Great stay all around. Prime location, good host and excellent rate. Check In/Check Out couldn't be easier. The location is prime--close to everythingj. Cleanliness is good.

The host was great and very accommodating. It had a great view of the beach and the shops on the ground floor were very convenient. The only negative would be that the cleaning crew could've been a lil more thorough with making sure everything was clean (some dishes were still dirty and old food left in the microwave) but I would stay there again in the future.

Great value, great location. Strange layout, ice maker not functional, not a lot of comfortable seating in the living room. Had more beds than anticipated. Solid overall.

Cousins Trip

The cousins that were able to make it on the trip said they enjoyed their stay & they loved how they were in the heart of a lot of attractions. Along with the fact that the condo was nice. Definitely will book again if the opportunity presents itself in the future.

Loved it!!!!

We loved the inside it was spacious and up to date. The kitchen was perfect size and the balcony was great to see the ocean. We will be back to use this property again.

Very noisy at night

The location was superb, in walking distance to the beach and family kingdom park. The downside was the TVs in the bedroom were missing the remotes so we were unable to use them. There’s not enough seating inside the living room area. and it is very noisy at night, whoever sleeps by the main shriek, can hear everyone hanging out in the area.

You can see the beach while sitting on the couch or on the balcony. The location is really ideal as you can walk to a beautiful tree lined walkway to the very small boardwalk, although some may prefer to drive. Microwave, stove, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker all worked well. The clothes dryer may need a little extra time to dry.

Nice place!!

We had a wonderful time here. The only complaint would be the water pressure in the top floor bathroom and there should be something in the listing about how many flights of stairs there are for people unable to climb stairs. The location was great and Mr. Kyle was very pleasant and accommodating to our needs.
