C'est un bel endroit dans le quartier calme situĂ© Ă  trois kilomĂštres du centre-ville de Flagstaff, Ă  moins d'un kilomĂštre de la forĂȘt nationale et de Buffalo Park, trĂšs proche du centre commercial, des restaurants et du centre mĂ©dical de Flagstaff.
Le studio a un réfrigérateur, un climatiseur / radiateur, un micro-ondes, une cafetiÚre, une cuisiniÚre électrique, une théiÚre et tout le nécessaire de cuisine. En outre, nous fournissons aux clients des aliments et des fournitures de bain essentiels et une literie supplémentaire pour rouler sur le lit.

My host quickly responded and was positive to my request to check-in a little early. Cozy little studio with a very comfy and warm bed. All amenities were provided which made for a smooth stay.

VERY old and broken, black mold in the shower. We arrived at about 5pm and they weren't ready for us so we had to leave and come back. We ended up having to head home a day early because my wife became very ill and in pain. She was admitted to the hospital as soon as we arrived home. We were still charged for that day. really loose floor throw rugs that slipped easily and threadbare towels and sheets

Great home base for exploring Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, Sedona areas. Simple accommodations but clean and comfortable for 2 people. It was perfect to get a good night’s sleep and a shower in a quiet area. Hosts are helpful and pleasant.

We wanted to find a reasonably priced place within 10 minutes of downtown Flagstaff and this place was perfect. Neat as a pin, with all the essentials including an awesome bed. Communication was great. Grocery store and gas station within a 1/4 mile. Would definitely stay there again.

Property was as billed. A great little place to stay and George the owner is a great guy. My wife and I hiked Humphreys Peak, the Grand Canyon and spent a day in Sedona. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the studio, but found it to be everything we needed at a great price. Neighborhood is quiet and the coffee shop on the corner Cedar House Coffee Shop rocks!

Quiet Studio

We came to Flagstaff for a quick getaway. The studio was perfect for my daughter and I. The area could definitely use a deep clean and some updates. Overall I was happy with rental. The owner was very quick to respond to my questions and pleasant. It was super quiet. I would stay here again.

Never again

Bed was comfortable, the toilet flushed and the fridge was a good size. Has a small TV but no Netflix or Hulu. Looks great in the photo’s 

different in reality No matter haw cheap a property is, it is not too much to expect to have been cleaned before one’s arrival and I am by no means a clean freak. The cooking equipment felt greasy. The crockery is chipped and the cutlery was dubiously clean. (We used our own cutlery and bowls.) Oh and don’t get too excited about the microwave, its a tiny 600w unit with one wheel missing off the turntable. The kitchen sink which is tiny is the only sink in the studio. The blinds do not completely cover the window when drawn! It is way more cramped than it needs to be. There is a huge drawer/cupboard unit that doesn’t need to be in the room (the linen could in the wardrobe. If someone is sitting at the dining table, you can’t get past because of the drawer/cupboard unit. The towels are cheap and of poor quality. Would not stay here again and could not recommend it to anyone

Great location for a runner!

Kitchenette had all you need. WiFi was fast. Location was amazing for running! A short 1mile walk/run to Buffalo park. Less than 2mile walk/run to Mt. Elden lookout trail. Brought my own blender and pillow. Owners door right next to Vrbo door so you see/hear them occasionally, but very respectful of privacy and did not bother me.

Convenient Location

Not a bad little place, kind of small for a 5 day stay. there is a frig, but no stove to cook on. There was however a hot plate and a microwave. We only ate breakfast there, so it worked. George was easy to get ahold of, he lives right there, so if you needed anything it only took minutes. The place is easy to find and close to anything you would want to do.

Great price for what you get. Porch, small kitchen, tv, bathroom, and bed. Store just around the corner for all your shopping needs and right within distance of quite a few running spots.

Very tight space

First of all the studio was very tight space. Storage unit takes up too much room for bathroom access. Did not cook because of the kitchen set up with a hot plate. Bathroom does not have its own sink. No TV for guests to access. And biggest complaint was that the room and bedding were not freshly prepared for guests coming in. We also emailed the host a week before the actual reservation to cancel and never heard back from him until the day before leaving us no option but to keep the reservation.Needless to say we didn't spend much time there except to sleep.

The owner, George, was great. He was very receptive to all my communications. The pictures made the place appear bigger than it actually was, but it was very homey and comfortable. The only suggestion I can give is to install a TV. Offer apps for the customer to sign in on through their own acct's. Other than that... I would stay again.

Small but comfortable place to stay near downtown and Snowbowl

Pros: heaters worked well and kept the place warm, short drive to downtown, easy access to Snowbowl, hot shower, kitchen amenities, plenty of towels, extra blankets, provided parking, friendly host, we were allowed to check in early. Cons: the heater made some noise which was bothersome at night (I wore earplugs so it wasn't an issue), my partner found the bed uncomfortable (personal preference - it is a soft bed), lack of privacy as you share a wall with the host. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We would return and recommend it to others. Thank you!

It was great to escape the Phoenix heat in this cozy cabin! My favorite part was the location to downtown, which was only a 6-8 minute drive from the cabin. Always had a place to park and an amazing view of the mountains while driving into the neighborhood.

This was a wonderful place to stay! I stayed here for about a month, while in between leases, and it was a great space to call home for a bit. The owners are very friendly and easy to communicate with. The area is large enough to not feel cramped, and besides a few maintenance issues, it is a great room! The toilet does leak, and the bathroom floor is wet most of the time, and the ceiling leaked a little during a huge storm. But nothing was unmanageable. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!
