Family Vacation

Everything was wonderful! The condo was very clean and well stocked! The layout was perfect for us and our 3 boys (12, 11 and 11). The location was very convenient for getting around Breckenridge and day trips. We will definitely Italy be back!

Fabulous Get-Away

My family totally enjoyed the condo. Beautifully furnished, everything you need. Heated floors were totally unexpected! Very family friendly home, lots of games in unit. Close to the shuttle. Our stay was just a short get-away, no skiing. Between the condo, hot tub, and town we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Host was easy to work with. Highly recommend this unit and we are already planning a return trip!

Very good experience

Everything was very clean and well put. You have everything you would need. The manager was always accessible if there was any problems with the property. Check in and check out process was very straight forward. There’s also bus service nearby, everything was near by.

Beautiful Mountain Getaway

Our group of five had an incredible stay at this property in Breckenridge! The home was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, close to hiking trails and the town, which made it easy to explore the area. The only downside was that the property didn’t have air conditioning, but that’s pretty common for rentals in this area. Fortunately, the cool mountain air and provided fans kept us comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Perfect Cozy Cabin

We had everything we needed and close proximity to a beautiful, easy hike. Enjoyed the space and worked well for our family. Especially enjoyed coffee on the balcony and cool weather in July.

Great condo and stay experience!

Condo was perfect for our family vacation (3 adult couples). Location was great as it was close to ski lifts and Main Street. Unit was very clean, cozy, and spacious. View was nice with the trees and mountains in the back. We are from the south, so heating the unit with the radiant floor heat took a minute to figure out. The owner was easily accessible and assisted us quickly whenever it was needed. They had a large variety of board games which we used. General amenities were provided which was nice (dish detergent, shampoos, etc.). Check in/out process was informative and easy. Also greatly appreciate how the unit looks just like the photos. We would recommend this condo to others and would certainly book here again for future Breck trips.

Lovely condo for spring break skiing

This was perfect for our family for a week of skiing. The snowflake lift is easy to access and it is a short walk to Main Street. We found the unit well furnished and the owners were very easy to deal with. (We especially appreciated the crock pot.)

Wonderful Condo exactly as advertised

We had a great time in Breckenridge staying st this Condo. The location is perfect, just steps from the free bus stop, and just one stop away from Beaver Run and Snowflake Lifts. The condo is equipped with pretty much everything you need to make your stay comfortable, and more. The living room fireplace was a Hit, after a long day skiing it was just heavenly to come home and sit by the fire, playing one of the many board games or reading a book, both provided in the condo. We had a couple of minor issues with the fireplace which were addressed by the management promptly. Wifi was spotty sometimes. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Comfy condo with great lift access!

This condo was everything as advertised! The hosts go all out to make check in easy and communicate very well. Convenience is the key to this house, close to the hot tub, garage access, a 5 min walk to the snowflake lift, bus stop a half block away and just an amazing place overall! They programmed the door code to match my phone number, so made it real easy to remember. Why doesn’t everyone do this? Our hosts communicated the checkin instructions early and clearly, and the house was totally stocked for cooking, lounging and having fun! This is a great place for a big family, with plenty of room to stretch out!

Perfect ski retreat

- Be mindful of walk to ski lift; a bit of a challenge. Drop-off at Beaver Creek lift may make sense, 2 minutes away - Decorations/sleeping arrangements for 6 perfect. Enjoyed meals, family time, game time and fireplaces - Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and location (Day tripped one day to Beaver Creek resort (1 hour) and Frisco was enchanting (20 minutes away) - Downtown Breck - awesome places quaint and something for everyone - Would enjoy this property immensely spring, summer, fall

Great place for a ski weekend

We vacation in Breck every President’s Day. This was our first time in this area - conveniently located between Beaver Run and Snowflake. 2 ski rental places are nearby. Ski out is smooth. Ski in is a bit of a trick as you have to find the right run and there is a bit of a trek for kiddos carrying skis. Bit of a walk to Main St. Place was clean and had plenty of sleep and hangout space for 4 adults and 3 kids. Nice amenities and stocked with staples. Recommend for your ski or summer stay in Breck.

Wonderful getaways

Condo was everything I expected and more. Had a wonderful stay. Was clean and well equipped. Rooms and beds were comfortable and the view was beautiful. Little things made this so much more relaxing. Kitchen was well stocked including condiments and utensils of all kinds (even had a martini shaker - who would expect that it a short term rental!). Close to skiing. Entire family had a great time!

Very spacious

Great townhouse in a great location. The unit was very spacious, had all of the necessities. The only down side was the grill, it couldn’t regulate the heat and was extremely dirty. The master bedroom is on the top floor and was perfect. The other two rooms were on the main floor. One of the rooms had Queen bunk beds which was great but it made the room very tight and the patio difficult to access. The other main floor bedroom was small but had an en-suite bathroom. There was also a full hall bathroom. We loved the unit and would stay in it again.

This condo is located close enough to downtown that walking is an option if you are in shape. I think having 10 stay here would be difficult. The kitchen is very small, and the seating in the family room is suited for six. There was no tea kettle. Overall we were pleased.

Great location and accommodations

Nice 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo in close proximity to Main Street shopping and dining in Breckenridge. All beds comfortable, ceiling and/or stationary fans available. Plenty of room to spread out and have guests for dinner (table seats at least 8 adults plus 3 bar stools). Kitchen well stocked with plates, cups and cookware. Within. 10-minute walk to downtown Breckenridge.

Great location and accommodations

Lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo close to Main Street shopping and restaurants in Breckenridge. Beds very comfortable, kitchen well stocked with dishes and glassware. Appreciated the old fashioned drip coffee machine. Kitchen table large enough to accommodate 8 for dinner. No AC but able to open windows to allow cool breezes come in. Also each bedroom had ceiling fan or stationary fan. Condo located near bus line which is convenient but bus can be a little loud at times. Even had a First Aid kit under the kitchen sink, necessary for some blisters for one hiker.

Treehouse getaway

What a perfect getaway and stay for our family of 5. The condo was like living in a treehouse and so close to downtown. A dedicated parking spot and garage was a huge bonus! Nobody complained about sleeping in the bunk beds because they are queen size and so cute (looks like they are made out of logs). It was great that each bedroom had a bathroom. We very much enjoyed our stay!
