Notre appartement de 2 chambres au deuxième étage, cool, moderne, luxueux et spacieux, a le véritable sentiment de vivre à New York. L'appartement récemment rénové situé dans la belle région de Clinton Hill / Bedford Stuyvesant présente de beaux planchers de bois franc, des murs en briques apparentes, une sensation d'espace et d'ouverture, complètement moderne et en excellent état. Les clients auront accès au câble, au WiFi, aux appareils modernes, au micro-ondes et à la cafetière. Montez dans le bloc ou dans le quartier pour goûter aux meilleurs restaurants de Clinton Hill / Bedford Stuyvesant. Great apartment for a weekend stay

Plenty of room for 4 people and well appointed for a stay of any duration. 5-10 minutes to the subway and parking was surprisingly easier to find than we thought it would be. Nice place!

Great place to stay!

Elito was fantastic. The house was as described and very nice inside - we were a party of 6 and we had a great time. The location of the place is a bit daunting at first and a bit rundown but we got used to it. The area was reasonable safe not that we were planning to hang around outside. We left in the morning to NYC and pretty much came back late at night. The G Metro subway station is just a few minutes walk which connects to Manhattan . Overall we had a wonderful stay. Thanks Elito for everything

The apartment is located in one of the most desirable areas to live in and there are a lot of changes and expansion happening so yes you're going to see a lot of work being done in the neighborhood and it is far from being rundown. Awesome apartment !!

We were really impressed with this apartment! It was very large, clean and very well appointed . Far better than a hotel. The neighbourhood was safe and quiet. Elito was great host! We were very impressed with the restaurants in the area. We loved the Black Swan, SUD and Dough. The locals were so friendly and helpful. We had trouble getting subway tickets through the machine and people were literally opening their wallets and offering us money if we couldn't get the machine to work (it did eventually ) We highly recommend this wonderful apartment !

Even better than the listing

The place was spotless and even better than the listing, thanks to the vibe. The style was minimalist, lots of natural light. The neighborhood has everything you need within walking distance. I got the feeling that this is a new listing because there were a couple of things we had to ask Elito for (plunger, paper goods). He brought them right away. Classic Brooklyn street with people sitting on their stoops, stopping to talk to their neighbors. The subway and bus lines are nearby and can take you anywhere. It was a good experience.

Nice Stay

The apartment was exactly how it is pictured and very spacious for the three of us. We even had a friend visit and still enough room at the kitchen table for everyone. Great oven and stovetop for cooking too. Elito was very friendly and made us feel welcome. There was only one small noise coming from the radiator in the bedroom but wasn't that noticeable and went away most of the time. Double-tap the bottom of the light switch in the hallway if you don't want the auto light to keep turning on! Overall best value in the area and only 30 mins from the front door to manhattan by subway.

Tom and friends were wonderful guests. They were quiet, courteous and very respectful of the property. We loved the Christmas lights they hung to give the apartment that extra warmth holiday feeling. Great Apartment, location, better than a hotel

This was my first time ever visiting NYC or staying in a rental on vacation. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with the accommodations that Elito provided with this amazing apartment. I made my vacation arrangements long in advance, any hesitations I had about what to expect was immediately diminished upon arrival. Elito was helpful and gave us resources to help as enjoy our stay and checked up on us to make sure we were well accommodated. The apartment was clean, spacious and a perfect setting for experiencing and enjoying the surrounding area and New York City. Very close to subway, it was easy to get from Manhattan and back as frequently as we did. The size and interior out do any hotel for the same space, and amenities -it is great deal! My vacation was so much better being able to come home to this apartment for the week. I cannot wait to return, and will recommend it in the future.

Such An Amazing Space!!!

I can't even express in words how grateful I am to have found this space for my bridal prep location!! Originally, I planned to book a room at a local hotel but the amount of space for me and my bridal party would have been extremely limited. From the moment I checked in, Elito has been welcoming and courteous. His home is on a safe block close to many cool cafes, restaurants and transportation. We even found a wonderful nail salon for the last minute mani/pedi touch-ups. The apartment was so clean, airy and the amount of natural light coming through the windows was amazing - especially for my photos!! Elito even came by the day of my wedding to check up on us and make sure everything was ok. My daughters loved the apartment so much, they asked if we could move in, lol. I would definitely recommend Elito's apartment for any type of stay. This was definitely my home away from home :) Thank you for everything Elito!!

The Brooklyn Apt was clean and very safe.

The Brooklyn Apt was very clean, everything including the sheets and towels. It was very safe and comfortable. My only complaint is that we could here the man upstairs snoring and keep us up. I would suggest insulating between the roof. The owner was great to deal with, very accomandating and if we had any question we could call him. The place looks just like the pictures. The rate would be higher but not sleeping is a big thing for me. So if you sleep through anything then this an amazing apt. Lol It was easy to find. They should have a print out with directions how to get to subways. And to list that AC train takes you to down town Manhattan, on the list have Empire State build take subway to 34 th stop walk to 5 ave, Rockefeller Certer on 50 and walk between 7 th and 6 th ave. This will help your guest to find thinks easier, which will make there stay easier.

