Fabulous House for a Big Group!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in several houses at Cinnamon Shores and Capella was our favorite. So much so that we have rented it again for next summer. It is a large house in every respect. Lots of bedrooms but also large living spaces, large porches, just a welcoming, easy home to stay in. We had three families, including six children. The two different bunk bed rooms, one is actually a common area with bunk beds, worked beautifully. We put the younger (earlier to bed) children in the bunk room and the older kids stayed in the common area bunk beds. The kitchen is a dream, with plenty of dishes, serving pieces, silverware to accommodate a large group. The ice maker is brilliant - so grateful! We went down to Dollar General and bought an iced tea pitcher - lol! We are Texans who love our iced tea! I loved the porches, especially the one with the large seating area. Such a great place to visit or read a book. Next summer I am bringing a fan so I can spend more time out there. Just lovely!The location of the home is located close to one of the pools and playground, although with the golf carts everything is so convenient, but I do like the location of Capella at the Shore. This would be a fun house to stay during cold weather months also, with the fireplace out on the porch. Highly recommend!!

We love that Capella has become your family's favorite among all the homes you've stayed in at Cinnamon Shore, and we are so thrilled you've already booked it again for next summer. It sounds like three families and six children had the absolute perfect setup, and we love hearing how the bunk arrangements worked out so naturally for the different ages. The iced tea pitcher from Dollar General is the most Texan thing we've ever heard and we are completely here for it! We hope next summer brings many more porch moments, and maybe that fan will make the outdoor seating area even more of your favorite spot. The porch fireplace in cooler months is truly something special we hope you get to experience it one day too. Thank you for recommending Capella so warmly. We can't wait to welcome all of you back!

It was conveniently located to the beach, pool, great lawn and restaurants. We would definitely love to stay here again. My only complaint was that the house was not ready at 4 pm and I felt that the cleaners were being rushed trying to finish up.

Fun Family Time

We enjoyed pizza at Dylans, Coffee nearby, the splash pad in South (need more of these), & snow cone/ice cream truck. The food at the splash pad was good, but the adult beverages were so watered down. Golf carts and chairs were handled perfectly.

Too busy - not peaceful

Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home, but strange set up with rooms outside the home. “Outside” rooms had showers that leaked all over the bathroom floor. Loved the main areas, rooms “inside,” well stocked kitchen, and porches ...except at night the porches weren’t peaceful due to tons of golf carts driven by kids blasting music and hollering. One boy dropped an orange on someone from a third floor balcony. Crazy kids everywhere even on the beach. It’s like many knew each other - maybe owners kids? Thankful for the text from front office to reach out if needing anything, but weak wifi wouldn’t let us reply. Glad we had Tuesday checkout because Monday was finally sweet and peaceful like the first time we rented from Cinnamon Shores. Don’t think I’ll be back on a Memorial Day weekend again.

The home was clean, extremely spacious, and located in a great spot. The downstairs open concept space is the perfect hangout area and the kitchen had everything needed and more. This was our second year staying stay in at Cinnamon Shore and we are already looking forward to year 3. The convince of the beach, pools, shopping, and restaurants are what make this place so enjoyable for families. Renting Golf-carts and the beach chairs are incredibly easy and the perfect way to add relaxation to your vacay!! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful beach home!

Great house for multiple but smaller families

We loved everything about this house overall. However, we did have issues cooling the house and especially the add on room upstairs. In addition, coffee pot & keurig were not working and by the time we thought to ask we were leaving. Hopefully they replaced for next guest. CS pools are fun but not the best, your floats and things leave with a film on dirt/sunscreen and who knows what else on it. Palmilla for us in the future!

Beach 2025

There was a lot of trash around it like hangers and just needs to be cleaned. Also two trash cans would be nice. The Sage golf cart people delivered the next guest carts at 4 pm on our day there blocking our drive way where we could not access our outdoor washing area. They came and moved them however it was annoying to have to wait to wash our things. I think they could let Sage know they can’t deliver if someone is still there. If the next guest can’t check in until 4 then why would they park 24 hours in advance blocking our drive way.

Capella at the Shore

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a week at Capella at the Shore. This was our second year in a row to choose this lovely home. It is perfect for our family, and we had a wonderful time. We did have a problem with the ice maker. The property mangagement company responded the first night with an additionalsmall refrigerator which helped us tremendously. However, we had to ask them several times to have someone look at it. We let the owner know through direct message, and she contact the property management company. The problem could not be fixed while we were there, but we did receive a bag of ice the last three days of our stay. Other than that, the house is perfect. It's a great location- not far from beach- very close to the Dunes Pool and the marketplace. The beds are very comfortable; the home is beautifully decorated. it's perfect for a family the size of ours.

