Adorable 2 bedroom guesthouse in the pines

Our guest house is just a few minutes from NAU, Downtown and all that Flagstaff has to offer. You will enjoy privacy and comfort in our brand new guest house that has a completely separate entrance and is not accessible from the main house. Enjoy peace in the pines with A/C, a comfy living room, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, full bath, washer/dryer, outdoor dining area, back porch with hammock and Adirondack chairs and your own full driveway.

The guesthouse is perfect for your visit to Flagstaff and the surrounding areas. We are conveniently located 6 minutes from the Flagstaff Airport, 10 minutes to downtown Flagstaff and easy access to I-40 & I-17. The Flagstaff Urban Trail System (FUTS) trail is connected to our neighborhood, giving you access to wonderful biking, hiking, and running trails.

This well-appointed guesthouse is ready for you! In addition to the two queen beds, there is a pullout couch that is a full size bed (good for kiddos). There is also a pack n' play for infants in the bedroom closet that is available, if needed.

Our neighborhood is quiet, heavily treed, family friendly and the perfect place to take your dog for a walk. There is a neighborhood park/playground, as well as a school field and playground in the neighborhood that are great for children and pets. Please clean up after your pet in the yard, as well as in the neighborhood.

You'll have an entire driveway to yourself. It is connected to our driveway, so please do not block the main driveway.

The TV has a subscription to Netflix, Disney+, and Hulu that you are welcome to use. There are other apps on the TV (Amazon Prime, Redbox, HBO Max, etc) that you can sign in with if you have an account.

We do allow dogs in our guesthouse for a fee. Due to allergies, we cannot accommodate cats. If you are bringing your furry friend, please let me know in advance, so I can prepare the place for you.

You have the entire place to yourself, plus a private backyard and patio.

This is a no smoking home (cigarettes, cigars, vapes, etc.). That includes outside the guesthouse. Thank you for your cooperation with this.

We are local Flagstaff residents that have lived here for 20+ years. We are happy to help you make the most of your visit. Please don't hesitate to reach out with questions!

Flagstaff

Very clean, well equiiped and cozy. Although the home is attached to the main house, they managed to keep the intimity. The enclosed little backyard is very relax and cool. Thanks!

What a gem. This cozy 2 bedroom guest house is quiet, pet-friendly and nestled within a beautiful neighborhood. As soon as you step inside, the entire space feels down to earth and the house is super clean. It's also thoughtfully stocked, decorated and efficiently designed. During our brief stay, my sis and I SO appreciated the well equipped kitchen, awesome shower head, comfy beds, soft linens and the added convenience of a small, fenced yard for the pups to use on occasion. Both the guest house and backyard felt very private and noticeably quiet even though it's situated directly against the main house. Either of us would stay here again in a heart beat.

The location and the place was perfect! I just didn’t like how the owners made an incorrect assumption that we didn’t pay in advance for our dogs and sent us a passive aggressive note after we left. Complaining that we stayed past checkout time and that we had dogs that we didn’t report to them. They immediately sent an incorrect bill for more than what they are supposed to charge. I just don’t like when people assume the worst in others instead of just walk over 15 feet and talk to us. Thankfully this happened at the very end of our trip and didn’t put a dark cloud over a beautiful stay. The neighborhood is beautiful and everyone we ran into were kind and talkative.Note: I apologize for checking out late because I assume checkout time was 11 like every other place I’ve stayed. But unfortunately, they have it at 10. Again, if they would’ve just walked over and talked to us, we would’ve hurried and got out of there but we were just enjoying the weather and taking our time until 11. I asked the owner to scroll up in our conversation and she can see where I paid the fee and where we talked about the dogs. She eventually removed the inflated invoice and zeroed out the account. It was just a little sad since I would have been a repeat customer, but I would prefer to do business with someone who is more kind and assumes good intentions. But if you are reading this, you will enjoy the stay. The place worked out nicely for us and the neighborhood is beautiful. And great location!

Everything was great! It fit 4 of us perfectly and everything was clean and fully stocked. We made cookies and played games and celebrated our birthdays. Great little spot if it’s just a couple people or if you need a place for a couple nights as it is pretty small but we were only there at night anyways so it wasn’t much of an issue. Host was great and we would definitely stay again!

This was our last stop on our roadtrip. Traveling with my friend and our dogs, we stayed only one night and wished we had stayed longer. The guesthouse is adorable and located in a peaceful and beautiful setting surrounded by magnificent trees and in a quiet neighborhood. We each had ample privacy within the house and a cute little backyard bonus. I would recommend this to my friends and also stay here again.

Adequate but not super welcoming

When we got to the property there was an RV blocking the driveway and so I called to ask them to move it but based on the conversation I could overhear it was awkward. The place was fine but it wasn’t very welcoming mostly because of the religious paraphernalia they had out. I feel like that should be disclosed in the listing - not everyone is your specific religion. They also didn’t allow smoking on the front patio or the back. Which is fine but I wish had been one of the first things on the listing because come on - we’re in flagstaff and marijuana is legal. I found it towards the bottom of their description after arriving. I assume this is another part of the owners religious bias. The place was fine but I wouldn’t stay here again because of the above.

Lovely, modern

Beautifully done. Loved the access of separate driveway. Grandson loved the hammock. Very quiet neighborhood. Even though the little house is right next to the main abode, it felt very private.

Relaxing Stay in the Pines

Great location for accessing hiking/biking trails away from the downtown area. Quiet, lots of peace and calm. Clean. Good communication.

We have lived in Flagstaff for 22 years. but Joy is a Florida native and we try to go there as much as our schedule allows. We really enjoy hosting people from all over the country and providing a great place for them to stay.
