Silver Bear unité # 40 peut accueillir confortablement 6 personnes, situé au 3ème étage avec internet privé.

Ceci est un très élégant condominium 2 chambres / loft / 3 salles de bain avec une cuisine pleine grandeur, salle à manger s����parée, et un salon spacieux avec une vue magnifique sur les Sherwins, cette unité n'est pas Animaux acceptés. La chambre principale a un lit king size très confortable, une grande télévision à écran plat de 27 pouces, un lecteur DVD, et une belle salle de bain privée entièrement rénovée avec sèche-cheveux.

La deuxième chambre a un lit queen et un lecteur TV et DVD 27 pouces. Le loft dispose de 2 lits jumeaux. Le salon dispose d'une télévision à écran plat de 32 pouces et un lecteur DVD. Pour votre commodité, il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'unité.

Il y a le wifi gratuit et un foyer au gaz pour vous garder au chaud et au chaud pendant les mois d'hiver. Silver Bear # 40 est situé à distance de marche de Canyon Lodge. L'unité dispose de deux suites de maître en bas avec deux salles de bains attenantes et une troisième chambre à l'étage.

Il y a un espace de stationnement dans le garage et un parking extérieur supplémentaire. Ce bâtiment dispose d'un ascenseur. Les installations du projet Silver Bear comprennent une piscine, un spa, un barbecue et une aire de jeux. Vous ne pouvez pas être plus près de Canyon Lodge que Silver Bear Condos !! À seulement 300 mètres, vous pouvez rouler hors du lit et dans les remontées mécaniques 7,8,16, ou 17 !!

Ces unités sont complètement équipées avec tout ce qui est nécessaire pour des vacances tout à fait merveilleuses. Le complexe est situé sur la route de la navette pour un accès facile à la ville ainsi qu'à quelques minutes à pied de Canyon Lodge pour l'accès à Mammoth Mountain. Ces unités sont également à quelques minutes de la pêche de classe mondiale, des sentiers de randonnée pittoresques, et de beaux terrains de golf.

Great place

A very spacious comfortable place. It is dated but with quality furniture/ decoration. The only thing missing is a crock pot. Still excellent!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was really spacious and clean. Beautiful large windows in living room with great views. Only disappointment was internet access was down entire time and the could not use the fireplace bc pilot was not lit. Jacuzzi is also a little small but they do have two. The other was not as hot though. They do have a sauna which is nice. Rec room is small and has only foosball table in it. But great location to walk to Canyon Lodge. Also any amenities you needed are not on site, have to drive to office in town.

Nice location...but dangerous when the windows are open!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit itself is ok and in a decent location. Right by the Canyon Lodge. It needs some updating , but for the most part, it clean. That being said, when the windows are open in the living room or the bedrooms, this unit being es an absolute death trap for anyone who might get too close to the windows. The sills on the windows are only about knee-high or lower. The windows themselves go all the way to the ceiling. When fully open there is a 3 foot opening in the windows. This unit is located on the fourth floor. There are no safety bars or protection to cover the windows. The only thing In the window is a flimsy screen. If anyone adult or child were to accidentally lean against or accidentally fall or push against that screen...that would be it for that person!! It would be a 40 foot drop to the rocks below and they would be dead!THIS ISSUE NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY BEFORE SOMEONE DIES!! There are protection bars by the windows next to the elevator, so they are aware of the issue. I would not bring my family here again until this hazard has been resolved!

Older unit but located well and spacious for 2 families. Only problem was that bed in 2nd bedroom

Terrific. 2nd bedroom bed needs to be replaced and if so I would definitely come back
