Kitchenette with basic eating/cooking necessities including apartment sized fridge/freezer, induction cook top, toaster, toaster oven, Keurig, Nespresso, and drip coffee makers (Limited number of Keurig and original Nespresso coffee pods included based on length of stay), and rapid water boiler. Queen sized 4 poster bed with fresh bedding plenty of pillows and blankets. Sitting area with bistro dining table for two, a love seat, ottoman, and dresser. Large bathroom with luxury tub and walk-in luxury shower with fresh towels, sundries, and hair dryer. Washer and dryer for guest use in the apartment, with iron and ironing board. Plenty of closet space. Plenty of lighted on-street parking. Free Wi-Fi and Smart TV available.

Private, smart locked, lighted entry. New electronic smart lock code provided on day of arrival. Owners typically on site. Front porch has sitting areas for guests. Other areas of the main house are not typically available for guest use.
Other things to note
There are pets (2 dog and 2 cats) that live at the premises, but are not allowed in the in-law suite.