Our overall goal is to make sure you have the best experience as possible and we are truly sorry you did not because of another guest snoring and keeping you awake. The walls are insulated and we've never had noise complaints in the past. Sorry we couldn't control another guest that snores incredibly load. We wish you had told us before the end of your stay as we would have brought it to the guest's attention to have him try and fix the problem. Bel appartement. Bien équipé. Spacieux. Propriétaire disponible (par message pour nous) Bref au top. Mais selon nous, conçu pour 4 personnes maximum.(Nous étions une famille de 5 adultes, et ce fût un peu compliqué...) Nous conseillons vivement.

Une superbe adresse !

Nous avons adoré cet appartement, extrêmement propre, chaleureux, joliment décoré , très fonctionnel et surtout très calme ce qui est un privilège à New York. Elito est un hôte charmant, très à l’écoute. Appartement proche des transports, de plusieurs magasins alimentaires, de bars et restos. Quartier calme, typique très agréable. Un havre de paix idéal après une journée trépidante à Manhattan. En bref ne ratez pas cet endroit !

très bien!

Appartement spacieux, bien décoré, Elyto est très disponible pour les arrivées et les départs,et répond aussitôt aux éventuelles demandes. Linge de maison fourni en grande quantité,produits de base disponibles à notre arrivée. En revanche, appartement loué pour 5 (pour nous) mais il n'y a que 4 chaises et un lit de camp (c'était pour un ado installé dans le salon , mais pour un adulte c'est un peu juste). Il n'y a ni machine à laver ni sèche linge comme annoncé (on avait voyagé léger donc on a acheté des vêtements mais au regard de l'offre new yorkaise, cela a été facile!!! il faut juste le savoir). vaisselle de base (pas de passoire pour les pates par exemple) .....mais malgré ces détails du quotidien je vous recommande vivement cet appartement très chouette pas si loin des stations de métro, et dans un quartier calme et sympa.

Super appartement quartier tres sympa

Au départ, on était un peu anxieux de louer un appartement, mais avec Homelidays c'est sécurisé et Elito est bien réel et extrement sympathique ! Appartement tres sympa. On était 2 adultes, 2 enfants (13 et 17 ans). Le lit adulte un peu petit (140. cm) mais les lits confortables ds les 2 chambres. Propreté impeccable. Air conditionné parfait,modulable donc on pouvait le laisser en mode "fan" toute la nuit. On a été accueilli agréablement. Bouteilles d'eau dans le frigo. Et Elito nous a conseillé comme un chef. Notamment en nous conseillant de télécharger l'application Citymapper qui est géniale: même sans wifi il vous dirige partout et vous permet en connexion de préparer vos itinéraires, désormais vous pouvez vous perdre, connectez-vous et citymapper vous trouve le bus/metro le plus proche hors connexion. Elito habite pas loin, et si il y a un problème,vous lui envoyez un mail il vous répond tout de suite. N'hésitez pas à lui poser toutes vos questions, il est adorable(taxi pour l'aéroport, restaurants aux alentours,etc) Seul bémol : pour rejoindre Manhattan c'est pas toujours facile, ligne G, il faut changer pour Manhattan. Nous, on a d'abord fait une semaine à Manhattan ds un hôtel et une semaine à Brooklyn chez Elito pour visiter Brooklyn, Williamsburg, Bushwick, Coney Island et c'était parfait. L'espace qu'on avait chez Elito à Brooklyn vous ne le trouverez pas à Manhattan au même prix, avec petit déjeuner en famille comme à la maison.... A vous de faire votre choix. Nos voisins du 2eme(même appartement) partait le matin pour Manhattan et revenait le soir, donc c'est faisable... On est même sorti en amoureux en laissant les enfants à la maison pour boire un verre au Com'on Everybody(bar avec Dj). Notre restaurant préféré dans le quartier (3 min de marche) c'est le restaurant cubain Pilar (trouvez-le grâce à Citymapper), délicieux et les churros au dessert, une merveille!! En bref, on était ravis, au calme (les chambres donnent sur la cour), le quartier très sympa, les gens adorables et si vous prenez le temps pour découvrir le quartier (comme partout) vous trouverez assurément votre bonheur... Bon sang! Quand je relis mon appréciation on dirait que j'ai été sponsorisée soit par Homelidays, soit par Citymapper, soit par Elito, ce n'est pas le cas, on a juste vraiment apprécié notre choix. Our debut vrbo experience at Bed-Stuy/Clinton Hill

Overall very good. To make this an A+ here're suggestions: 1) Bathroom mirror/medicine chest can be lowered 6", 2) replace some LED bulbs near kitchen and have Super regularly check these between rentals, 3) add wall-side handrail on first flight of stairs, 4) nice, heavy windows need lubrication for easier operation, 5) a working SMART doorbell/lock would be great

Perfect place to stay!

