I had a great stay at this property. The location is excellent—convenient, well-situated, and made getting around very easy. What really stood out was Jose’s responsiveness; communication was quick and smooth from start to finish. We were looking for a location close to an event we were going to and this was perfect. The place was very cozy and clean with a nice layout. Owners were very accommodating and easy to reach. If we need to come back to the area we will definitely stay there again.

Cozy place

We were in town for a wedding and this location was so convenient for us! Jose was very easy to communicate with and the place was very warm and cozy. The neighborhood was super cute and close to a lot of shops/restaurants. Will definitely stay again if we’re ever in the area!

Weekend stay in Frederick

I rented this property for a three day weekend getaway with my girlfriend. Jose was great with communication, check in info and instructions. The accommodations were great in a nice neighborhood close to many restaurants and downtown Frederick. I would recommend this location to anyone who is out of town and would book this again myself in the future.

This one bedroom apartment is located on the lower level of a townhouse, just a 7 minute drive from downtown Frederick and 50 minutes from Washington, D.C. It is conveniently located near Walmart, Giant, Safeway, Starbucks, and Wegmans, as well as Frederick Health Hospital. The community features a walking and bike trail, tennis courts, and access to the Monocacy River. The apartment is furnished with a sofa, round table with four chairs, and a TV with local and premium channels, including Cinemax, Stars, Showtime, Netflix, and Disney+. There is a private entrance and off-street parking available. It is a great option for employees on temporary duty or travel nurses, as it is conveniently located and has a private entrance.
