Nous sommes très heureux de présenter "Summit Lodge", un chef-d'œuvre unique et passionnant au cœur de Montecito, en Californie. Préparez-vous à être impressionné par cette maison personnalisée refaite par des experts. En termes simples, aucun détail n'a été épargné, car toutes les mesures ont été prises pour assurer une "expérience de location de luxe de première classe"!

La longue entrée au sol en ardoise est un signe de choses à venir ... comme des espaces de vie passionnants, une cuisine gastronomique, une somptueuse salle à manger formelle, une grande salle multimédia et des suites doubles Master ne sont que le début. Les plafonds à poutres apparentes et le parquet en bois massif chaleureux ajoutent aux stimuli visuels, avec des œuvres d'art de bon goût, des instruments de musique et un mobilier confortable complétant l'espace. Summit Lodge semble presque vous transporter dans un studio d'enregistrement hollywoodien de classe mondiale ou vers votre destination de montagne préférée. Autrement dit, jusqu'à ce que vous sortiez ...

Profitez du soleil de Californie! De multiples places assises et zones de suspension sont placées stratégiquement dans les jardins bien entretenus. We had an excellent stay at this VRBO property in Montecito. The location was perfect — private, peaceful, and conveniently close to everything we wanted to do. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach and grocery store. The home was exceptionally clean, beautifully landscaped, and exactly as described in the listing. It was also extremely well appointed with plenty of linens, towels, fully stocked high end appliances in kitchen and thoughtful amenities throughout. Communication with the host was prompt and easy from start to finish, and the ample parking was an added bonus. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great getaway, perfect location

We had an amazing week at Summit Lodge. The location is wonderful. Walk to the best restaurants in town. The pool and hottub were a highlight. Was actually difficult to get my crew to leave. We will definitely be back!

We loved the house! It was amazing in almost every way.. the dryer didn’t work, and the top dishwasher drawer didn’t work. But all good! The house was perfect as well as the outdoor area.. we would definitely rent it again. The location was amazing! I’m sure they will get the issues that we have fixed!

Family Oasis

The Summit Lodge was the perfect place for our family of six to relax during the days leading up to our daughter’s wedding and afterwards. It has a rustic yet modern atmosphere and the spaciousness and amenities were perfect. I would highly recommend this property!

Great property inside and out. Family friendly, quiet neighborhood. Loved that we could walk into town. Loved the pool and hot tub! House had all the amenities we needed and wanted. Comfy beds. Nice indoor fireplace. Highly recommend this property!

Slice of paradise

This property boasts it all. The pictures are a great reflection of its beauty. The rooms are big and spacious, high ceilings with lots of fun windows. Several outdoor areas for lounging around the fire pit, sun bathing by the pool, or reading a novel under the mature trees. Beds are super comfy. Bathrooms are modern and updated. I loved the fun showers! Jacuzzi and pool were phenomenal. Absolutely recommend!

Positives:- Beautiful house, well equipped- Great location- Great pool- Very Clean Negatives:- NO A/C — should have been more explicitly stated in the listing. The house was incredibly stuffy and muggy even with all the fans running and windows and skylights open. That's a big drawback- Plumbing was not great and second bathroom shower had clogged drain rending it fairly unusable- Broken dryer in the laundry room left clothing damp and was unusable because of loud noise and vibration- House Alarm system started beeping in the middle of the night and woke up the whole house

Beautiful, unique home right in Montecito

Our family (including a 4yr old and 2yr old) loved our stay at the Summit Lodge! The pool area is beautiful, and there's a wonderful outdoor seating area for breakfasts & dinners outside. The furnishings in the home truly are luxurious and of great quality. Remember to bring your K cups for the coffee machine! Master bedroom has a walk-in closet area (around a corner, but without a door separating it from the rest of the room) that was perfect for setting up a pack and play. For those unfamiliar with Montecito, there aren't sidewalks in this area, so even though the house is easily walkable to town, it can be a little more challenging to keep very small kids corralled on the side of the road, and you might plan on driving. Perfect stay, thank you!!

Location was great. Didn’t mind that it was on a road since it wasn’t terribly busy. Pool was great. House is depicted well online. Not my style. Not homey but totally functional

Perfect getaway!

The house is a complete dream and honestly better than the pictures. It is clearly built and designed with the renter’s experience in mind, with so many communal spaces to enjoy with your guests. The location cannot be beat, as everything we had planned for our stay was no more than a ten minute drive away. It was the perfect bachelorette getaway weekend, and I will absolutely come back for more stays!

Wonderful Stay

Great location. Clean and well maintained. Comfy beds. Great space. We had such a wonderful time with family. Only wish we had more time to enjoy the property as we had many off site events planned. We were there for my son's wedding at SYR.
