Snowberry Hill est une maison de ski privĂ©e situĂ©e sur 11 acres de propriĂ©tĂ© isolĂ©e Ă  Killington Mountain. AccĂšs facile juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la route principale de Killington et d'une longue allĂ©e plate. Avec 5 chambres et 3 1/2 salles de bain, 2 chambres king, 1 chambre queen, 1 chambre complĂšte et une chambre avec lits superposĂ©s de 4 lits, il est idĂ©al pour accueillir plusieurs familles. À seulement 5 minutes du Killington Base Lodge et centrĂ© au cƓur de Killington.
Une grande cour pour jouer dehors, un bain Ă  remous pour 6 personnes pour apaiser les muscles endoloris, une salle de billard, une salle de ping-pong et un grand salon pour se dĂ©tendre. Une cuisine et une salle Ă  manger massives avec un poĂȘle Ă  bois Vermont Castings pour le rendre trĂšs confortable. Et enfin et surtout un grand Ă©cran plat et une cheminĂ©e dans le salon.
Cette maison de ski a tout et plus !!
3 nuits minimum hors pointe et 5 nuits minimum pour la semaine des présidents mais les dates sont flexibles. Je vous remercie.

The house is perfect for a family gathering. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy family dinners together and the you can play family games like ping pong or pool. S’mores by the fire pit are a must at night. About a 5 mi minute drive from the Killington base lodge and nightlife.

Fantastic Stay!

We recently stayed at this house with friends and newborn babies, and it was an amazing experience. The house is incredibly spacious and very well maintained, offering plenty of room for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. Whether we were relaxing in the living room, enjoying a meal in the dining area, or just hanging out, there was more than enough space for all of us to feel at home.The property was clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully designed, making our stay even more enjoyable. It was the perfect place for our group, and we especially appreciated how family-friendly it was with little ones. We will definitely be returning for another stay and highly recommend this place to others looking for a comfortable, spacious getaway.

Great Ski Trip

Snowberry Hill is an excellent choice for any Killington trip. The house is beautiful, spacious, and well stocked with everything you need. We found the house very clean and beds super comfortable. The pool table room was a hit for our group, and there is plenty of room in the kitchen and living room areas to enjoy each others company. Hot tub was lovely after a day of skiing! The location is tough to beat - 5-10 minutes from the Killington lodges and even closer to all the restaurants on the access road while still feeling quiet/remote. Check in was smooth and Jason is very responsive and helpful. All in all a fantastic stay!

Super Killington mountain home

Our family of six loved this house! We have stayed at many VRBOs over the years and this one was in great condition, perfectly clean, private, extremely well-stocked, and very conveniently located to Killington (Snowshed and K1 lodges, plus Bear Mtn) and to restaurants and shops of the village. We went for a family ski vacation. Loved coming back to the house after each day on the slopes to a warm and inviting house! The ski boot and glove driers in the enormous “mud room” were a great touch! We made a fire in the fireplace each evening with the well-stocked firewood, played ping pong, relaxed in the hot tub, made dinners with the high-end stainless steel stove and oven(s), watched movies on the giant living room TV, and sipped amazing local Alchemist and Fiddlehead beer found at a market just up the street.The master bed was just right and there were no complaints from the kids about their rooms or beds. Lots of extra blankets in the closets. My wife and I loved having our bedroom on the main floor with the kids upstairs (though there’s also a bedroom on the second floor that is very large with a private bathroom (and jacuzzi tub) that’d work as a master bedroom too). I could definitely see this house being an excellent warmer weather destination too. Kids would surely love exploring the cool boulders and trees in the surrounding acreage. Plus I could see (under the snow!) where there are summer sitting areas that look like they’d be wonderfully peaceful and fun.

Excellent Summer Vacation!

Fantastic home, great for a large group. We had plenty of space to spread out and exceptionally clean. Perfect summer location if you love the outdoors. Hiking, Fishing, ATV, Mountain Biking and more, all close by. Great restaurants in Killington and the City of Rutland is only a short drive. Would love to return for skiing & snowboarding in the winter! Perfect location for that!

