The place was perfect, just as described. We had plenty of room for 7 adults and one toddler. The proximity to the lifts was the defining feature for us. We also loved the easy ground floor access - no mess with elevators, the hot tub, and the REAL fireplace!

Beautiful, well-maintained, spacious townhouse in a great central location. Updated, comfortable beds and linens, very clean and tidy. There was everything we needed for a really special family vacation. Very responsive host. We loved our trip and would love to stay here again.

This was our 3rd time staying at the Village/Chateau complex. Each stay has been wonderful and this property was no different. Clean, spacious, close to town, and easy to connect with host. Breckenridge has so much to offer on and off the mountain. I would highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful!!

This property is perfect for a group who wants to simply walk to the lift, shops, and restaurants. We also enjoyed the property itself. We made a fire, played games, and hit the hot tub daily.

Comfortable and convenient

I wouldn't exactly call it ski-in/ski-out, but it was pretty convenient. About a three minute walk to/from the Quicksilver Lift and about a five minute walk from Main Street and Breckenridge stores and restaurants. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable living/dining area. We enjoyed access to the nice gym and sauna, and appreciate the underground parking.

Great location!

Perfect location to hit the slopes! We cooked all meals and relaxed in the hot tub and played games after being on the slopes all day. Comfortable beds & pillows. Condo overall a little dated in furniture and could use an upgrade to some pans. Could also use more dishwasher pads, soap and towels but we made due. We would definitely stay again!!

Lovely condo, location can't be beat

Small hiccup on checkin as I hadn't received the code needed to check in. Called the number on the listing and they helped me get in touch with the owner and get things resolved. Condo is great and the location can't be beat. Easily walkable to the Quicksilver lift, even when you're carrying skis. Also walkable to town, with several restaurants nearby as options. Community hot tub/pool and game room was also great for the kids at the end of the day. We had 2 families of 4 and this was very comfortable for our group.

Perfect family vacation spot

This place has everything! The kitchen is well equipped and there are even some staple ingredients in the pantry. There’s a washer & dryer AND laundry detergent. The dining table seats 6 plus 4 stools at the bar. Our family of 6 never felt cramped. There’s a tiny little patio off the back that looks onto a stream. With a little agility, we were able to move the patio chairs over the wall and sit stream-side in the shade. It was delightful! We’ll be back!

Great location, some issues

Overall this is a very well appointed home walking distance to the lift and downtown. It is very spacious with 2 masters, a bunk room and a nice bathroom for each room. There is a nice real wood fireplace. The health club is in another building but includes steam room, sauna and indoor/outdoor pool in addition to the hot tubs. The front desk staff was very helpful and the owners were very kind and attentive. A few things to manage: - Verify far in advance you have parking given the limited spaces. We almost didn't get one. - The rental management company did not have our paperwork ready even when checking in at 4:30. We let the owners know. - Dirty towels were left in washer - we ended up cleaning them. - Since it is a first floor unit you will want to keep blinds closed as people will walk by - Takes a while to heat up the place - A few outlets didn't work so we had to unplug tvs to plug in fans.

Nice condo, comfortable furniture and beds, needs new carpet

The condo is much bigger than the photos show with the bedrooms really spread out which was nice although sound travels like crazy across the hall tile so you’ll hear the family room tv and conversations in the first two bedrooms. Living area is normal condo size, not super big but the couch and chairs are comfy. Beds are Comfortable too. Each bedroom has its own bath which was great. The shower curtain in bathroom 3 does not reach the tub so beware. L shaped kitchen does not have a lot of room for more than one person, but nice to have a washer and dryer! Kitchen has everything that you need. Ground level condo so all bedroom windows face parking lot. Owner requires a HUGE deposit but it was returned in two days which was nice. The carpets need to be replaced, badly stained, ripped and fireplace burns in some areas. Not bad in bedrooms. “Opulent” may make you giggle. It’s a very nice condo and good if you want to spread out from kids. TVs in every room. We’d book again. Definitely ask about a second parking space - Garage is small. Condo is so big you’re likely to have more than one car

Kelly, Thank you for enjoying our condo in Breckenridge. It is always a pleasure to give others an experience when they are in town. The carpets were cleaned, unfortunately, after your visit. Your next trip will have much less Burns and stains that accompany a busy ski season. In fact, we are considering hard wood to counter those issues. As for the shower curtain, it was placed correctly when it was hung. Something must have happened in between visits. The curtain now hangs at floor level. During busy season, they only allow us to have one parking spot. The ice rink is walking distance and has lots of extra parking. Hope this helps. Thank you for your review. Great slope side stay

Amazing location!

We were so happy with the amenities and location of this unit. We could actually ski and ski out. It was perfect for our two families with a total of 4 kids and 4 adults. We had plenty of space and could walk straight into downtown breck as well as get on the lifts in no time flat. Bonnie is a great host and we had a great time.
