We are deeply sorry that 14 people, including 6 children, went without hot water after a maintenance promise that went unfulfilled overnight. That is unacceptable, and we are addressing our after-hours response process directly to ensure this never happens again. We also hear you on the property feeling worn and the beach conditions your suggestion of a daily beach cleaning crew, especially on major holiday weekends, is one we are taking seriously and passing along to the right teams. We love that the Marketplace, amenities, and new gift shop were bright spots, and we hope those highlights remind you of why you've chosen us for eight years. We want so much to earn that trust back.
