We had a wonderful family trip and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious, comfortable, and offered breathtaking views. Slyvee was an excellent host—responsive, communicative, and very helpful with all of my questions. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Amazing beachfront location with ocean views from every window. Great for a group as there are bedrooms & bathrooms on 3 floors with direct beach access. Lots of seating areas, stocked kitchen. They don’t provide bath or kitchen towels nor bath amenities so just prepare to bring your own. Good communication with the host, keyless access & lots of parking.

Incredible house and lovely experience

We loved staying at the house so much! It was perfect for our group: some friends wanted to relax with a fantastic view while others were surfing and on the beach. Easy communication, easy entry and exit, great experience!

The house is above a wonderful beach and has direct access to the beach via stairs. The beach is uncrowded and allows open fires, which is unique.

Family Vacation

This beach house was the perfect gathering place for our beach loving family! The home is large enough to spread out and provide privacy yet is charming and cozy on each of the three levels that provide stunning views of the beach. The host was easily accessible and very accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Family beach getaway

It’s a great property right on the beach. We had our 4 kids and 2 grandkids with us and a great time was had by all. Plenty of space for all 10 of us. We would come back again.

This house was located right on the beach. Views from every bedroom. Also, where this house was located there was hardly any people on the beach. We were able to have a fire on the beach and roast marsh mellows with the grandkids.There were no issues with check in or check out.Parking for multiple cars right outside the front door was nice.Our host was very helpful and responsive to the few questions i had.

Beachfront Beauty!

This wonderful home is located directly on Monterey Bay with ocean views from every room. The spacious three levels provided plenty of room and comfort for our large group. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed and the house included access to beach chairs, umbrellas, firepit, etc. Sylvee was great with communication and the check-in process was a breeze. We can't wait to go back!

Great location!

We had a wonderful time with our family! The location is amazing, right on the water! The home worked really well. There were 9 of us - My 80 year old dad, us parents in our 50's, and our 20 something kids. Three levels for sleeping with the middle level for meals. It was great. A beautiful view of the ocean from all the windows of every room!

More than we expected

House was clean, tastefully decorated. We found absolutely everything we needed (dishes, glasses, pots & pans, games, even beach chairs) to have a great time. Communication with the property manager was prompt. All questions answered in timely manner. Definitely recommend and looking forward to stay there in the future.

Beach Getaway

Had an amazing stay with a large family. Enough space for everyone to relax on their own or mingle together. The area was convenient for shopping and close to boardwalk and other activities. The views and sounds of the ocean is unbeatable. Property manager was very pleasant and accommodating. There is a lot of stairs and you will feel it!!! But so worth it. Will be back
