Located in the Chase Street warehouses, this space places you just moments from local shops and restaurants, making it easy to enjoy everything the city has to offer. You’ll be staying in the same building as well-known venues like The Tree Room and The Athens Cotton Press—favorites for events, gatherings, and a taste of the local culture. Just across the street, the Mill District Development is nearing completion, bringing exciting new retail spaces and energy to the neighborhood. The development is also in the arts district and located very close to a concrete plant, so there may be occasional noise from normal operations.

You will enter the exterior of the warehouses and go down a hallway in order to get to an interior door which is the entrance of the space. We will send VERY detailed instructions before arrival, please read them thoroughly.

The entire apartment is available for your use.

There is free parking in the lot in front of the warehouses.

The two bedrooms are beautifully-decorated and offer exquisite furnishings, and comfortable mattresses so you can sleep soundly during your stay. Each bedroom is furnished with a plush queen-sized bed featuring organic cotton sheets for your ultimate comfort.

*NOTE: One of the bedrooms is only separated by the main living space by a partition. It does not have complete privacy if there are people in another area of the main living space*

The each bedroom offers a flat-screen TV.

The bath is stocked with fresh towels and Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion.

The kitchen opens up to the sleek living area. In the dining area, you’ll find a charming wooden dining table that comfortably seats six. You’ll love the clean lines, high ceilings, and vintage furniture for elevating your dining experience.

Sit back and relax in the cool comfort of the living room. Plenty of seating is available on the sofa, making this the perfect place to spend time with the whole family or friends. Watch a show on the 60” TV, which is hooked up to cable with a sports package so you never have to worry about missing the game. Ideally located in the Athen's arts district in the Chase Street warehouses, you can enjoy your own spacious environment while still being close to all the action. Uber and Lyft are readily available to help you enjoy the downtown scene, local restaurants, and other attractions.

Your safety matters. This property has a Ring camera with audio at the exterior part of the apartment, this will be turned on at all times but don't worry, it does not look into interior spaces.

The apartment is located inside of the historic Chase Street warehouses. You will have to climb a few flights of stairs to enter the building, just follow the signs to the apartment. We will send VERY detailed directions of how to find the space, so please pay attention to these directions😊

Your safety is important to us! The home has a Ring camera with audio on the exterior only, and it stays on during reservations. It doesn’t face any indoor areas.
