3-5 chambres / 3 salles de bain, maison de style de vie côtier avec fusée nautique directement sur l'eau! Profitez du patio OCEANFRONT avec barbecue, foyer, 2 nouveaux ensembles de salle à manger et salons. Un patio inférieur supplémentaire s'assoit plus loin. Détendez-vous dans le siège de la fenêtre avec un livre ou près du feu dans le salon tout en regardant les dauphins, les surfeurs, les baleines occasionnelles et en jouant à des jeux! Promenez-vous sur la promenade en bord de mer nouvellement pavée sur East Cliff et prenez une bouchée et un café au "Pleasure Point Cafe" récemment rénové dans le virage, dans une atmosphère de plage décontractée. Cette zone abrite le film de surf "Chasing Mavericks"!
41st Ave. à proximité propose des restaurants, de nouvelles brasseries, des cafés, des magasins de surf, des locations de vélos et plus encore!
La cuisine principale, la salle à manger, le salon, 2 chambres avec lits king-size et 2 salles de bains sont au premier niveau. L'UPSTAIRS a une entrée séparée, une kitchenette, 1 grande chambre OCEANFRONT avec lit King et patio OCEANFRONT, 1 petite chambre avec ensemble de lits superposés (rideau comme porte), 1 lit double (avec rideau pour plus d'intimité) et terrasse. Le pont supérieur a également un ensemble de salon de porte et une vue sur l'océan. Téléviseurs à écran plat dans la salle familiale, le maître inférieur et la chambre supérieure en bord de mer!

Amazing ocean front property, loved the location. The beach was beautiful and we spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the views. We actually enjoyed the separate entrance between 1st and 2nd levels.

We had a great stay! The views are truly incredible! Sitting outside during sunset and listening to the waves crash was so peaceful. The location was great and we enjoyed driving to downtown Santa Cruz, Monterey and Carmel by the sea. We went grocery shopping and were happy to see that the kitchen had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

The house was not a 4BR for up to 10 people. It was 2 apartments, 1 2 BR and the upstairs being a 1 BR with a converted closet and bunk bed shoved in, no door, window or closet. The table in the downstairs apartment only seated six and the main living area only accommodated 6 comfortably. We had to pull in deck chairs so all could sit and we only had 8. The property description and details should be verified. The only accurate aspect was the location which was right on the water.

First let me say we had a lovely time. The house was clean and provided everything we needed to have a great weekend. That said, I would be untruthful if I didn’t bring up some issues. The location was outstanding but to say this is a five bedroom house is misleading. This is basically a duplex with 5ish bedrooms between the two units. (A couple of the bedrooms in the upstairs unit would barely count as rooms)Communication with the host was good once we checked in but the checkin process was not good at all. We did not receive the lockbox code till 30 minutes after “check in time” which led to me and a bunch of my relatives huddled in a corner while we sat on hold with VRBO. Obviously we got in eventually but it was not the way I wanted to start things off. Other than that, great spot. Thanks for hosting us.

Beautiful location with fabulous ocean views and close to the beach. But, the area in front of the house is not beach. House was well stocked and the beach cart was particularly helpful. The checkin time of 4 seemed very late, especially with a checkout of 10:30. But otherwise the process was smooth. We were traveling with our adult kids and grandkids and fit in the space well. Thanks for a lovely weekend!

My family and I had a perfect week in mid-September at this beach house. Roomy, clean, perfect location and well stocked with linens and paper products. Right on the water… if we had been closer to the ocean, we’d have been in a submarine! Highly recommend this beach house!

Our stay at Pleasure Point was amazing! The waves crashing below the balcony was a bonus. The walk to the beach was just a few houses down from the driveway. The house was very accommodating and fully stocked. We loved it!

The house was well stocked and mostly clean. The view was absolutely great. The neighbor hood is quiet. The chair cushions a bit stained otherwise at 5.

Amazing Home Away From Home

We booked this place for my mother’s 60th birthday and it was great. The location was ideal for all the activities we had planned during our stay. The house was very well cleaned and supplied everything you needed to enjoy a home away from your own. The layout was nice a supplied addition privacy and plenty of space for multiple people including kids! But the overall best part is the view, it’s private and we saw everything from whales and dolphins to surfers and boats, you could see the pier and board walk day or night as long as it was clear. This house is definitely a place our family would book again.

Future guests, Property is right on the water so there is always some ocean air spray on the home. (not mold). The floors are mainly engineered wood. It is maintained consistently. New dishwasher in lower kitchen and new fridge upstairs.

I have stayed at this property in past years before it was listed with Vrbo! It’s located close to most of my hangs when I come to Santa Cruz and Capitola! Very Quiet, and clean, with plenty of room! I had trouble with the main Tv set and the upstairs set! Neither had the right controls until I notified the property manager! A TV expert was sent over to find the correct controls.I plan on coming back to A front row seat again soon! Thanks!
