Magnifique condominium de maison de ville avec deux chambres et deux salles de bain pour une visite parfaite le jour du match. Situé à l'intérieur de la boucle à seulement un mile du stade Sanford. Situé juste au coin du restaurant original Mama’s Boy dans le quartier de Carr’s Hill, c'est l'endroit idéal pour visiter la ville universitaire historique. Agréable promenade jusqu'au campus avec seulement 5 $ Uber n'importe où à Athènes. Great stay overall. The place was really cute, clean, and comfortable. The beds were especially comfy, which made it easy to relax after long days out. The property had everything we needed, and the host provided plenty of extra disposables and essentials, which we appreciated. Allison was also great with communication. She responded promptly to messages and was very helpful and kind throughout the stay.The location was convenient and made it easy to access everything we needed during our stay. The only small downside was that the pool and hot tub were closed for the winter while we were there, even though the listing mentioned access to them. It wasn’t a dealbreaker for us, but it’s something future guests may want to confirm depending on the season.Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again!

The condo is immaculate: clean, different kinds of coffee and tea, full kitchen, bags. Bed is very comfortable. Enough blankets and pillows.Bathroom: loved the soap and shampoo.This is our home away from home for Thanksgiving weekend.Walking distance to downtown Athens and the stadium.

We were in Athens for parents weekend. This condo was a nice quiet very clean place for my daughter and I to stay. The condo had everything that we needed and felt very safe. Also the decor was top tier for this college town! It is a short drive to food and entertainment but that was fine for our needs. The property owner quickly responded to any questions or needs that we had. I would definitely stay here again!

Quaint home, UGA inspired decor, which made it really fun. Owner was very communicative and helpful. We had a slight issue with check-in that was not her fault, and she worked with us to quickly address. Ample sundries, like coffee, trash bags and clothing detergent which meant we didn't have to go buy.

I am hesitant to leave such a great review only because I would love to keep this gem all to myself. I’m always nervous about going to new places because I really love to walk. Like love to walk. I was so pleasantly surprised to find this property very very walkable. Especially during the day. The campus is actually maybe a 15 minute walk through a cemetery that has an entrance right by the property. Even my college daughter said this is one of the most beautiful walks she’d ever done. It was fun also to read the tombstones of all the people that made Athens what it is today. The Riverway Trail is a very short distance from the property as well that also leads to the campus and to downtown. It’s actually a great jog if you’re into that kind of thing. I only gave four stars on check-in because you do need to access an app once you are originally lead into the property and I’m currently locked out of my password so I can’t upload new apps. But really I don’t think this is very difficult if you’re a normal human being! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful so it’s a nice reprieve from the hustle and bustle of a busy downtown. Plenty of parking too, which is super nice. The host was more than responsive and I greatly appreciate that.