Our 4th stay at this property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the property however for the price of cleaning fee it needs to be better. The kitchen floor needs to be cleaned. The kids feet turned black from walking in the kitchen area needs a good mopping. There was a swiffer mop that was so dirty it was unusable. The vacuum was full cereal under kickspace in kitchen. Trash not dumped in downstairs bedroom plus no towels in that room. The drain needs clean out as the water pooled and leaked under shower door. Just needs to be cleaner. Not sure if floor was mopped at all. It needed extra attention. We are booked for next year and even added a day hoping they improve on the cleanliness of the place.

Perfect house for group of families

Only request would be the pantry be cleared of other food etc so I can just put my stuff in it. Also 4 coffee pots stored in the pantry is annoying. Would like old spices and things be somewhere else as I bring my own and have no place to put them. The pantry is cluttered with some one else’s things like oil and a pan of miscellaneous things. Would be nice to not have to move things in the pantry so I have my things accessible. Would like those things removed. The welcome gift is a nice touch. The staff is awesome. Anyone I dealt with was amazing especially Lisa with the Golf carts. The television in the main living room gave us issues that really were not resolved completely and a refrigerator in the bar area was not working if not going to fix get it out. Ice maker was a plus and worked great. Overall the house is a 10+ ⛱️🏖️🏝️🐚🏠

2023 family trip

The downstairs detached bedroom shower leaked water under the door, the stove hood vent could not be used as it tripped the power to the stove, would be nice if the pantry did not have food in it. This was probably my biggest complaint. The pantry had several thing like rice, cans, and other items. Had to move all to get my stuff in and then move it back. Please clean the pantry a rid it of someone’s things. It’s like the refrigerator.... Cleared and ready. Empty the pantry!!!!!!!!other than the shower and the vent and the pantry all was good. We will be back in 2024!!! As far the golf carts. For the $$$ they ALL need to be in top condition. The rep at that desk needs some customer service training. He is rude.

Well-equipped home, great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at a handful of the larger homes at Cinnamon Shore and this one was wonderful. The layout worked really well for three families to share it. Two of the king bedrooms are disconnected from the main home and provide very quiet and private spaces. The main house is laid out perfectly for entertaining and kid-sleeping. It was well equipped with dishes, utensils, and beach towels. The location had easy access to restaurants and the Dune pool.The only negative thing to say is that there's definitely a stale cigarette smell every time you walk in. There are signs around the house that say "No Smoking" so I don't think the owners smoke, it must have been a set of guests somewhere along the way. Despite doing all of our laundry before we left, when we unzipped our bags at home all of the clothes had the stale cigarette smell that the house had and had to be rewashed. If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, you may consider a different home. Otherwise, we had a fantastic stay.

Great Experience

The only thing I would like to see is a door or something that would close off the bunk room so that kids or those in the bunk room could sleep while others are still downstairs. if you are in a room it is very quiet, but trying to get kids to go to sleep in the upstairs living room is a challenge when folks are downstairs. This is minor. Also, we had an AC repair that was taken care of so fast. We really appreciate the prompt response from the management team to solve the issue.

Mother’s Day Weekend with Family

Capella is a beautiful home with room for 4 couples to each have a King bedroom, plus 2 bunk rooms for the kids! Clean and beautifully decorated. Fantastic location-Just a short Walking distance to the pool/playground-can see it from the house. Also short walk to the Town Center. Grass for the kids to play on when not swimming. The A/C wasn’t cooling properly in 2 bedrooms-we notified management and it was fixed in 30 minutes. We will definitely rent this amazing home again! The Smith Family

We really enjoy the large open layout of the common areas while the bedrooms are all separated and provide a great amount of privacy at the same time. The porch area is probably where we spend the majority of our evenings and enjoy our morning coffee. The kitchen is extremely well stocked including things for young children which is so nice bc we have a 1 year old in our crew. I highly recommend this house - Cinnamon Shore has gone above and beyond for us and we have already booked the house for our holiday next year as well. We can't wait to continue making great memories here for years to come.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best experience at Capella! We had two sets of grandparents l, my husband and I and our kids! It was the most perfect home for our situation. All the adults had their own suite and the kids had their own dedicated space. The kitchen was well stocked with even had Capella branded wine and beer Yeti type glasses We loved this house!!

There was plenty of space for us to stretch out and also a great open concept in the living spaces for us all to be together. Close to town center made it easy to grab food and a straight shot to the beach at the same time!
