Welcome to CurrenSea! You’re sure to have a great vacation staying at this lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit located on Perdido Key Drive! This unit has been completely refurbished and updated. This two level unit is located directly across the street from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! You will have access to the beach via a short walk over a boardwalk. Relax in paradise in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse unit. You will have water views from the front balcony as well as from the living area. Rest up after a long day at the beach in the comfortable living room where there is ample seating on the sectional sofa (queen sleeper sofa). The kitchen/dining area features a dining table and kitchen bar with room to seat 8. The kitchen is well stocked and has stainless steel appliances and all the cookware you will need to prepare fabulous meals!



This rental includes access to Free Fun with Xplorie! We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, and Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) & then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day & one person in your party is free to every activity every day. Complete details will be provided with your confirmed booking. We make it easy to stay with us! Drive straight to your rental & access with a lock code. Prior to your visit we will send you your door access code. Please note, one car is included in the initial price. One additional car can be added for an additional parking pass fee of $50.00, which will need to be requested after you book.



The master bedroom has a California king bed with comfortable bedding, flat screen tv, and access to a full bathroom with shower/tub combo. Both of the guest bedrooms are located on the lower level, please note there is a spiral staircase that takes you down to the lower level or you can access through an outside door on the ground floor. One of the guest bedrooms has a king bed and flat screen tv. The second bedroom has a full bed.



The star of this unit are the balconies, there are 3 total. All are furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture. The front balcony has seating for 4 and has gulf views. The second balcony off of the master bedroom overlooks the community pool and has sweeping nature views. The third balcony is on the lower level and also has sweeping nature views. You can view stunning sunsets from the balconies. In the garage area you will find a full size washer and dryer. Conveniently located within a 5 minute drive of the shops and restaurants in Perdido Key, This unit is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing getaway!

We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. Be respectful of the property & contents - it is someone's home. Respect your neighbors. No parties, events or smoking of any kind. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees.
