Cette magnifique propriĂ©tĂ© est parfaite pour vos vacances en famille ou pour que les filles se rendent Ă  la plage que vous avez planifiĂ©e! Avec 2 suites de maĂźtre, une chambre complĂšte avec salle de bain attenante et une «chambre de bonus» avec un lit double vous avez tout ce dont vous avez besoin, mais chut, ne dites Ă  personne qu'il y a un lit gigogne dans l'une des chambres minute ami dĂ©cide de vous rejoindre alors vous avez encore de la place pour eux aussi !!!! AprĂšs avoir fait du cafĂ© dans le Keurig, vous pourrez admirer le lever de soleil sur la voie navigable inter-cĂŽtiĂšre depuis le balcon, puis profiter de la piscine ou du bain Ă  remous ou de l'une des quatre tĂ©lĂ©visions Ă  Ă©cran plat ou de la connexion Wi-Fi gratuite! Fantastic stay and unforgettable experience! Our favorite place to stay in Perdido Key thus far. Having even the smallest details (paper plates, cups, napkins, etc...) stocked was such a treat! It's always wonderful here. We've stayed in numerous rooms in this building, by far the best view! Extremely quick & friendly response! We would definitely stay again! Excellent treatment!

Love the area and condo had everything you need

Communication with the owner was fantastic. We have stayed in this building many times and in many different units. We love the area, pool, private beach, fishing pier, and most of all quietness. If you are looking to relax, this is the place you ant to be.

Great Condo & location

We enjoyed our stay, the condo was nicely decorated and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. It accommodated our family of 7 perfectly! Location is very quaint but also convenient to OBA and Pensacola. We will be back!

5 Stars....but...

While the condo itself was wonderful, better than described, with plenty of amenities already there, and we enjoyed watching for dolphins, there were a few issues that were out of the control of the property owners. 1. There really wasn't much beach to use and we had to travel to a public beach in Perdido Key to really experience the beach. 2.We did not like being "policed" by the residents of the condo. Let me preface this by saying I was there with my husband, 86 year old mother, 78 year old MIL and son. The residents actually stood and watched as we came and went. They would leave once we got in our car. 3. One day my mother and MIL wanted to go down to the beach, since they could not walk down all the steps to the beach or walk through the garage, I put them in the car and drove to the opening of the garage, left the car running, with no intent to park, and while I was getting them out of the car to walk a few feet to a grassy area - my mother uses a cane, a resident appeared out of nowhere to inform me I couldn't park there. I let her know that I wasn't "parking", but just getting them out of the car and assisting them to get to the grassy area. Needless to say, it was the only time my mother went down to the beach. 4. There were other issues with residents, but I don't have enough space to include. For those reasons, I would not return.

Very relaxing

The condo is amazing and right by the water. I loved how comfortable and clean the place was and the owner provided us with everything. Chairs and toys for the beach, paper products for the kitchen and anything we may have left at home. Wonderful experience! Would definitely come back!

Wonderful Week in Harbour Point

From start to finish, the condo had everything and more. The underground garage was easy for unloading and packing up. Very comfortable and clean. Extra nice having the use of 2 floor fan towers to keep the condo extra cool which we are use to in our own home. It was plenty spacious enough for the 7 of us to hide out in the bedrooms sometimes, playing games on the big dining room table or watching movies and golf in the living area. I have never been on a vacation to FL were the ocean was both calm and quiet. It was so peaceful in the mornings just sitting out on the balcony watching for dolphins!! We had the best weather the whole week where we could night swim in the pool under the stars!! Anything we needed help with was only a text away. The building property was well maintained and felt very safe with coded key pad access doors. Having a Walmart only a few miles away was super convenient. Was the best family vacation we've ever had!!

Short Family Get-away

Found this property to very nice! The view of the water in both directions was great. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool with our two year old - she had a blast and didn’t want to leave! Close enough to Pensacola downtown area and also Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area to meet friends for lunch or dinner! Will definitely be coming back!

Pensacola vacation

This is a lovely corner condo. It has a great view of the ocean and blue angel’s practice. Pool/hot tub/ work out room/ library was always clean, locals are friendly and helpful. Centrally located between Johnson and Pensacola beach. Manager was slow to address problems we had with the condo, but we would still visit again.

Paradise

This unit was even more exceptional than it looked. The people at the complex were friendly. and the condo was furnished with everything you need. Close to everything! We truly enjoyed our stay and will book again!! Sunrise and sunsets amazing.

Best vacation ever!

This was a much needed vacation for my family & this place MORE than met our needs. It was a beautiful Condo with a beautiful balcony view of the water. We even got to watch the Blue Angels practice right from our balcony. We went down to the beach & it was just perfect. Quiet & peaceful. Close enough to several different delicious restaurants, but far enough off the beaten path to relax. We will definitely go back again.

The condo was spacious, well stocked and the view was beautiful. We stayed for almost two weeks over the holidays and there was even a Christmas tree there that we could put up! The kitchen was stocked well and we cooked a big family dinner for Christmas and New Year’s Eve. The view from the balcony was gorgeous, we enjoyed watching the dolphins and skates playing in the water. The owners were very responsive and helpful. I read a previous review that talked about the neighbors complaining about noise, but even with 3 kids, we had no problems. The neighbors were actually quite friendly. We had a fantastic stay!

Spacious condo,amazing sunrises & sunsets.

Harbour Pointe is a great complex. Off the main drag yet close to everything. This unit was very large, nicely decorated, with a great balcony to read, snooze, or watch the dolphins and pelicans as well as the boaters and barges float by.All in all a great place for a family vacation.

Because of the location, it is a true getaway!

The condo was given so much thought for visitors to feel at home and have more than they need. We had rain the first couple of days, but did not mind because the condo was so nice to relax in. It has the perfect living room for a family to all lounge around with comfort. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cooking appliances. The beds were comfy, too! Of course, the awesome dock lends to perfect night fishing. The pool area is well kept and the hot tub was spacious. Also, there is a beach area to put your toes in the sand. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again! It was so comfortable that it felt like we were staying in a friends home, not a rented condo. And, there was an extra surprise! We did not need it for this trip, but it was great!
