We stayed two nights and found the unit very clean and functionally appointed, new kitchen, comfortable bed. The host was very responsive when we had an issue connecting to wifi and soon had us up and running. The location is quiet and walkable, we felt comfortable leaving our car parked at the curb. We would recommend this rental!

Great place for a short trip to Memphis!

The owner was quick to respond and courteous. The property conveniently located for all local attractions. Very close to the zoo and memorial cemetery, close driving distance to Beale Street and Civil Rights museum. Quiet neighborhood close to grocery and necessary shopping centers.

We had a great time. Everything we wanted to do was located near the house. The host was very helpful and the house had a welcome book that helped with little things. The backyard was fenced in and great for our dog to run around in.

Midtown Memphis Convenience

Centrally located to so much, this lovely little duplex fit us perfectly. Pet friendly, our two little dogs loved romping in the tree shaded backyard. Our host was fantastic and very helpful. Highly recommend this property!

Memorial Day Weekend Stay

Nice, quiet neighborhood; cute place with plenty of room and supplies to cook. I'm a picky sleeper and the queen bed and couch were uncomfortable so i ended up on the futon, but the reat of the family slept well. Never ran out of hot water!

There was several small issues. Parking can be an issue for sure. It's street parking and the 2 nights we were there was event down the road. Parking was an issue. Working light bulbs was an issue. One bedroom only had on working and it flickered. Bathroom light was only flickering when left. Unable to use the washer and flush the toilet at the sametime. Might want to update photos. No fire pit found or outdoor table and chairs. The stay wasn't horrible, just a few things we noticed.

It's fine; potential to be excellent

Positive: --Great location --Clean and well maintained --Excellent appliances --Nice kitchen --Good communication with owner Negative: --Smaller than expected; no firepit as listed --Bedrooms are very small; "queen" bed felt like a double --Some odd design choices (e.g., TV on a crooked old table in bedroom) --Little negatives like no hangers in closet or colander in kitchen. There was also a lot of leftover food in cabinets and refrigerator/freezer, which wasn't necessarily a bad thing but not sure why it was there. This place has a lot of potential; it feels relatively new to the market and needs upgrades to be truly excellent. The owner is really good with communication.

Good neighbor and dog friendly property

This property is located in a good neighborhood and is within walking distance of a large city park. The property was as described with a queen bed in one bedroom, two extended singles in another bedroom, a futon couch in the finished back pouch, and a large couch in the living room. Linoleum tile throughout made keeping dog hair cleanup easier. There is a washer and dryer in the finished porch area. Downside: there was only four mismatched bath towels in the unit, the comforter in the queen bedroom was torn, the rug in the living room was stained and dirty, on Friday night there was no on street parking in front of the unit, not a single mixing bowl in the kitchen, and knife block only had two knives (about 10 were missing). Upside: clean and safe neighborhood, plenty of room, fenced backyard.

The location was perfect. Close to all the restaurants and shops at Overton Square. I slept like a baby every night in the comfortable bed. Washer and Dryer were a huge plus. Plenty of room to spread out and a great kitchen. Owner was super fast with communication. It was a great retreat and getaway.
