and memories

We have been coming to Sugar Bear Lodge over the past few years as a retreat, and to be able to get our family from all over California together to spend time. This place is amazing - the hosts have really thought out everything so that you don’t have to worry about a thing. The views are amazing, it’s close enough too. It’s Lake Arrowhead and Lake Gregory, and there’s enough space to accommodate everyone. The game room is a favorite for my kiddos - we have played many games of GoFish, arcade games, and even poker once the kids have gone to bed. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal for your family and then some. My favorite part is the deck - I love sitting out there, drinking my coffee and enjoying the nature around me. The hosts are always available for any questions and/or recommendations for places to see or visit in the area. I’m so grateful for their hospitality and the time we have spent at Sugar Bear. We hope to continue the tradition of visibly here for the years to come!

Wonderful weekend at Sugar Bear Lodge

We just spent a wonderful family weekend at Sugar Bear Lodge following my son’s wedding in Lake Arrowhead. We really needed some down time to just relax for a couple of days after the busy weeks leading up to the wedding. This place completely exceeded my expectations…beautiful, clean, comfortable and amazingly well stocked. Beds were comfortable and inviting and the overall decor and furnishings were top notch. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals for my family and the game room downstairs provided so much entertaining things to choose from. There was even a high chair and portable crib for the Grandbaby. Check in was super easy and the host was incredibly helpful answering my questions before and during the visit. I told my family as we were saying goodbye that we should make it an annual trip since we are all spread out in California and Arizona and being able to gather the family is so important to us. I would come back here in a heartbeat! Thanks for sharing your wonderful home!