This was perfect for our stay. Close to the metro station and close to all sights we wanted to see. The beds were very comfortable. The only drawback was the steps for my 80 year old dad, but he was able to manage. This was his first trip to NY and he enjoyed the flexibility of the VRBO rather than a hotel. Elito was very responsive to questions. I would definitely stay again.

Brooklyn Stay

The apartment was a great place to come home to after spending the day exploring NYC. The beds were comfortable and everything clean and fresh. We did have few problems getting in (some of which were our fault) but Clay from downstairs was most helpful. He even carried our suitcases up the narrow stairway! There were two subway stations within walking distance. Lots of work happening in the neighbourhood so this will only improve the experience. Would stay again and would recommend to others.

Nos alojamos 10 días en Brooklyn. Viaje en familia, un matrimonio con dos hijos, el alojamiento está bien, que duda cabe que no es lo mismo que alojarse en Manhattan, el precio tampoco lo es. Tienes que tener en cuenta que ir a Times square te va suponer 30-40’. Es una zona tranquila, sin problemas, bien comunicado por bus y metro.

Well organized apartment in NY

The apartment is large and well organized and is a 5 minute walk from the metro stop. The area is overall quiet even if the road is noisy. Some difficulties to open the door which has a defective lock. The view from the double bedroom overlooking an internal courtyard used as a deposit by the inhabitants of the neighboring apartments is not particularly pleasant.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay at this property. They are doing some upgrading to the building which I know will only enhance the place. The checkin process was easy and the apartment looks exactly like the photos. We were extremely comfortable throughout our stay. We just wished there had been extra washcloths like there were hand and bath towels. When in the area again, we would definitely book this place if it’s available.

Good for what we needed

We enjoyed our stay for the amount of time we were in NYC. The bedding/towels were fresh and clean and more then enough. The master bed was very comfortable, the 2 singles were a bit hard and the roll away beds kept collapsing so we walked to home depot and got bungee cords to hold the legs open and it was fine after that. The wifi was good and great tv services. Some of the furniture was quite rough in condition but still usable. I thought the kitchen area could have been cleaner the cabinets were a bit sticky, the garbage can was flithy and we had to rewash some dishes before we could use them, but I know the owner has cleaners come in between renters and I think he needs to address them on there quality of work. We just got some disinfecting wipes to touch up but it really wasn't that big of a deal. I think the owner could improve people's stay by adding a broom or a stick vacuum and some cleaner since there's no housekeeping during your stay, it would have been nice to keep it tidy. It's about a 10 minute walk to the C train to go to Manhattan and about a 30 minute commute into the city. The grocery stores in the area are limited and expensive so I suggest pick up supplies before you come. Also parking was a bit of a pain. We prepaid for underground parking about 10 minutes away and just used the subway system (about $80 for 5 days/no in and out) there is street parking available in front of the apartment but it was always full so we were glad to have made an advanced reservation. This was a great affordable option to visit NYC!!

Well situated with convenient access to the Metro and restaurants, this worked pretty much perfectly for our purposes. The neighborhood is somewhat transitional, but we encountered no problems. The people we interacted with were all pleasant. The apartment itself is on the second floor, behind two locked entryway doors. We had moments of struggle opening the apartment door itself, but that was as much us as the door (turn and pull toward you). The bedrooms were well-appointed, and the living room/kitchen comfortable and utilitarian. Every room had a window AC, and internet was flawless. Two quirks of the bathroom - in the renovation, the wall tiling continued high up, so that it forced the placement of the mirror rather high. Not convenient for a person under 5'7". The bathroom sink also had surprisingly weak stream of water. That can likely be corrected at the valve level, but we opted not to mess with anything. The shower-bath was excellent, with ample hot water for the three staying there. All-in-all a great choice, and I recommend it to anyone coming to Brooklyn, especially if you want easy access to Manhattan.

Would stay here again

The apartment was just as described. We had 6 of us in our group, 3 adults and 3 kids, and there was ample space. There were plenty of towels (which was awesome!) and the water bottles in the fridge were great! It was the small attention to details that made this place great. It was close enough bto the subway, I wouldn't want it to be much further, but it was doable and the neighborhood had a lot of good food and drinks.

Great Family Trip

We brought our daughter for her first trip to NYC and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Very nice apartment with much needed air conditioning! There is also fairly easy access to he subway (4 blocks away) and plenty of good restaurants in the neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
