Le condo situé au centre est à quelques minutes à pied de l'université et du Walton Arts Centre, et à 10 minutes de Fayetteville Downtown Square. Promenez-vous dans les sentiers, restaurants, pubs artisanaux, camions de restauration, marché de producteurs et musique live de la région.

Se déplacer:
Nous sommes situés à distance de marche de tant d'endroits! Mais..pour ceux d'entre vous qui aiment s'aventurer hors de la distance de marche, saisir un Uber ou un Lyft est un jeu d'enfant.

Autres choses à noter:
Nous sommes situés à 5 étages AU-DESSUS de la rue Dickson. À cause de ce bruit, cela peut certainement être un problème, comme avec n'importe quel endroit situé sur Dickson Street. Pour cette raison, nous avons stocké le condo avec une machine à bruit et avons toujours des bouchons d'oreille jetables en stock pour les clients!

Interaction avec les invités:
L'endroit tout entier est à vous! Vous aurez une intimité absolue à tout moment, mais nous ne vivons qu'à quelques minutes au cas où vous auriez besoin de quelque chose. Nous sommes très réactifs via SMS, téléphone ou messagerie Airbnb.

Great property, great location. The only critic I have is the bed in the master bedroom sinks into the center of the mattress like a V. Bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Nice atmosphere and has all amenities. It is in a great location in downtown. Yes it was loud Friday and Saturday night from all that was going on outside but they do have it setup with earplugs, fans and sound machine to help. Host was helpful and responsive. Could use a few updates in the bathroom, but overall a great stay!

Great location! Walking distance from the nightlife on Dickson and the Fayetteville town square. As a woman traveling alone, I especially appreciated the safe, yet easy access to the building and reserved parking in the garage.

The location couldn’t have been better. We came up for a basketball game on Friday and Dickson on Saturday, and it was such a gift to leave our car in the garage and walk everywhere. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had a great vibe. We especially loved sitting out on the balcony for some fresh air.I also have to say… I messed up our booking twice, and they were incredibly kind both times. The second mistake was the week of our trip, and they still worked with us so graciously. We were lucky they had availability and even more grateful for how they handled it. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great Place and Location

This is the second time I have stayed in the Lux--it is perfect for one person or another like my daughter who stayed one night on the twin daybed. It can be a little noisy so the sound machine was appreciated and they might want to add another for the daybed area. The host was nice enough to include K-cups and a bottle of Josh wine. The best part of this place is the location, security, and parking spot. I would stay here again.

Dad’s weekend

The location was perfect. Walking distance to the stadium and all the restaurants/barts. Decor was really cool and we had a great time. Parking was right in front of the entrance which is paramount when you are traveling to visit your college age kids with a 3 year old. Pizza place on the first floor was awesome. You get what you pay for and we could have stayed somewhere less expensive but the location and ease being able to walk to everywhere was well worth it!!

Short getaway

Amazing location. The only knock and I mean only knock was that they are doing construction next door. So from 9am to 5pm it’s nothing but air chisel noises. But I’m sure they will be done soon

U of A visit

The check in instructions were easy to follow. Using an outside link complicated things. I forgot my phone in the VRBO and we couldn’t get back inside because the door code was on my phone. We were able to contact VRBO for assistance and they were able to send us the outside link for the property on a family members phone so we could get the code and get back inside. Communication with the property manager was friendly.

We were in town for a couple of different events and had not been pleased with the only downtown hotel (where we had stayed last year). We had never used Vrbo before, but we will again. Fayetteville has a real parking problem, so having a place with a designated parking space was a real plus. We are "porch" people, so have a small, outside patio, was great.

Great for Solo Traveler

,Great place if you don't feel you need to cook. Get sandwich items or eat in numerous restaurants nearby. Bed was comfy for one, but with 2 people somebody is going to be crawling over someone to get out, or I guess you might see this as a plus :). Note: On VRBO Amenities it says it has a fireplace. anagement told me when I called it is a "Non-working fireplace". I booked with the plan of using the fireplace so this was a disappointment, but not enough to ding them from a 5 star rating. As for noise, take you own White Noise machine. You might need a better machine than they provide. You will be sleeping right on Dickson Street

Vert good location. Walk to restaurants, Walton Arts Center, University of Arkansas. But the trade off is outside noise, until midnight at least on weekends.
