MAIN LIVING SPACE: The open concept, living space on the first floor connects the cozy family room with kitchen and dining area for a welcoming place to spend time together. The well-provisioned, gourmet kitchen features gleaming, Bertazzoni appliances and gas cooking, along with many “extras” that make dining in a pleasure. The space is perfect for large, family meals, with seating for five at the expansive island and at the ten-foot dining table set in a stylish nook.

The home’s second floor offers another living room with wall-mounted TV and generous sectional sofa. The room also an open area with four built-in bunks, further described below.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE: Enjoy the immense outdoor living space, relaxing on three spacious decks. The main, outdoor living space, located on the first floor, centers around a gas log fireplace where you can relax after beach time and watch the Port Aransas sunset.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: Capella boasts three, private king bedroom suites with private baths.
Two of these are suites detached from the main house—one on the first floor and one accessed via a walkover and located above the garage. The third, private king bedroom is a primary suite located on the second floor of the main home. This primary king has a spa-inspired bathroom with over-sized, walk-in shower and soaking tub, and the suite opens onto its own private deck.

A fourth king bedroom, also located on the second floor, shares a bathroom with the living area that offers the four, twin bunk beds in an open area. Finally, another second-floor bunk room, with its own private bath, sleeps five, offering three twin bunks and one queen bunk.

GREAT FEATURES: A convenient outdoor shower helps everyone rinse off after a beach day. Inside, Capella offers a Sonos Sound system in each room, and you can stream using your Netflix account. Step out the front door onto The Grove park, a Cinnamon Shore green space, or take the quick stroll to the community’s Dune Pool, pirate ship playground, or fitness center, which offers an elliptical, Peloton bikes, and more. The home also is just steps from Town Center, the Great Lawn, Lisabella’s Bistro, Dylan’s Coal Oven Pizza, The Bottle Shoppe, The Market, and C-Treats.
