Ceci est un paradis tropical. En entrant, la sensation est spacieuse, lumineuse, avec de hauts plafonds et des couleurs claires. Le premier niveau a un salon, avec salon et t. v. en face de la cuisine. Il y a six places assises au bar et une table avec six chaises. En haut des escaliers, trois chambres ont toutes la même taille. 12x12 aprox. et une chambre a une salle de bain avec douche. Il y a aussi une salle de bain avec baignoire en haut des escaliers. Chambre avec salle de bain donnant sur la piscine et la cour. Le rez-de-chaussée a une tanière avec buanderie et deux chambres d'environ 12x12. Il y a aussi une salle de bains avec douche. Des portes doubles mènent à l'extérieur. Table de billard, table de ping-pong, jeu de fléchettes, pelouse et terrain de pétanque.

Cette maison serait parfaite pour un couple de familles ensemble. Tant de choses à faire dans cette maison que vous ne voudrez plus jamais quitter !!

This place was great really good for a family gathering the pool was incredible nice and deep and a really good temperature! The jacuzzi also was great. It helped that we stayed during a heat wave so we got to enjoy the pool and outdoors. And the A/C worked really well. The location was walking distance to the great shops , cafes and restaurants of montecito . The two main bedrooms were a good size but the others a bit small and the bathrooms a bit small. Overall we had a great stay.

If you are looking for a property for the whole family this is the one. Pool, jacuzzi, ping pong & pool tables, The grounds are gorgeous & very private. We had a couple issues, but they were rectified by the management immediately.

Located close to the Santa Barbara Zoo, the beach, the pier, the restaurants, and a grocery store, this house was the perfect place to have a family vacation. The house had a pool, a hot tub, a billiards' table, and a ping pong table for on-site entertainment. Bravo to the owners for supplying ample amenities to cater to the needs of a larger family. We loved the backyard with its beautiful landscaping and the outdoor fireplace.

We had a family reunion in early January and had a wonderful time. The house was clean and well stocked. It had lots of seating to encourage conversations and a beautiful kitchen. There were also lots of things to do like a pool, jacuzzi, bocce ball, ping pong, bbq grill, and billiards. I would rate it five stars. A great time was had by all. Best Regards, MG

The pictures do not do this listing justice. It was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our trip.

The kitchen is amazing and we were able to bring a lot of our own food to cook during our stay. Lots of comfortable seating for lounging and the backyard is gorgeous! We all had a wonderful stay.

We fell in love with Montecito because it offers the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. It's peaceful, beautiful, and surrounded by towering trees and stunning mountain views, yet just minutes from Butterfly Beach (one of our favorite beaches) wounderful restaurants, shopping, wineries, hiking tails, and everything Santa Barbara has to offer. We wanted a place where families could truly slow down and recconnect. Mornings can begin with coffee by the pool, afternoons can be spent playing bocce ball, swimming, or exploring nearby beaches, and evenings end with a soak in the hot tub while the kids challenge each other to ping pong or pool. The weather is pretty perfect year round which makes it perfect for vacationing any time of year.