Beat place in Killington

Overall it was a 5 star rated stay. The house is just perfect for a large group. It has everything that you would need when you rent such a space. If you’re going during ski season this is an unbelievable place to live in. The whole house is designed for that kinda season. Evening entertainment is plenty. House is well maintained. Uber Eats delivers from local places and from Rutland. Plenty space to park. Restaurants are close by within 1.5 miles. You’re right off VT 100. Getting around is super easy. If you like this house be rest assured you’ll have a great stay. The owner is very responsive all thru the stay.

Beautiful home. Very private and clean, close to restaurants and the mountain. Fully stocked kitchen. So comfortable. Jason was great too. Very responsive. You will be very happy renting this beautiful home. We will definitely be back.

Winter Family Getaway

The house is very spacious and welcoming, with plenty of room to spread out for activities while enjoying each other's company. We were there for an annual family winter getaway, with grown children and grandchildren. The snow covered driveway in set the scenery and the mood. There was plenty of easy parking and the lower entrance mud room, exceptional!! The large kitchen (well stocked), huge island and open concept gave as opportunity to gather together for meals, which is ideal for this type of getaway. There was plenty of storage space for our food and refreshments, and kitchen counter space. We appreciated the fact that there were plenty of dishes, flatware and glasses so that we could all enjoy a meal at the same time, and not have to resort to paper goods. Yes, many if us skied and the location is terrific for easy access to Killington. Great house and accommodations!

Amazing second stay at Snowberry Hill!

This was my second stay at Snowberry Hill & it was just as good as the first time! The house is a perfect ski retreat. We love the layout & comfortability of the house, the proximity to the mountain & restaurants, and of course, the fireplace & hot tub! Thank you, Jason!

Incredible Home!!

This house has it all! Perfect place for a great ski weekend and birthday celebration! Home is a short drive to Killington and we were also able to use the shuttle service to restaurants and bars! Beautiful, well equipped home! It has everything you’ll need!

Perfect house!

We were two families sharing the house for a ski vacation the week of winter break, and we couldn’t have asked for more! The house was less than 10 minutes to Killington, but set back from the road for a sense that we were secluded in the woods. There were plenty of bedrooms/beds for everyone, and the ping pong, hot tub, and pool room kept the teens happy. The kitchen is well appointed, and there was plenty of everything we needed. The host was very communicative and helpful in answering all my questions. We had a wonderful time, at this perfect house.

Huge, comfortable house; prime location!

The pictures do not do this place justice. It is very large, yet still cozy. There was plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed sitting by the fire while the kids played pool and ping pong. The spa was so nice after a day of skiing! There were plenty of towels and pillows, which I appreciate. I got a bit confused on our reservation and messed the dates up, but the host did everything he could to make our trip work. He was very helpful! The house is under 8 minutes from the mountain, we made first tracks every morning. This place could easily fit two families. Next time we’ll be back with friends!

Comforts of home but close to the mountain

Snowberry Hill is the perfect home for a family ski getaway! It is about a 7 minute drive to Killington and about a 4 minute drive to town. The large, high end kitchen was stocked with all necessities. The wood burning fireplace in the living room, the hot tub and the pool table were all dreams to have after a long day of skiing. Jason was a pleasure to work with and immediately answered my text, Would highly recommend!!!

Great spot to enjoy Killington

Our group really enjoyed this property - it’s a great balance between being close enough to the main Killington area and being secluded at the same time (the house is on a nice private lot). The house was very clean and had plenty of room for a larger group (the kitchen/living room area was very spacious). We also enjoyed the yard and pool room on the lower floor. We would certainly stay here again!

Beautiful home!

We had such a nice stay at Snowberry Hill! There were 9 of us and we fit comfortably with so much room to spare! The pictures don’t do this place justice. Fully equipped house. Loved coming back to the hot tub and fireplace after a long day of skiing. Hope to return next year!

Awesome spot!

The pictures really don't do this place justice, and I am a harsh critic. The place was fantastic, incredibly clean and had literally everything you need for a group of 10-12. House was setup in a super cool way where you could leave all your boarding gear downstairs and not track and dirt/snow/water upstairs. 2 fireplaces kept things cozy and the 2 master suites are massive. Hot tub 100% functionality and a great way to relax after hitting the slopes. Absolutely loved this place and will definitely be booking it again for our trip next year.

Perfect Ski Weekend

This house was even better in person than it looks in the pictures. Everything was perfect and we did not have one complaint. Couldn’t have asked for a better house for a group ski trip. Would definitely like to stay here again!
