Excellent view and great location. We very much enjoyed our stay. Owner was helpful and responsive. Really appreciated being close to Magens Beach and the small private beach down the road. Would stay there again.

Thanks Battman!

Perfect for what we were looking to do on St Thomas. This was a great home base while exploring the island and was spacious and comfortable enough for lazy mornings or afternoons at the house and going to the private beach down the road. We couldn't get enough of the view, especially the sunsets! Really glad we got to stay here!

This was an awesome place! We absolutely loved the house and the view was breathtaking. Battman was an excellent owner and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be returning.

Great view, spent most of our time on the balcony. It’s in a quiet part of the island where you can watch the birds. Very helpful owners who communicated frequently.

Birthday getaway

Our stay was everything we had hoped it would be. The neighborhood is quiet - perfect for relaxation and shutting off from work. The view of Magens Bay is simply amazing! Communication with the host was prompt, and the house was clean. We would definitely stay here again.

My stay was fabulous!! Battman the host truly made me feel welcomed ! The view is spectacular and the place is equipped. My fav was the outdoor shower! Highly recommend!

Beautiful house in a beautiful location minutes from Magens Bay. This is where you want to be if you visit St Thomas. Battman was thoughtful and responsive, would definitely book again.

What a View!

Beautiful, quiet, secure location near Megan’s Beach with deck/balcony overlooking Megan’s Bay. The house had everything we needed and the owner was very responsive to all our questions.

The house and area are amazing. I loved waking up to the view of Magen’s Bay from the back deck. You can tell Mr. Battman has put his heart into the property and genuinely wants you to have a great stay. We will definitely be back!

This home was Great !!! Amazing location on Magen's Bay ...the view is specular . Pure paradise. The host was in communication with us and made the stay excellent . I would defiantly consider re-visiting .

Nothing else quite like this place on St Thomas. Truly special and unique. Great location. Beautiful views. Everything you need for a perfect stay. We will be back. Dont think I would do St Thomas any other way !

Beautiful home

All information is correct along with the reviews. We loved having all of the space to spread out after a week sailing. We loved the little private beach within walking distance. Saw an octopus, eagle ray and turtles out the front door!

Beautiful views!

This is located 20-30 minutes from anywhere you want to go. It had a grill, beach chairs, ice chest. Decor is an Indonesian Style. Very comfortable property. Host Battman, has a lot of great suggestions for rental car, restaurants, beaches. The view is incredible.

St. Thomas Gem

This property owned by Alan Battman is wonderful. It is clean, beautiful, well stocked, etc. He was a wonderful communicator and extremely helpful before and during our stay on St. Thomas. It is in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood which made our stay in St. Thomas extremely relaxing. The view from the back deck is gorgeous.

A slice of heaven…..

What an absolutely lovely piece of property! We enjoyed our stay here immensely. As advertised and all communications with Battman were extremely pleasant- like I connected with a long lost friend! The view, the deck, openness of the house, the private beach, Megan’s bay are only a few of the wonderful things located here. Book now- you won’t regret it!

Amazing week on St. Thomas

Stayed here for a week with 3 friends before heading to the BVI for some sailing. Alan was an awesome host - incredibly helpful and very quick to respond to questions. He's clearly very interested in his guests having a relaxing time. Great location with an easy walk to a small secluded beach nearby. Views are out of this world. Highly recommend!

Perfect Island Vacation Stay

Great property with everything we needed for our stay and Battman was available by phone anytime we had questions or concerns. The place was clean and neat with all items necessary to make it enjoyable and comfortable! Easy check in and check out. The view is amazing and a peaceful place to have morning coffee as the sun comes up! The open air shower was also a nice touch. Thanks for the bottle of wine!
