Bellecot may look small but is deceivingly spacious with a finished basement, 4 bedrooms and plenty of room for 10 guests. It is located near the end of a quiet, dead end street and is available for rent for larger area events. Fully inspected, insured and approved for rental. While it doesn't quite meet ADA standards, parking is close to the front door and we have had many older groups stay with little trouble.

Location - Bellecot is located in beautiful Victorian Bellefonte, just 13 miles from State College and Penn State. Enjoy the quiet setting while still being close to all of the action.

Safety - Rest assured your safety has been considered. Bellecot has been inspected, approved and permitted by the town and regional code office for use as a rental and meets or exceeds all building and fire codes. Beware, many short term renters have not taken this step to ensure your safety. It is also insured for use as a rental property.
It has beds to sleep 10 comfortably.
Washer/Dryer access is available for longer term rentals (please request this when reserving the home).
Accessibility - A single step on the front porch gains access to the house. Steps access the basement or second floor but first floor is level, with no steps. A full bath with tub/shower is on the first floor. Bedroom 3 and 4 are located on the first floor. Bedroom 3 can be set up as a king or two singles

Guests have full access to the entire house, patio and partial yard (in warmer weather months) with the following exceptions:
Garage
Shed
Basement utility room
Master bedroom closet
Utility closet on first floor
A few kitchen cabinets are reserved for owner's use.
